Lovely place. Still in need of more improvements, mainly restaurant services. Maybe difficult to find if you are new to the area/ lodge. I don't think there are bus services in the area... Free airport pick up and drop offs.

Costly for poor hospitality. Either reduce the cost or improve the service quality. Gally is not good to relax.

Very good place to live. Good rooms with big space. Staff are friendly. Very good food provided for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you are looking for a place to spend a night or two, lapwing is the best lodge.

This is the place where People of Papua New Guinea come together as one and study for their individual programs. They graduate here and move on to another chapter.

Best Get away for you and your family

If you are on a budget, that's the place to stay. Rooms are spacious.

Small car park space but apartment rooms and the bed is superb to any other rooms in Gordons side.

The hotel is alright. It has free WIFI, however, the signal is very bad in the rooms. The transfer airport - hotel - airport is included in the rates. You can choose from four different meals for lunch and dinner, strangely, the dinner menus are more expensive than the lunch menus (they are the same). The room rates are normal for Port Moresby, but the meal prices are a bit high.

Minimum rate suppose to be 3.50 per hour and up wards, we are paying high tax cause the government kept taking loan from the world bank, thou we have resources in our country but it is like a saying that goes, the rich get richer and the poor gets poorer... A we in this world where the rich gets richer and the poorer gets poor

This hotel boasts impressive amenities and provides a pleasant experience for its guests. During the Covid-19 lockdown in 2020, I visited the hotel out of curiosity and found the decor to be particularly noteworthy. The standard rooms are well-appointed, with thoughtful arrangements that make excellent use of the open balcony space, providing stunning views of Gordon's area and beyond. Its bright orange and creamy white exterior make it unmistakable from Lapwing Drive. However, my only criticism pertains to the limited capacity of the visitor car park on the outside. To enhance the experience for guests, I suggest allowing vehicles to park inside the main hotel premises, thereby creating more room for maneuvering when exiting.
