The
staff
here
is
incredibly
unprofessional
and
has
no
idea
what
they
are
doing.
First
visit
-
had
to
be
rescheduled
because
of
a
communication
error,
plus
they
managed
to
mess
up
my
appointment
time
(I
have
email
evidence
of
this)
so
I
was
reprimanded
for
being
late
when
I
was
not
late.
Second
visit
-
they
took
20-30
minutes
to
call
my
insurance
to
verify
my
insurance.
They
provided
their
business's
tax
ID
number
but
they
were
not
listed
in
my
insurance's
system.
All
they
needed
to
do
was
give
them
more
information
to
be
added
to
the
system
and
they
would
be
able
to
verify
my
insurance.
INSTEAD
they
hung
up
the
call
and
told
ME
that
I
needed
to
provide
MY
insurance
company
with
THEIR
BUSINESSES
TAX
ID
NUMBER.
WHAT???!!!!
It
was
the
most
unbelievable
situation.
Then
they
said
that
my
insurance
did
not
have
my
information
and
they
couldn't
"find
me".
YES
THEY
CAN.
I
called
them
immediately
after
this
appointment
and
verified
my
insurance
and
told
them
what
these
front
desk
receptionists
told
me.
The
representative
from
my
insurance
company
laughed
and
couldn't
believe
that
this
business
told
me
to
provide
her
with
THEIR
TAX
ID.
What
a
disgrace.
I
am
appalled
with
this
experience
and
hope
they
are
able
to
get
themselves
together.
