Dr. Familia is excellent! 😊 She is very thorough, and has a very fun and compassionate way of interacting with the patient. Her nurse Fiorella is excellent as well. I do however feel that the office over-books the amount of patients they should daily, which leads to longer wait times.

I went for my quarterly appt. Bloodwork is so much better than when I began seeing Dr. Rodriguez. In fact she wants to repeat in 4 months instead of 3. The staff and she are professional yet personable

Love speaking with Janelle, she always helps with the authorizations in a timely manner that my parents are needing for their upcoming appointments, when I call I always request for Janelle because of how quickly and accurately the authorization gets completed.

My experience with this office has been poorly to say the least. My father 93 years old is due for his annual exam and needs blood work done. We asked Humana if he can get the phlebotomist to come to the house, they said yes but need a referral from the, PCP. so, I called Dr. Famila's office spoke with Janelle, and the office manager couple weeks ago about getting the referral, she said, it will bring this matter to the PCP's attention, well nothing has been done in 2 weeks neither got a courtesy call on the status of the referral. Lack of empathy at its best.

Beautiful care facility. Has wellness center. Clean and Spacious. Friendly staff. Located next to Ace Hardware. Plea to of parking in this end of the plaza.

I registered for this place 11 days ago. Dr. Estela is excellent. In their attention, their knowledge, etc. But the attention on the phones. The solution to the referrals is terrible. I spent 1 hour and 15 minutes waiting on the phone being #2 and I had to hang up because the battery ran out and I was still number 2 and NO ONE ANSWERED 😱. How horrible. It has been requested I've had a referral for 10 days and it's still not clear... I'm sorry but it has to be said to improve the service. Thank you
