Community is decent the only thing is the rents have gone high, grounds are kept up well, but if your late there’s now working with you. Also if you rent a garage they don’t give you an option to get a second remote or a code, parking is not very good, it’s extremely hard to find a place to park at night.

Comfortable, spacious, clean place to live. The maintenance staff is amazing and are always here to help. Great communication as well. Maintenance staff and office staff are friendly and sweet. The amenities are always clean. Pool is heated and amazing all year round. The gym has all the equipment one would need. Dog friendly too which is great because most neighbors are friendly dog lovers as well. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Great to walk around for the family and with your fur babies!

This place is not very nice. They told me they accept Section 8 and to apply. When I did, my application got “stuck in”their application portal and they could not access it, so they said. When I called one leasing agent had me call their application portal company who inform me that they could not talk to me because the leasing office had to call them instead. I called the leasing office and the agent then informs me that I don’t qualify because I needed to make 2.5 times the rent of $2481 even though I get Section 8. I ask the agent what is the point of me needing section 8 if I can make the 2.5 times the rent!! They didn’t care and they took my application fee of $99 plus $125 administrative fee without doing any background/credit checks nothing. I’m a single mother trying to make it and this big company takes my money. Oh and if they said they refunded my money I got an email stating they will refund me $26. Yeah, thanks for helping out someone that just needed a little help but got shafted.

Everything is amazing. The Staff is the best thing since Sliced bread. The community is great. Everyone is friendly and this community reallys cares about their tenets! Great place to live and will be renewing when the time comes

The maintenance team is very friendly and helpful. They came promptly to my apartment and fixed an issue, quickly and efficiently. It’s nice to have such caring people working in the community that I live.

I was going to rent an apartment here and glad I didn't. They originally told me price for the unit I was applying for and then another representative told me a price for almost $300 more. Then I did my application fee for me and my boyfriend. The charge was over $200 per application per person. Then I was denied due to something that was fixed in court and I told the assistant manager I really wasn't interested in moving forward and to refund my $250. Then I wanted to see if I still could get the apartment for the original fee and no one told me if I didn't decide to go through I wouldn't be refunded. Then they aren't refunding me my $250. They are crooks and make you think one thing and no one knows what the other person was doing. This is a nice community and nice apartment that has illiterate people working for them!

My wife and I had some initial challenges with the apartment after moving in but Aileen, Soleil, Keon and the rest of the team have gone absolutely above and beyond to make sure we are happy. Every interaction has been met with kindness and help, far beyond what we expected. The maintenance team are also incredible - fast, responsive and incredibly friendly and kind. It is the team here that make this complex stand out from the rest.

My AC was acting up last night and first thing this morning I had calls from them to come address the issue. Usually you can’t even get a hold of maintenance so the customer service was a breath of fresh air! Alex and Dieter were very friendly and professional and fixed my AC no problem. Alex was even already prepared when I mentioned my lightbulb was out in my closet. He had one ready outside of the door for me! Deff 10 stars.
