Absolutely beautiful apartment! Was super clean, great service and walking distance to so many cool places. Highly recommend!!

Rooms are beautifully appointed, with ample cutlery & utensils, even some basics like cling-wrap are provided for convenience. Comfortable beds & tastefully decorated and the river view rooms have stunning views. The staff are friendly and helpful, always happy to accommodate special requests and receive feedback. Perfectly placed for events at the convention center & restaurants & shops close by - I travel a lot for work and this is my top pick for accommodation that is affordable, comfortable and convenient.

We have stayed here twice now, staying for a few days each time. The facilities are great, and the staff are very helpful. When there was an issue with the plumbing in our apartment, we were moved to another apartment for the remainder of our stay, no fuss. Location is good for the CBD, close to the trams, and especially convenient for accessing the Convention Centre over the Yarra. Would definitely recommend.

It's in a great spot and the apartment itself was clean and had what we needed. The lap pool looks excellent but the gym is very small and unsafe. I wasn't a fan of the loud noise the pipes make whenever someone turns on a tap, including the in surrounding appartments. If that doesn't bother you it's a good place to stay.

We stay here every year for a convention. A big group. It's a great place, a great location. Always easy. Highly recommended.

I've stayed here multiple times with a large group of friends over multiple years and we always have a great time. The room sizes are generous and always very clean with great river views. The staff have always been very friendly and accommodated all of our requirements. The location and price cannot be beaten, I couldn't recommend this hotel enough.

Great location, room clean enough. Beds are a shocker! Furniture was worn. Not really worth the money.

We stayed here for the PAX convention and was amazing! So convenient and comfortable, would definitely stay here again. Only thing I would say is that the saunas weren't working. No steam or anything, but I didn't bring this up with management as it wasn't a big deal 😊

My fiancé and I stayed from the 11th till the 15th of April this year and absolutely loved it, staying at a fully furnished apartment meant we saved alot of money food wise. And everything you could possibly need was within 10 minutes from the building 😀 The only thing we were disappointed with was the washing machine and dryer in the apartment. It doesn't seem like it's been cleaned in a VERY LONG TIME.

Stayed here for a month or so when I first got to Melbourne and really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was very clean and tidy, and the staff made my stay very easy and comfortable. The building itself is really nice, and well-kept!

Beautiful apartments with great facilities including gym, pool, sauna and steam room. Very secure. Wonderful service, we were on a conference which wouldn't finish until 5pm and the host allowed us to late check out that evening, leaving out luggage in the room! Beyond our expectations when we just wanted to store our luggage. Breathtaking views. Very clean as well and good amenities. Everything you would want!

We had just the most extraordinary visit to Melbourne these past couple of days. Having spent much time there over the years, even living there for some years long ago, I have never experienced the Melbourne I found while staying at the Waterfront Apartments. Walking into our room and seeing the Yarra river immediately outside our window was an absolute delight....and then having it there, right on our doorstep as we ventured out, a thousand times better. The location of this property is astounding. Immediately opposite the Conference Center where we had plans for one of our days, and central to so many fabulous cafes and eateries. So easy to walk out and be part of the calm side of Melbourne, watching the crews rowing past, little hired boats full of happy people, even a genuine Venetian gondala!! We spent the day riding our bikes along the river, fully taking in the delights of Melbourne as I've never experienced it before. And our hosts were friendly, informative and so very helpful. A wonderful stay - I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Just book it. You will be delighted in your choice!! Many thanks team....cheers, Di and Stuart

Away from the busy tourist areas but within a short walking distance. Everything is close and handy. Rooms are to a high standard, excellent staff and residents are friendly. Pool is beautifully presented and set at the right temperature. Will be our Go-To place for long or short term stay.

Stayed here a while ago but was promised a partial refund if I didn’t leave a bad review apparently 4 out of 5 stars is a bad review. The location was great and the amenities were awesome but this is where it ends our ensuite toilet didn’t flush, so was unusable and of course we only came to the realisation after our 5 year old used it to go number 2. The second toilet smelt like sewerage and every time my children would use it they would dry reach and cry to even have to go through it, the dryer in the room short circuited the entire apartment. After calling the help number on more then one occasion being promised that someone would call me back I think the second or third day the manager came told me the smell was normal poured hot water down the drain making the entire apartment smell. Managing to make the toilet flush (this lasted all of one flush). I find the staff extremely hard to get through to always telling me someone will call me back someone will email me I’ll receive a refund etc and just not living up to the promises they make. Really not worth the price at all
