2nd time in 6weeks can't buy fillet burger because they have no buns. I got a maxi popcorn chicken only to find the bottom quarter of the box was filled with crunchie pieces of fried coating mix(no chicken inside). Disappointed.

Great chicken and cheaper buying pieces in a box than just buying a piece.Ioved dining in. It's nice and clean

It can be a.hit and miss And you always should check your order before leaving as we have for out we get home and i have items missing.. On a Positive note KFC have no problems with fixing my order

Waiting in the drive through we could smell a foul odour. Then noticed the plastic wheelie bins right next to us had their lids open and there was a big open plastic bag lying on the ground next to the bins. The smell of the rotting food scraps was overwhelming putting us right off eating the food we just paid for.

Chicken was hours old and greasy and cold! Chips same! Soggy and cold. I did eat cos I'd already paid but very horrible meal. Will never go back.

Basically your bog standard KFC, I rarely have issues with this store. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Food is hit or miss here but far more consistent then at places such as Renmark. However I was displeased by the service Maria.R had provided me. I ordered 6 tenders and she said there was only 1 tender left at the end of the night and offered me nuggets to replace the tenders yet didn't even chuck my tender in 😐 < my face when Maria.R didn't put the tender in. I thought it was the least she'd be able to do I was super disappointed. 😓

The order was fine. The male toilet was putrid. I walked in and straight back out. The urinal looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in weeks and the smell of urine was almost overpowering. As a professional cleaner with my own business the state of it is unacceptable.

Food was good for fast food's sake. The service was great as the guy who served us went out of his to select the right and best drumsticks he could get his hands on. So thank you KFC.

I asked for 6 pieces of chicken and gravy for my partner but no breast as she has a problem swallowing,we were given 4 pieces of breast and 2 chicken wings as small as a new born chicken, the wings are getting smaller and smaller, if they don't listen to the order they shouldn't be working there

It was OK chicken coating was tasteless and by the time I got home my potatoe and gravy was like soup ,don't think I'll go back here again

Place was clean, crew was polite and patient. Food was hot n tasty

I was served by a young lady who was just learning the job. Her customer service skills are definitely there. She was assisted by another young lady and between them, I received the nicest KFC that I have had in many a year. Thank you

Burgers are not as big as advertised on TV/posters. Would have got coleslaw if I'd seen it on the 'fast' changing menu board.

I have to give credit to whoever said we could keep the two twisters after getting our order wrong. That’s the kind of service I expect from a fast food chain.

Best KFC in the region....burger was 100%....so much better than Port Augusta and Whyalla 👍

Chips over salty. did not get half of the order. We ordered a family feast. We got two small gravy and 10 pieces of chicken. And we had to wait for chicken to cook 12 mins, no drink, potato & gravy. or coleslaw

The car park is such a bad design, there's no room at all, and I even saw a car reverse out of a space and into a car waiting to go through drive through because there's so little room there. I was told there would be a 12min wait for chicken pieces(what?! does nobody buy chicken from KFC anymore, because nobody else had to wait). I was then left waiting for over 20mins for my food at a 'fast food' restaurant. And this was around 5.30pm, when they really should have things ready. Oh and there was so much grease on the chicken that it literally fell out of the bottom of the box when I picked the box up. 🙄

Is it me are all KFC meal sizes getting smaller the chips were soggy and there was very little mayo on the burger very disappointed and which was luke warm at best. It was handed to me by a non smiling attendantt who looked like they didn't want to be there

Drive-through service was a bit of a wait, I ordered via app. Food was super hot, staff are very friendly.

Staff could do better and be more polite food was great but will not go there again.

the worst kfc ever tasted, I return the chips without getting a refund, there was more salt that the chips, cold burgers and full of oil wings, we starving, driving to Port Augusta with empty belly, hope to find some where to eat .

KFC port pirie is always a busy place. No matter if there are cars lined up back onto the street and just as busy inside the shop. With that said you never feel like you're waiting in the line and never moving as they are fast friendly and efficient.

Have gotten food poisoning 5 times over 2 years from here, if the chicken isnt undercooked its overcooked and tends to feel like your biting into a sandle. Staff are commonly kind but some can be a little pushy and rush your order leading to getting things wrong. Have had many a time returning here looking for something i was missing

Once in a while I like to indulge in fast foods. Beats micky Ds by a long shot.. Staff are proficient at there tasks and incredibly..compassionate in regards Customer relations...great team in there obviously....got..nothing but ❤️.. For the people at this establishment.. They know what it means too. Have a good one... a feed, and service..

I must say I don’t mind stuffing the odd chicken leg in my face and Port PIRIE is the first time I had the pleasure of being served hot and I mean hot KFC that’s gotta be worth it five stars for the heat and for good & polite service from the staff and that I could actually hear what the staff was saying through the speaker instead of just a crackle and crunch sound the drive through Is a little tighter than a stingray on a lonely night out on the bay but I still managed to push the Utility through without busting any concrete I’ll be back the next time I get a taste for a bit of Grease On me lips Thank you well done I’ll be back 👍🏻🤒👍🏻

I ordered the "Ultimate Box" asked to swap my mash for popcorn chicken instead they swapped my original piece for popcorn chicken. Apart from getting my order slightly wrong the popcorn chicken was burnt and dry. The original recipe burger was nice, chips were overcooked and oversalted. Also note that the covid limit of 22 people was exceeded and some staff in food prep area were not wearing gloves.

This KFC is the most inept and useless outlet I have ever been to. Without fail they miss items in a family order. If it was a chips or some popcorn chicken I could forgive this, but when you have multiple burgers or a 10 pack of original recipe missing it is beyond useless. Moral of the story, always check EVERYTHING you have received and don't trust them to get it right because you'll be up for a drive back to get everything you have paid for.
