The staff here is incredibly unprofessional and has no idea what they are doing. First visit - had to be rescheduled because of a communication error, plus they managed to mess up my appointment time (I have email evidence of this) so I was reprimanded for being late when I was not late. Second visit - they took 20-30 minutes to call my insurance to verify my insurance. They provided their business's tax ID number but they were not listed in my insurance's system. All they needed to do was give them more information to be added to the system and they would be able to verify my insurance. INSTEAD they hung up the call and told ME that I needed to provide MY insurance company with THEIR BUSINESSES TAX ID NUMBER. WHAT???!!!! It was the most unbelievable situation. Then they said that my insurance did not have my information and they couldn't "find me". YES THEY CAN. I called them immediately after this appointment and verified my insurance and told them what these front desk receptionists told me. The representative from my insurance company laughed and couldn't believe that this business told me to provide her with THEIR TAX ID. What a disgrace. I am appalled with this experience and hope they are able to get themselves together.

I made an appointment more than a month ago. I asked if they accepted my insurance at that time they said yes. Sonia called me almost two days before my appointment to confirm the date and time. Later she called me five minutes to tell me they didn’t accept my insurance after she told me yes two times prior. After telling her I would pay out of pocket she still didn’t offer me the service. Highly unprofessional, don’t waste your time in this office. They don’t know what they’re doing.

It's a disservice to not have 0 stars. This place is chock full of incompetence. One person doesn't know what the other person is doing. Easily the worst doc office I've ever been to. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Xpress urgent care let’s seee I walked in signed into the kiosk followed directions And there was a young lady on her phone completely ignored me The gentleman finally got back from lunch and was so clueless on what exactly was going on He was so busy on his phone his computer froze it is now 25 mins of sitting here ! He finally ask for my ID and have me sign papers and sit down to wait to be called Only for him to say his scanner isn’t working and unfortunately there’s nothing he can do I then ask him can anyone in the back do it ( scan my papers in ) He says well “ I’m already in your chart “ I have to do it ….he then stands up and walk to the back with my paper work to have another worker scan it in . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL , and UNORGANIZED and they have the nerve to talk about the 45th location !!!! There’s no way I’m still standing at the front of the office with no service ! FIRE THE WHOLE FRONT STAFF ! he’s literally laughing and joking with a girl in the back with appears to be the office manager !

Dr Portillo is treating me for my shoulder pain. My pain has decreased for the time I have been seeing him. He is a great doctor with a great personality. Cynthia his assistant is very nice. I enjoy using this practice. I recommend this practice for patients with pain like my own.

Until today I was a satisfied patient of MedFlorida Greenacres. This morning I went for routine pre-op testing for an upcoming procedure. Apparently my primary, Dr. Cohen is no longer employed there. A man walked in with no greeting or visible identification. I do not know if he is a physician, nurse or the maintenance man. He had difficulty with his laptop and trying to read my reports. I asked his name and he said something. He didn't understand me nor did he speak English. After this very unprofessional experience it will be necessary for me to seek out a new primary care provider with whom I can communicate. I am very disappointed and thought I had found a provider in my new neighborhood.

This office is amazing. The provider and the staff have helped me out so much. Marialys always helps me with what I need.

They have great team work and collaboration. They also very organized and keep up with their appointments.

I want to let the entire public know that I recommend Med Florida, from the secretaries to Dr. Roberto Tamayo, a doctor who lets you explain your health problem, he is a doctor dedicated to his profession for love. I recommend that you visit it. Ms. Flor is very attentive to medical appointments, a very kind person, Ms. Marielis, Ms. Betzie and Ms. Grether, very kind, all of them work for the love of their profession. Thank you very much Med Florida of Greenacres for having such kind people.
