These guys are fantastic I turned up a couple of minutes after close and they were helping another customer load their purchase into their ute. I said oh you closed I'll come back tomorrow. The gentleman said thst ok can I hep you? I told him what I was after, he opened back up sold me what I required with a smile. I can't recommend these guys enough. Though please go during business hour don't be me. If they had of said see you tomorrow I would have been cool but they didn't. They served this late commer anyway 😁

My Pool robot vacuum that I owned stopped working so I found a temporary product that would suit at Clark Rubber in Bundoora, drove over 40 minutes to the store. No staff on the floor when I arrived and I was the only customer at 3.30 pm so I walked around looking for what I came for, one staff member finally approached and asked what I was looking for, I explained what I was looking for and why, staff member directed me to the product when I tried to ask questions about what I was trying to buy the Staff member didn’t seem interested and grabbed a box off the shelf and walked off to the counter I tried talking to him and got single words " no and yes " I asked if they had afterpay and just got "no" He scanned the box and said "375 dollars" no smile no please I paid and left as he appeared annoyed that I had bothered him and he couldn’t wait for me to leave I noticed the box wasn’t sealed and the side of the box was broken after I got home Not sure if the business has new owners or not but I won’t shop there anymore

I was served by Kushal and asked for some custom sofa cushions. I came home and fitted them in the covers and turned out to be perfect. Thanks again for helping me.

I rarely leave reviews, but when a place/ shop does something extra in customer service. like when i arrived at this store 5 mins late the store manager - Sunkar ( i hope correctly written) was a about to drive away from carpark, when he saw me at the door disappointed in not able to arrive earlier. He pulled over, reopened store for a few minutes to allow me to purchase the rubber gasket i needed to complete my customer repair that he needed for his family weekend party. So his small kind gesture ( that many store keepers would not offer) creating its own positive ripple for our customer to be the hero for his daughters party/ event. Thanks we will return next time with more time to spend to look around better - you seem to stock many things of interest (ie spa stuff).

He was very polite, well-informed and provided great advice on custom pricing and online ordering processes. Truly a marksman in customer service! Very impressive! Went to buy UTE matting for tray. Super helpful and knowledgeable sales guy. He listened to what I wanted and cut it on the spot. Also helped me to take it to my UTE in the car park ... Good work Clarkees

Went there today to buy 2, 20 kilo bags of filter sand and have to say no offer to help take them out to the car or anything. Two salesmen standing behind counter not busy at all. When I first went in I did go and look at pool cleaners and still no customer service and there was people doing nothing behind counter . I do believe this clarke rubber has changed management in the last few years and I think their knowledge is definitely not as good as last owners in pools. I will definitely drive a bit further to Roxburgh Park to pools , foam and rubber which use to be Clark rubber .They have a couple young men working there who's knowledge is fantastic in anything to do with pools , chemicals and pool equipment . They always help carry stuff to the car or offer a trolley so we can transport it easily on our own. I believe that when you invest in a business that you should have some knowledge about what the business is selling.

during my recent visit to the store excellent service was provided by very professional and helpful staff. AJ and his team know their work very well and did a great job to clean my pool.Highly recommended for pool service.

Great store and service, came in to look at weather proof sealing for my air intake, the man that assisted me was very friendly and went above and beyond to help me out. I wasn't sure which edge trim would fit my car and the amount I need, he offered me some samples and some string to grab some measurements which made the purchase much easier. Very happy with my purchase.

Excellent customer service. We deal with different retailers and never in my life have I experienced service, caring and understanding from these guys. especially AJ and ISH with the glasses, top blokes and would recommend in blink of an eye. cheers guys and thank you so much.
