Legendary watch, excellent customer service from Kate Ramos. This has now become my go to watch shop for Omega’s. Update new Seamster Chrono

Nice shop. It is attached to the tag store next to it. Friendly watch clerk who was able to go through the inventory. Did not feel pressured or rushed looking through the different types of watches. They had most of the brands inventory available to look at and purchase if you were interested. Including a few limited edition pieces.

My husband bought his watch with Eduardo almost a year ago. Even we live in Naples and there are many luxurious watch stores around, we chose to return to Eduardo’s store to purchase my own watch. I just bought my first watch ever at the Omega boutique at the gardens mall! Eduardo and Kate made it such a pleasant experience. I immediately felt the care and attention they both give to the customer as soon as I stepped into the store.

My experience going in was not great. We seemed to be bothersome and an inconvenience to the sales lady. I don’t expect champagne on entry but a greeting and smile would be nice. I THINK we fit the ICP fairly well and I was wearing a Speedy at the time. Ironically this was a similar to every Omega Boutique I’ve been in, a few here in the states, Italy, and Austria. Must be company culture.
