Was here for a blood test and ECG and the nurse was so kind. She drew a smiley face to cheer me up. The waiting room is quiet and relaxing unlike other depressing GP clinic I have been to.

I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. My primary GP is Dr. Elaine but I have seen most of the other doctors there. All of them are exceptional - very friendly, they listen to every concern and communicate in an easy to understand manner. I recently moved but my partner and I continue to visit this clinic because you do feel part of a family who is always taken care of! Shout out to the lovely receptionists also!

The best GP clinic around. My family have been seeing the doctors here for four years. Their care, compassion and attention to detail are second to none. Our favourites are Dr Elaine and Dr Eric but all of them are truly fantastic. Our kids love going to the doctors here!

we went to do a 4 year old kid immunization with Dr Andrew Liew. He is very impatient from the beginning and when my boy is terrified with the needle which should be normal to a doctor, he didn’t show any understanding and comforting him at all, just keep saying ‘if you refuse to do so, you can just go out’. I understood that Doctors’ schedule are very tight and our kid is not cooperating as well, but this makes my kid even more terrified and start crying. In the end, Dr. Andrew refused to do the vaccine for us and told us we should find other doctors. Very disappointed experience. Although we used to visit there but we will not go there any more. And… I want to write this as well. What I book was a 4-year-old vaccine, but I was almost told I’m going to take a covid vaccine. Luckily I correct it before we went there. Then another BIG surprise comes after our terrible experience. Because we didn’t take the vaccine today in the end and they are not able to provide me with an immunization record, when I check with AIR, I was told this injection was marked as ‘done’ by this clinic this morning… what a terrible process!

i have seen doctor sylvan three times in the last two months. i was charged 190 $$ each time even for tellehealth apointments and was told that i would have to pay a 50$ fine because i had to leave due to the doctor being late on her session and me needing to pick up my dog. i went in there for a mental health goal plan and was met with extreme rejection and no support whatsoever. i was told by Dr. Sylvan that i would not be able to afford a psych or a psychologist and that the wait would be too long. so she did not give me a goal plan. i was prescribed anti depresents and was given a website that would "give me better coping skills". when i shared my life situation with doctor sylvan she told me that what i've been experiencing is just life stuff. i then asked her to give me a certificate in regard to not being able to work due to my mental health as i Havent been able to work for three weeks as a result of my mental health, to witch she then rejected me saying that my patients with spinal issues get those certificates. this place IS NOT CATERED TO THE POOR!! this is why people do not access care when they need it. i do not recomend this place to anyone.

You would expect your chosen GP to care for their patient. Unfortunately, this place only cares for money in my experience.

Absolutely wonderful clinic. My family and I have seen all the doctors here and without exception they have all been caring, compassionate and professional. The really do take the time to listen to patients and you can rest assured you will get the best possible care. The facilities are beautiful and the online booking system is a bonus. Completely recommend Tooronga Family Medical.

I highly recommend Dr Eric and Dr Elaine! They are punctual, kind, experienced and highly professional. They are phenomenal with our 2 children. We are so grateful to have found our family's GPs.

I could not recommend my GP any more highly. Finding Elaine has been a god send, she is not only kind and friendly, she is also extremely thorough and beyond good at her job. She always is so helpful, punctual and professional. I would give her 10 stars if I could! I have also been to Fiona, she is also brilliant and I highly recommend her too.

So often I find that many GP’s are disinterested, in a rush and don’t actually listen to what their patient is experiencing. Dr Liew and Dr Hume provide the opposite of this. Dr Elaine Liew provided incorrect information that made the consultation pointless. In my consultation she didn’t seem to understand government systems that she is required to use in her practice. No apology and still charged full fee.

An amazing family GP clinic with kind, knowledgable and thorough doctors! Choosing Tooronga Family Medical six years ago was the best decision our family made. Dr Elaine Liew is a brilliant doctor, and provides consistent, high quality care and guidance. Even if we can't book in with our regular doctor all the other GPs there are fantastic too. The clinic has modern interiors, natural light, beautiful indoor plants, a pristine kids corner and the location is convenient with parking downstairs. A bonus is the on-site pathology services. Reception staff are always helpful too. Highly recommend this medical clinic!

After my last GP of 20+ years retired, I struggled for a quite a few years to find a good GP. As I work in medical admin, I started hearing of Elaine and her team from our patients, so I made an appointment, and therein, I found a great GP in a lovely, modern practice that is Tooronga Family Medical. Elaine is caring, thorough, compassionate and empathetic GP with a great sense of humour. I have and would highly recommend Elaine if you are looking for a great GP, and although, I have not had to see any of the other Doctors at Tooronga Family Medical, I am confident that the rest of the team are phenomenal as well.

I love attending this clinic!! I have lived in Melbourne for six years and never before received the level of attention, knowledge and genuine care as I get from the doctors here - and i've seen most of them by now! Their online booking service is also very easy to use and I can almost always get a booking within 24-48hrs if necessary.

A fantastic clinic for our whole family. We have been seeing Dr Elaine Liew for a few years and always receive incredibly friendly service and very professional treatment. She is great with both adults and kids. The whole team including the other doctors we've seen (Dr Eric So and Dr Fiona Collins) and the front desk staff are incredible. Online bookings are easy and there is lots of parking in the basement carpark. Highly recommended.
