This Urgent Care is typically very solid; courteous front desk and doctors and nurses who show genuine care for their patients. However, on February 13th, my wife and I took our 3 year-old in to be looked at for cold/cough symptoms. The administrators at the front desk were extremely rude to my wife...they were having issues with their system and could not verify my son's birth date, even though we had visited this location before. We provided multiple forms of verification, but they would not accept and instead of apologizing for their issues, made us feel as though we were at fault. When you are seeking care for your child, as parents, the last thing you want to encounter is rude, inconsiderate behavior from the people you are trusting to make critical decisions regarding your son's health.

I've had to use this location a few times. It is the closest to my home that takes mine and my son's insurance. The lady that works in the front has some of the worst customer service skills I have ever experienced. She speaks in a condescending tone, acts as though any question asked to her is literally ruining her life, almost as if the customers are an inconvenience to her. Every. single. time. I have left the facility I have wanted to write a negative review. However, I usually shake it off, maybe she's just having a bad day, maybe she needs a snack and is a little irritable but this last time I just can't let it go. ALL of my other interactions with the rest of the staff have been GREAT but I will do everything I can to NEVER have to come back to this location again. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I was visiting my mom for two weeks and came down with a UTI. Everyone was extremely pleasant and professional. The facility is very clean, the PA explained my results clearly- I highly recommend them.

Wait for an xray 45 minutes. Wait to read the xray 1 hour. Upper respiratory infection 8 days and getting worse. Mind you, prone to URIs once or more each year. So they take a swab for viral infections and if bacteria shows up when the results come back, then they will call in a prescription. The test takes 2-3 business days. So on Day 11, they will treat you. No wonder the lobby was empty.

My 3yo son was up all night with fever and vomiting. Originally took him to a pediatric urgent care about 20 minutes away, but they couldn’t see him (even though their website says walk-jns welcome). We then took him to 365 urgent care and we were greeted by the receptionist who was so sweet to my son and I. We were seen very quickly and the staff was so kind. The receptionist’s name was Jen. She made my sick son so happy with stickers and smiles. We will go here first from now on. Thank you for making our day!

What an amazing walk in. From the moment I walked in the door till my exam was completed. The staff was friendly, competent and quick. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I will definitely go back if every the need arises for me and my family.

My family and I just moved to Florida four months ago and I needed to find a urgent care because it takes months to get in with a family provider here and I googled urgent cares in my area and found this amazing urgent care. From the moment I walked in the two ladies at the front were very pleasant knowledgeable. I saw the nurse practitioner Mark and he was amazing. Friendly knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this urgent care very friendly staff, and very clean.

When you feel your worst, you don’t want to go anywhere at all. But going here was absolutely amazing experience. The staff very very nice and the Doctor was wonderful! I would definitely go here again. Did not have to wait long at all. Y’all are my super heroes!

Great experience today. We’re stitches on my foot and it was right before they closed. Called in and they were very nice, helpful and got me in and out. Staff was very accommodating and took great care with what I needed. Thank you!

Just visited the 365 Urgent Care on Martin Highway and they were amazing. The front office person was so courteous and understanding she explained what the visit would entail. Once inside I met with the Nurse and Doctor for a wound that was a result of a cosmetic surgery procedure that was not healing properly. The doctor took the time to explain the delay in my healing and explained to me how to properly take care of the wound as well as provided me with a cream and antibiotics. Thank you all. Your assistance was truly appreciated.

This is my second visit with one of my children (this time my 4yo) who was very ill. From the moment we stepped through the door we were greeted with kindness and compassion. We were seen quickly and the nurse and PA that worked with us were professional, patient, and detailed with the procedures, diagnoses, and treatment plan. We will continue to use this facility with great faith whenever we can’t be seen by our pediatrician or PCP.

Great experience! I called at 4:10 pm to see how busy they were, and I was told their waiting room was nearly empty. I jumped in the car and arrived at 4:25. Despite having to fill out new patient paperwork, I was seen and out of there by 5:00 PM! Everyone from the receptionist to the medical assistant to the PA was friendly, efficient and professional. I came to be evaluated after testing + for COVID-19, since I have a history of asthma. Mark Lucero, PA was great and thorough and gave me lots of information. He prescribed Paxlovid after reviewing my medication list and educated me on what to expect with COVID and Paxlovid, including potential medication interactions. Great urgent care experience!

I went there to take my son for a school physical. From the second we walked in Victoria at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Kelly and PA Melinda took care of my son. Very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous staff. We'll go there from now. I strongly suggest. Place is also very nice and clean. Keep up the good work!

Wonderful place to go for urgent care. Everyone was super inviting. Tonya was especially nice and attentive. They did a thorough job, very professional, and best of all the wait times are minimal. Highly recommend!

