Last night I had to choose which Kobe’s we should go to and I chose this location. Let me tell you, our dinner couldn’t have been any better. Thank you to all who worked yesterday night in giving my boyfriend and I great service from the bar to the dinner table. Shout out to our chef who cooked for us and others. Our food was delicious. We definitely will be back.

Daniel was fantastic. He was attentive and courteous. He made my experience worth the money! The guy that was cooking was so funny. I didn't get his name but I included a picture. What a great experience. Delicious food! Great drinks. Awesome and friendly atmosphere.

Had a wonderful experience at this location. Our server Daniel-San was very attentive and fun! Our chef Onkyo was very entertaining and made a very delicious meal! Portions were really big and definitely worth it!

Restaurant was very accommodating for our large party. The hostesses were great and willing to assist with our seating requests. Our server Ms. Lynn was AMAZING. She was very attentive to our needs and ensured that we were well taken care of. Our food was good and chef was very kind. Please come visit them and ask for Flynn!

This place is entertaining, has very tasty food, and the kids love it. My son requests this place on the regular and they never disappoint. Today we had Sanji as our chef and my son says, “he’s super mega awesome!” He really was great, 🌋 🌋 🌋!!!

I had a great experience. Everyone on the service staff was kind, polite, and friendly. The hibachi chef was a hoot; very funny and engaging. The food delicious and was better than I expected. The restaurant is in a good area. I would come here again.

4.5/5 stars in reality. The food is good, which tends to be the case at most hibachi style restaurants. Our chef, compared to previous chefs, was average. Service was prompt.

Everything is cooked in front of your eyes. You share a designated area with others if you come along, unless your party is big, like 8 or more. You get a server at first that takes your order and brings you the appetizers and drinks, and then your chef comes to your habacho table. And yes!!! Each chef is Japanese. They are super cool, fun, and entertaining. Trust me, don't eat before you go there .... the amount of food you get served is ridiculous..... The Pina coladas are amazing... I'm a sucker for those. Coolest thing the onion volcano!!!!! Super legit. Little kids will truly have a blast with the fireworks!!! 😃 😊 The decorations are very nice, samurai style, the pond is amazing. The kois are huge... the bar is really well worth. Trust me, it's a great experience... do it.

Kenji and Lynn were so extraordinary at their job. Very attentive, knew how to make us all laugh and served such delicious food. I can’t wait to come back and have them serve me!

Had a wonderful time at Kobe Altamonte Springs and it started with the fantastic trio (Shania, Desiray, & Taylor) at the hostess stand! They led my friends and I back to a great table where Namba (Namba One) entertained us with his wizardry and fantastic culinary skills! We were very impressed with everything and had a fantastic time! We will be back again soon! Much love to the Trio and Namba One!!!

It was our firts time at Kobe and we went to celebrate husband's birthday. The service is excellent and the food tasty and delicious. A little bit pricey but it's totally worth since you get enough food for at least another lunch. We love the experience and we can't wait to bring family to enjoy this place!

The experience is good. You share with other people. The limit for space is 8. Is like a show about food “habachi”. The service excellent. The restaurant need improve the smells with more cleaning or scents. I can’t combine rice with noodles but is your option. They need more options about drinks. The fountain outside need maintenance.

Loved the food and the chef interaction. Tables: too closed to each other (it gets very loud very fast) and sitting 10 instead of 8 as most of these kind of restaurants (very crowded on the table). It was full, which is a good sign that the food is good. Just keep in mind that this also means waiting for a table. But you can buy fish food right there and feed the Koi fish while you wait.

We were visiting from KS and LOVE Hibachi restaurants. We were so excited to try this one and let me tell you…we were very pleasantly surprised by the delicious food and wonderful service from all staff! This is our new favorite! So much food for the price! You definitely should make this your go to hibachi!

Great place for Teppanyaki. Better than Benihana. Get the filet mignon! Ordered the Kobe Trio. Chicken, filet mignon and shrimp. Customary items like fried rice, vegetables and noodles were plenty. Food was great. Would go back for the portion and great cook named Hong.

Came the other night with a large group and had a great time. Kobé is the only hibachi chain to deliver consistent top grade service and food across every location. The chefs are always engaging and put on a show. Just be prepared to take home leftovers because you will not finish all the food they give you! Sign up for the rewards program and get discounts on your birthday as well.

Chef Hong Wu was the star of this afternoon. He made our food absolutely perfect and did not disappoint on the entertainment. I ended up getting the trio with steak, chicken, and shrimp. This was a 5 star experience and would recommend to anyone in the area looking for some amazingly fresh and delicious hibachi.

Cleanliness; Very clean all the way throughout, can tell it is well cared for restaurant. Atmosphere; fun and relaxing. Service; top notch, plates and bowls removed as you finished with the soups and salad, drink was always filled, chef engaged with the table, put on a great show. Price; a little higher priced then other Japanese steakhouses but the portion is worth the price and so is the quality, but cheaper to order online(steak chicken shrimp combo online $28.50 but with the server $37.50) if you aren't wanting the show or if you can't get in due to seating. Taste; I had the filet combo and it was amazing I would prefer the steak from here over Texas Roadhouse(this is a personal opinion) the food was on point with the taste. Overall I would come back the food portion for to go meal is in photo attached so you can see portions are great. They also include an 18% gratuity in your bill (but it is also taxed) The smoothies for kids are not worth $6 but that is because it isn't refillable and it is just a small cup but they are good taste wise.

Food and service was great as always. It was my son's 1st time at Kobé and he had a blast with our chef. He was very attentive and funny with the kids.

Super amazing service and delicious food! Wait time is a bit long however but that’s mainly due to the huge rush & demand. Overall, loved the experience and would visit again for a specific occasion :) Fish pond was super cute as well!

As other reviews have mentioned, this is an amazing restaurant with excellent food. However, there are a few things I want to point out. On Friday night, we made a reservation for 7:30pm, which is during rush hour. Despite our reservation, we still had to wait around 30 minutes before we were seated. I would say that the restaurant and food are worth the wait, but be aware that the wait time for reservations can be around 30-45 minutes. The portions are generous, and their fried rice is one of the best I've ever had. The price for two people, including taxes, service charges, and everything else, came to around $130. I have posted a receipt to give an example of what to expect. While the food is a bit pricey, I think it's worth it because the quality is exceptional, and you'll have plenty of leftovers for the next day. Additionally, there is ample parking available, so finding a spot shouldn't be an issue.

Lynn was a fantastic waitress. She was knowledgeable and answered all questions prior to ordering. Taro was our chef. He was funny, entertaining, and cooked all our meals to absolute perfection. We enjoyed our experience and will definitely return.

Lynn and Kenji were absolutely incredible! My family member was visiting from New York and came in for the first time and could not have been happier. We are leaving full and very well taken care of! Thank you both!!

I recommend Lynn & kenji for as your waitress and cook. Lynn was great she was very attentive and did our to go boxes. And kenji .. where do I begin ?! He was SUPER funny and entertaining. We laughed so hard , kids laughed, he did a great job on the food it was amazing! Highly recommend them as your servers.

Best meal from our vacation. The staff was super friendly. The drinks were delicious! My picky daughter even enjoyed her non-alcoholic beverage. The chef was super entertaining and the food was delicious. Definitely will return on our next trip!
