It is the best. I am still unsure why they sell jalapenos in small packages of 3-4. I buy around 20 each time and it just seems wasteful, to me, to have that packaging. Ah well. I'm sure there's a reason. In other news: Their garlic bread is amazing, and all of their desserts are 🔥🔥 +Great beer selection!! I mean, excellent!! They have all the local and Florida brewery selections AND they have my favorite-- Boulevard Brewery (Kansas City).

Good staff (especially their cashier Pamela - she's the best) good inventory, decent prices (only a few exceptions) and lots of prepared foods available. All in all, it's worth the trip. UPDATE: Unfortunately the staff seems to have changed and didn't recognize anyone, nobody is particularly helpful/friendly. Prices have also changed (they went up a lot). Really have to know your pricing, otherwise you'll over spend for a lot of things. Their quality has also decreased, so much more trimming needs to be done on meat while having to spend more. VERY DISAPPOINTED

My new favorite store! I am a huge fan of places that not only have everything you want and need but they have the brands and options that people would prefer all at a lower price. I can't remember the last time I have seen produce so cheap but also in great condition. And their deli and ready made food is wow. No really...it's that good! They have so many options! The store isn't the biggest but that didn't stop them from having what you need in regards to groceries and alcohol. ( Yes fresh fish and meats included). I basically won't go to another grocery store ever. Just target or Walmart for the toiletries and baby supplies. After that...Downtown produce here I come!

I’ve lived in Melbourne for most of my life and shockingly never realized that downtown produce was open to the public as I always thought it was like a vendor for restaurants. It was to my amazement to learn they were open to the public and just how incredible their selection of food is, I’ve been learning to cook new things and their weekly specials being posted on Facebook give me ideas for what I want to try making each week and the deals are incredible. They have ingredients I’ve never heard of and they make me want to try new things! I’m actually excited to buy groceries each week instead of feeling anxious and like I’m doing a chore going to the supermarket chains.

Yes yes yes! Everything is amazing. Clean, friendly, well laid out floor plan. Fresh food. Otherwise tricky to find food. AMAZING SALES. Takes EBT, which is sooo helpful. I’m happy that families can eat healthy foods on low income. Best salmon.

I so enjoy this place. I go out of my way to shop here. The meat selection and quality is top notch. So much better than the Big Box monopoly chains. It might cost a little more, but it is worth a lot more. Beer selection is great too.

I love the place and the people for the most part are always kind and helpful. There meat selection and cuts are fantastic. Not trying to put others down but hands down. They have the best selections of meat in the county. I remember when Tom Davis construction built the place for them. The company I was working with at the time we subbed some work from Tom Davis and I've been going there ever since their produce and meats outstanding. I live in the south side of Palm Bay and I have no problem driving there because the products are the best

Prices were very higher on many items. Chicken was cheap. Stakes were high priced, but looked very good butchers cut meat were available. Prepared meals were available prices were high. But overall I would definitely shop here. I would rather have good meats 🍖 and a great verity of many items that the advantage grocery store doesn't offer. Very clean and comfortable environment 👌. It is worth spending a little more to get what you want. I highly recommend this place to shop. 5☆

A little pricey for regular items. But has lots of specialty items & good, fresh produce. Clean store & the best is they offer Veterans 10% discount (see store for restrictions. Sales are also pretty good, staff is friendly.

Seen no post for truckers on deliveries. Had a 7am appointment they didn’t take my paperwork until 8. That’s why not a5 star. Got there at 630 and parked at one of the receiving docks with other drivers. I believe it was door 1-5. As you pull in and go left straight ahead you will see them on your right. There was quick unloading and will bring you the paperwork.

I don't give out many 5 stars... I finally got the chance to go here for lunch. I ordered the market burger, I think it is called, and my wife got the wings and 2 sides. We were both happy with the taste and portions for the price. I will definitely be going back to try their sandwiches. They were busy, of course, because of what I just said. Well done! Update: I just got back to finishing my burger and found a hair. Uhggg. Down a star.

Bought gigantic artichokes to stuff. A bit pricey at $6.00 ea. but were good.

Always the best salads made there and largest chicken breasts for grill. I find that mushrooms, tomatoes, lettuce is half the price of Publix and 3 times better taste. Steaks are also phenomenal. Best place on Melbourne to buy steaks, chicken and homemade salads

Had a great time at the Wine and Cheese tasting today. I got some great blueberry cheese and some bread and other produce. It was a bummer that they don't sell hoagie rolls which was the main reason we went here today.

So much stuff to look at. Have so many items that I have never seen but it is an awesome place with very fresh food and great customer service. Prices are a little high but the quality is amazing. Worth it for fresh meats and produce.

Had some nice-looking beef steaks. Bought a Sirloin and a porterhouse. Look beautiful, only taste and tenderness will tell. Good prices on veggies.

This place is very cool. Lots of selection and a great atmosphere. I'm on a budget so it's pricey for me but they have a great area of fresh ready to eat products. I'm just going to say it's eclectic,and appears to have a ton of items you won't find in our grocery stores. I highly recommend recommend .

Great selection of anything. I bought my Roma canning tomatoes and they were excellent quality. The deli is wonderful.

Love this grocery store. Has great deals on everything. Just have to catch them. Quality of foods are high aswell. Don’t forget to try the deli in the back. They make great sandwiches and salad. I’m here once a week.

I thought this was going to be a fresh vegetable market. And it is. They even have a large selection of loose mushrooms. Did not see a white button mushroom in the group. This is a welcome surprise. They also have individual herbs. I scored a giant bunch of flat leaf parsley, for! $.99! If it wasn't so far from home I'd be there more often. But the best part, without doubt is the multiple SKU's of different things. From mustard to pasta sauce, there are multiple choices. Then there is the mind numbing selections of beer and wines. If Costco sells 100 different labels of wine, Downtown Produce might have 300 labels. Even more in the beer aisle. Then there is a butcher, fish monger, a dairy case, bakery, and a prepared food section. Bring a strap to keep you jaw from hitting the ground when you see the entirety of the store. I can't leave out the helpfulness of the staff. I asked someone where I could find a particular spice. Four Publix stores and one Fresh Market let me down. This woman brought me to a selection and I was disappointed they did not have any. Then she said it might be on the other side of this aisle. And there it was. I wasn't kidding when I said the depth of inventory is staggering. .

Best Italian sub I've had in a long time. Whole sub was 12" packed with meat and veggies. I want to go here and buy a weeks worth of pre-made lunches, dinners , & bakery items everything looks delicious. All the produce you could want. Great place

Love this place, I went at lunchtime and they were hopping! Found everything I was looking for for two recipes, lots to take in and enjoy and know they have for next time. A wonderful craft beer selection, too! I will be back.

Wonderful fresh produce at reasonable prices. Bought a gorgeous sirloin steak and lovely-looking pork loin today. First time trying their meats, but excellent prices; hope they taste as good as they look!

Largest and most amazing selection of fresh produce I have ever seen. Gorgeous fresh fish, and extensive prepared foods section as well. Shelf after shelf of spices and seasonings. Spend some time here wandering each aisle, you will find plenty to take home to your pantry and fridge.