The first red flag should have been when I came in for a strep test and they FORGOT about me in the exam rooms, but apparently I just don't learn. I went to this urgent care for Pre-Op clearance in the beginning of November for a nasopharyengeal biopsy/adenoidectomy that was scheduled for Nov 16. This surgery was scheduled quickly due to the nature of the procedure, my doctor wanted to ensure a lump he found in my nasopharynx was benign. Unfortunately, I managed to catch pink eye in early November and wanted to wait to go in to get my bloodwork done (CBC and PTT) until the infection had cleared. I went in on Wednesday Nov 8th for my clearance and they drew blood as well as performed an EKG, which was not ordered by my doctor but they did it "since I was there" anyway. I received my bloodwork results back on Friday, 11/10 at 6:54am, which showed slightly elevated white blood cell counts due to the recent infection. I heard nothing from them so I assumed it was not a concern since they were very very close to the normal range. They called me back MONDAY night at 7:40pm (less than 48 hours before the deadline for clearance which was Weds at 3pm) to inform me they not only wanted to redo the CBC (which I completely understand, however when I asked why, the woman on the phone said she wasn't sure and it probably just didn't go through? which made no sense to me as I had already received my results) and that they ALSO wanted to perform a urinalysis (again, which I understand is normal for pre-op clearance) AS WELL AS a chest x-ray. When I asked why these other tests were not completed when I was there for my initial pre-op appointment, the woman on the phone could not give me an answer and just said that's what the PA had ordered. I told her I would be able to come in the following afternoon after work. Tuesday morning, my doctor's office called me inquiring about the status of my pre-op clearance and I explained the situation to them. They agreed it was strange and that they only needed the CBC and PTT and informed me they needed the clearance by the next day at 3pm. I called the Urgent Care and informed them of the deadline and they assured me they would have my clearance letter by then. I told them I did not want to do the xray as I didn't want to pay for it and my doctor had not ordered one and they basically told me tough luck. I went in that afternoon and completed all of my tests as well as reminded them when the clearance deadline was. The next morning, I called the Urgent Care and asked for a status update to which they basically said it'll be done when it's done. When my doctor's office called me AGAIN asking about the clearance (which is now due 3pm that day), I told them the Urgent Care had promised they'd have everything over to them by the deadline. The lovely woman at my doctor's office then called the Urgent Care to see if she could get an update and would let me know what they said. She called me back and told me that the staff at the Urgent Care had been nasty to her, telling her that I had only come in the day before for my bloodwork and it probably wouldn't be ready for the deadline. She reminded them I had been in a week prior and I only returned on Tuesday because they asked me to come back in Monday night. She told the Urgent Care that without the clearance, they would have to reschedule the surgery to which the woman at the Urgent Care replied "well then just reschedule it" which I find extremely unprofessional. Luckily, my doctor's office was able to retrieve the results for the two tests they had actually ordered and I was able to get my pre-op clearance. My surgery took place as scheduled on Nov 16th and, luckily, my mass was benign and my quality of life has improved significantly! The TRUE icing on the cake is that I received my CBC panel back on Friday Nov 17, the day AFTER my surgery was scheduled and two full days after the clearance deadline I was promised they would meet. This Urgent Care is unprofessional and does not prioritize patient care. DO NOT GO HERE!

The experience was great! People were all very professional and nice. Unfortunately an hour after I left the office my Rx had not arrived to be filled.

I highly recommend this urgent care! I was seen very quickly yesterday and I was treated with the utmost care. I cannot say enough great things about Jen Lindsey and Mark. They were so helpful and professional and I hope that if I ever need to come back that they will be there!

Access 365 has been working really hard to keep patients safe. Once you check in, they send you back to your car and will call you once the physician is available to you, so the exposure is reduced. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and has a positive attitude towards “not so friendly” patients. Thank you!

My visit to this facility was absolutely the most flawless medical office visit I’ve had in years. I had been exposed to the Covid on 12/24 and developed symptoms on 12/27. I needed to get tested but could not find a location that could take me. They made room for me here even though they were at capacity. I was told to expect a wait and asked to be patient. I went in and was given a clipboard with paperwork and asked to fill it out in my car then bring back in when I was done. After I finished I took it back in and they asked me to wait in my car until it was my turn to be seen. I waited not even 10 minutes!!! I was taken straight back and my visit was 10 mins. I got my tests and I was out. After driving around for two hours looking for a place to get tested and being turned away, I expected to be waiting an hour minimum and they really impressed me with their efficiency. THANK YOU ACCESS 365 I greatly appreciate your caring enough to squeeze me in.

