New favorite spot for a sweet treat! They have a wide selection of handmade ice cream flavors (including non-dairy). I had the butter pecan today and it was rich and creamy and bursting with flavor! We brought home pints for later (I cannot wait to try the amaretto dark choc) - and they have a point reward program to earn free ice cream too! Will definitely be back soon... and often!!

We shared the brownie sundae and it was delicious!! The brownie was fresh and soft, the honey vanilla ice cream and cookie dough ice cream was homemade and to die for!! Oh how could I forget the whip cream , hot fudge and caramel on top!! My new favorite ice cream shop!!! They are a small family business and you should definitely check them out!! Great prices!! Huge portions too!!!Everything thing is homemade and delicious!!! Can’t wait to come back and try there coffees:)

Lots of flavors, very good homemade ice cream, made right there at the shop. Very tasty! Had the Phoebe's brownie sundae with homemade brownies. Was great. Looks like it's family owned. They are very friendly, will bring the order to your seat. Ate here a couple weeks ago and had a banana split, it was huge! You can also get coffee and espresso. Lots of parking, easy access.

We love this place! Something about the ice cream here is just better than other places. Ice cream isn’t my go to dessert but this spot has me returning time and time again. My favorite is the salted caramel, and my son says it’s in his “top 5” for milkshakes.

For all the cat ladies & gents! First of all, the decor and meaning behind this store is one that I love. Proceeds go to helping cats in shelters! Secondly, the ice cream is so creamy... there's nothing like it. There are various flavors and some for the season. Lastly, the people. They are the sweetest with the best customer service. Support local & a family with the best intentions of helping our felines!

The ice cream is delicious! They offer coffee (basic and lattes) as well as baked goods. Phoebe's even has gluten free options! As added bonuses, the owners are incredibly kind and the store is clean and inviting. If ice cream is your thing you have to check them out!

Tried Phoebe's today and ordered the ice Cafe con Leche. We loved the coffee kitty ice cubes on to top of our drinks. We opted to go without any added flavoring and were delighted by the strong and faintly sweet flavor of this more basic offering. The gentleman who helped us was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and informative. Will absolutely be back to try more of their offerings. The ice cream looked incredible.
