I've lived in Vero forever and this is the first and last time I'll be going to Bobby's. I was excited to finally try it but the moment I stepped foot inside, I felt like I should have turned around and went somewhere else. The hostess acted like I was interrupting her conversation with another customer who was already eating by my presence from the beginning. After being seated, it became very clear that the service or lack thereof we received was simply because we weren't regulars. Anyone that were friends of the waitress and hostess were checked on several times while we sat there without even getting an opportunity to ask for extra napkins. I learned way more about the hostesses political anti mask wearing views than I cared to while simply trying to enjoy a nice meal with my husband. My diet soda was flat but the waitress was so cold and quick to want to leave that I didn't even mention it to her. The waitress, when she did show interest in our presence, was cold and short and left us both feeling like we were in her way. We were nothing but kind and never showed our disdain for their actions but it was like we did something to her somehow and she basically pushed us out the door after she saw that I put her money on the table without so much as a goodbye or come again. As for the food, I wish I could have gone to the chef and given him the tip he deserved. The blackened chicken in the ceaser salad was absolutely fabulous. My only critique would be that the croutons in it were stale but that couldn't take away from how good the rest was.

We had been to Bobby’s at the bar with friends from the area late 2019. They told us Bobby’s has good food and they do good steaks. So, it’s been a long time getting here but it was worth it. We had great drinks, wings, burger and steak. The wings are crunchy outside, tender and juicy inside with a tasty Buffalo sauce. A bit sweet Buffalo sauce. The burger was cooked as requested and everything was fresh on it. The Ribeye steak was cooked to perfection and nicely trimmed. Service was outstanding.

Our experience was disappointing. It started off good. Ice tea, salad, rolls came promptly then our meal. I ordered sea scallops and husband ordered veal marsala. His veal was paper thin and so dry. He couldn't finish it. The scallops were ok, nothing to write home about. The dishes were cleared the waitress didn't ask us during our meal if it was good and didn't ask if we wanted dessert, she just put the check on the table. When she came to collect the money I politely told her to please inform the chef that the veal dish was too try and not especially good. Oh well...

First time customer and not impressed. For a steak dinner that cost $190 you would think you could at least get it cooked to order. I ordered my filet medium, I got well done. My father and girlfriend asked for medium rare and what they got was barely what you could call medium well, closer to well done. I can not recommend this place for the price they charge, save your money and go to the Texas Roadhouse.

Definitely our kind of place. Even though it was our first time there, everyone from the staff to even regulars made us feel welcome. Met three Buckeyes who were enjoying the game who of course were the best! My bride had blackened grouper on her salad which she LOVED. I am not a young man so I have eaten many French Dip sandwiches. Bobby's served me the BEST I have ever eaten! Amy said her lime daiquiri was better than any she has enjoyed and my Old Fashioneds were great too. Wrap that all up with an outstanding, friendly server to make it a wonderful meal!

I love the French onion soup. I like most of the food. Service was excellent. A bit pricey. Menu states no individual tabs, so if you come with a group expect one tab. Wheelchair access is questionable. Parking can be a hassle sometimes.

FANTASTIC, great service, great food, wine a little pricey so we (my 2 sisters and I) opted for cocktails which were great. I had the French dip, yummy my 2 sisters ordered the ribs. The ribs were fall off the bone delicious, sauce was perfect and their homemade potato salad and coleslaw were perfect sides. These ribs were so good we went back the next day and got 3 orders to bring back to the house. Bobby's is now our go to place in Vero Beach.

There are a few very negative reviews here and I can’t fathom what they are based on. Everyone was so attentive and friendly and the place has an 80s quaintness and charm. Every thing I ordered was cooked perfectly and was exceptionally delicious. In all honesty, I can’t remember a better prime rib I’ve had and I come from Las Vegas, the land of prime rib.

Food was good but super pricey. It was hot inside, all the customers were sweating. Just as an example a Burger and fries with a drink was $20. The decor is really dated and our table wobbled. The Staff were friendly and our food came quick but as far as Quality vs Price Point there's more modern less expensive restaurants in the area.

Got the prime rib wrap which was loaded with meat but little cheese, and even less onions. Also got a tuna melt on rye which was delicious. A surly server didn’t help and only one cup of coffee ignoring my request for a refill. Another couple had to ask the steak part of their eggs Benedict.

The French dip is absolutely delicious! I always order my steak medium rare and they definitely are a little more on the rare side, but so tender! The flavor of the au jus is incredible. Their french onion soup is amazing, calamari is tender, mozzarella sticks are some of the best I've had. That being said, there is usually a long wait in the evenings around 6pm and they do not accept reservations. Can't wait to go back!

We were a while getting seated because we didn’t make reservations. I encourage you to make reservations. I ordered the halibut. A little pricey but was excellent. I didn’t get the name of our waitress but she was excellent. Very personable, and attentive. Our hostess had her hands full not only being up front to welcome you but then trying to come back to a nice patio to take you to your table. Will definitely go back but will make reservations next time.

I have lived in Vero Beach for more than ten years. This place is so popular that there's always a long wait, so I gave up on it. We did get in the other night and the food is reasonably priced and good. By the way, don't take a seat at the bar without asking if it's okay. Many of them are occupied by regulars like Norm!

Late night outing on Tuesday night. Not much open but found Bobby’s. Had a beer and baseball was on tvs in bar. Had shrimp and chips. Meal was very good. Both bartenders were great. Busy at 10 pm on Tuesday night. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Would definitely recommend

THE best Burger in town. Be prepared to stand in line / wait at the bar. Very kind and welcoming staff. Friendly and accommodating. Take your time, and enjoy yourself!

Same good food, but the sandwiches were not warm. Fries were fine and the salad perfect. I wish the server had asked us how we liked the meals, but she was distant. Just okay and pricey.

The Grouper special was very good although I would've been willing to pay a little extra for a larger portion. The beef sandwich was excellent. The Chicken salad platter was good and plentiful. The house made potato salad was very good. Good service too.

Prime rib and various steaks all received high ratings for taste and tenderness. One daily special, bourbon grilled pork chop was beautiful but unfortunately, dry. An A+ for courteous & efficient staff. An A+ for allowing us to bring in a birthday cake. B- for not taking reservations for larger groups. Parking is always an issue. jj

Very rude staff. Waitress cleared table and food while my companion was still eating. I pointed out to waitress that he was still eating and she told me that every time I was there there was a problem. Asked to speak to owner and was told by staff that owner Bobby doesn't care. Haven't been here in over a year. Lost 2 loyal customers! Expensive. Mediocre food. Staff and owner think they are doing you a favor. .

I have visited Bobby's several times now, both sitting at the bar and having dinner at a table. Every time has been a good experience. Joey and Terry, the bartenders the night we were there, are awesome, great energy! For dinner I had the scallops and they were okay, could have used a bit more flavor. Prices are a bit high, but that is to be expected at the beach I guess. I've also had lunch out on their patio, very nice shaded area. That day I enjoyed a Mai Tai which was delicious! Will definitely return next time I'm in town.

Best scallops I've ever had and I lived in a fishing town up north for over 30 years. The prime rib and ribs were terrific too. Really nice, efficient staff. Go early, the wait can be long.
