I bought my daughter in law a Hoover clothes washer and I am happy with the service, look this place is not Harvey Norman nor Myer, it is selling shop soiled or refurbished goods. They delivered for a fair fee and the delivery guy was very particular and careful and when she needed the service man, he came round and fixed it. Yes one salesman was not great but that was due to speaking English and I don't speak mandarin whereas the other was very good. You can get a really good deal there and the variety is what I like plus the stock is constantly changing.

Don't buy from these dodgy operators. The product they sell is faulty and then they want to charge you more money to inspect the problems even after you know what the problem is. I will never buy from them ever again. I will report them to fair trading Victoria.

Please with staff but not quite happy with washing machine. Machine is very noisy in spin.Yet under the warranty it says not cover by noise. l found out that the washing machine l paid was not that cheap maybe bye 50.00 dollars. But l had no transport bolts to it one cap missing and hose hook missing only one year warranty. When you can buy for $500.00 complete and three years warranty. So are they really that cheap it's ashamed that l didn't do my home work first.

I bought a fridge from here, but after two days, I realized it's not working properly. The fridge isn't getting cold. They sent a mechanic to repair it, but it broke again just two days after the repair. We know it's secondhand, but we still expected it to be in proper working condition. You can find fridges in better condition for free on the streets. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Had my washing machine blow up so decided to check this place out. Alot of the stock has damage of varying degrees but when buying a washing machine I didn't care about a few dents and scratches since I'm not trying to impress anyone with the latest and greatest appliances. It's only after seeing the products that you would know if they are suitable for what you want as some of those items I wouldn't touch at all. Need to research the retail prices vs damage to know if you're getting a good deal or not

We purchased a washing machine in May 2022, door had crack and feel off, water pump died. We called 21/11/22 (today) and spoke with Allen who refused to help, yelled at us the moment we mentioned our machine had stopped working and said we should call the police if we think they have broken the law. Don't buy from here, not worth the 'savings'

Shame I can’t post any pictures, they are selling microwaves with rust and steel wool scratches an steel wool scratches show they’ve been taken second hand cleaned an put out as factory rejects… Don trust them

Dryer not worked from day 1 called them to inform after less than 1 week of purchase..said they wont give refund and have not offered to remedy the issue despite asking how this will be remedied, kept referring to supplier - do not trust this seller.