I had a covid test appointment booked at this location and had to wait three hours past the appointment time in my car when I was feeling very unwell to finally see a doctor. The results were meant to be posted within the 2-3 business days and after a week I called to ask where my results were and I was told the lab could not test the sample they took and I would have to come in for them to take a new swab. I had to call for this information when they should have informed me of the problem much earlier. Will never be using this service again. SO disappointing. Would not recommend.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Do not use this urgent care under any circumstances. They only want your money. They tell you you're insurance is inactive and then make you pay out of pocket. It's a scam. EDITED 1.12.2022: A month later I got a response to this review that was basically an office manager rationalizing their poor service and business practices. "This is the best any medical clinic can do as we all work off the same programs to verify insurance." Amazing, then, that I drove from this location to a different urgent care, which was able to accept my insurance without issue.

went for a dot medical exam…..best service in florida! The young lady at the front desk was so polite ,and the nurses in the back walked me right through the process and were very respectful.50/10 recommendation to use this urgent care

Saved my life. This location actually saw me when another urgent care had turned me away. Doctor recommended I go get some tests at ER which showed a serious issue and allowed me to receive the care I needed.

Although Google has me showing up as my husband, this is Karen. My primary care physician could not fit me in her schedule before next week, so I made way way into 365 urgent care. From the moment I walked in the door there was nothing but pleasant and smiling faces, professionalism, and kind words while I was not feeling too well. The interior portion of the building is under construction but it wasn’t glaringly apparent. I was seen within 15 minutes, diagnosed within the next 10, and home in under an hour. I would very highly recommend this urgent care. Clean and fast.

My daughter woke up with a very sore throat. The whole house had been sick for over 10 days except for her. We had the flu but no sore throat. Heard strep was going around which if she had that she’d need an antibiotic. Sure enough she was positive. So we nipped it in the bud before getting worse. We were seen right after filling out paperwork. The staff is friendly and courteous. The Nurse practitioner that saw us was ver professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It was a good experience and we didn’t have to wait very long. I’d highly recommend this urgent care facility.

Had to have test done then a procedure that went smoothly. I was treated and came away very satisfied and i am happy to say I would come back again and I highly recommend. Great staff. Thank you Access 365 Urgent Care.

No wonder people die of silly medical issues like the flu in America. This place doubles your co pay and will refuse any alternative method of pay. Care credit cards arnt accepted. Better have cash or a debit card or they will not see you. Clearly being sick with strep and flu and they are still tacky. Don’t ever use an urgent care in Florida. Especially not this one.

Chiropractor: I went in for a terrible neck pain. I’ve only been twice now and I saw Moses the chiropractor and I must say that I’m truly impressed at the staff that greeted me and took care of me and also Moses the chiropractor that has seen me twice and I will see again for the rest of this week. I thank all of you for your assistance and help in resolving my issue. I send my sincere appreciation and gratitude to all of you. Thank you Bryce Fortney

I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. Arrived at this office at 6:45 last night with a laceration on my eyebrow that needed a few stitches. They are open until 7:30. The front desk girl turned around and asked the NP, Mark, if he “wanted to do it.” He said he still had 2 patients to see and wouldn’t be done with them until 7:15 pm or so. Bleeding and uncomfortable, I was told sorry, “he can’t do it.” I guess Mark didn’t want to stay 15 min late on a Friday night. Awful health care provider. This is what it looks like when a “health care provider” doesn’t actually care about people.

Want to give them negative 10. They were very rude and kicked my husband out. He was not feeling well, they told him His Medicare was secondary insurance which it’s not , and made him fill out 12 pages of questions. He suffers from severe anxiety and when he’s sick he has no patience. They had even less. They said they wouldnt treat him and kicked him out.

Wonderful care! Very minimal wait time compared to normal walk-in clinics! The bedside manner was wonderful! Mark was the NP and Tre was the MA who cared for my 11 year old daughter. Both were extremely compassionate and kind! Everyone who worked there was friendly and they took care of my daughters pain and diagnosis efficiently and effectively! Thank you ACCESS 365!

I wish I could use them as my family Dr. The staff is always pleasant, and the nurse practitioners are the best in town. I have always been in and out in under an hour, other urgent cares I have spent 3-6 hours before.

Best Urgent Care I've been to. Not crowded, staff is kind, polite, helpful, professional. Including Nurse Practitioner. Only Urgent Care I will go to when needed!

  • 5/5 Rachel S. 2 years ago on Google
My experience at Access 365 was excellent! My family was exposed to covid and needed to get tested, as we all know everywhere is currently at capacity. I was able to get us an appointment and was asked to please be patient but they would get to us as soon as they could. Upon arrival we were given a clipboard to fill out our information and asked to wait in our car until we were called. My family was seen, tested and out of there within the hour. The staff was kind, knowledgeable and even helped me find somewhere to test my infant son if necessary. The urgent care was extremely clean and not overcrowded as they were taking measures to keep people waiting in their cars which I really appreciated! We even received our results in about 24 hours. Thank you Access 365 for being so efficient and professional even amid the craziness of this pandemic!
