If I could give this facility 6 stars, I would. Everyone gave outstanding care and kindness, from the front desk receptionist, Kelly, Tony the MA, to Amber the NP, I was very satisfied with their warm interactions. Amber was able to solve my issues and very thorough with her work. Sent my prescriptions electronically AND gave paper form in case the pharmacy didn't get it, which they did. I loved the thoroughness of her care. I'm so happy I came here because I'm feeling better already. If you have an urgent care matter, visit this place. Other urgent care facilities need to take note because when you are in this industry when you have to deal with sick people, you have to have compassion and empathy in your work. Outstanding service.

Nice facilities. New and very clean. The staff are the real stars however. Everyone from the the workers at the front desk who help get you checked in, to the nurses and most importantly the providers are extremely nice. This place also gets you in and out. I'm happy with our visit and level of care.

October 23, 2023 3:30-4p Firstly, I want to give this place less than Zero... Had Quanteferon TB test to get done for work. Went on my Quest diagnostic App and saw Xpress Diagnostics was open after work was done and happily drove 20+ mins out of my way there to Lauderhill to get it done. Firsty, I called on the phone to ask since it wasn't a straight up Quest Diagnostis Office and the receptionist said YES,,, I further asked if there was any wait time and receptionist said no... my Quest App also said there was no wait time there. When I arrived, receptionist said "WHAT ARE YOU HERE FOR?" ... Such horrible welcome..., but I handed her my doctors order and drivers license and told her I was here for TB Quanteferon Gold test... She said, "Is it from next door?" I said no... she said, "we don't do that here," I said, "What do you mean, I just called here, then drove 20+ mins here" she said "I don't remember that!" I said, that's not possible, who answers the phone here?" She said, "I do" I stared at her face and said, "you couldn't have forgotten already..." she said, "What are you staring at? You better go to quest and come out of here, gooooooo to Quest" I told her she didn't represent her company very well. I let her know as the first face customers see, she has to find her best behavior. That girl cussed me out, chased me out, accepted no fault, got loud and vulgar... her superior tried to calm her down and told her to stop,,, They couldn't calm her down!" She turned her back to both myself and her superior and just carried on with the cussing! The superior apologized, and said i received the wrong information. I told her to educate her staff and not waste peoples time... If this place was buying stinky garbage, I wouldn't even sell mine there,,, NEVER,, have I seen this kind of low down behavior in any medical office. In the medical field you expect a certain decorum,, not here either and since she's been workjng there, I'm in good stead to say they accept it there... I am straight up lucky that hood rat didn't take her shoes off and jump the counter at me... Needless to say, I'd have to have some armour on to go back there... It's good there are so many places to go...

Amber, Tony and Kim are wonderful individuals who are dedicated medical professionals doing a fantastic service. Recommend this office highly.

I came to this facility because it was on the way to my vacation site. I was very fortunately to encounter Chrissy who was extremely helpful and friendly. Although it was a simple drug test for work, she took time to explain the process and was very kind throughout. Additionally, the facility is very clean and my wait time was very short.

The entire staff was very courteous, and professional. I was in and out under 30 minutes, and I am pleased with the care I had received. Thank you.

Chrissy was amazing and very personable. She calmed my news and explained everything I needed to do thoroughly.

I have used Xpress Urgent care multiple times and Amber Niles ARNP is always amazing. Her bedside manner and thoroughness should be commended. Today I brought my daughter in and Miles was equally amazing. He introduced himself, explained everything and was kind. The front desk staff were also pleasant and professional. I will definitely be back if needed.
