Definitely recommend! Had to take my pit here in December after getting into a fight with a cat. (Safe to say she did not win this fight) her battle scars got infected and she had a fever of 104, would not eat, and limping on the leg where I assume she was bit/scratched. From the moment I walked in the ladies working the front desk were amazing. It only took about 20 minutes (no appointment) to see Dr. Crystal Welling who was extremely informative and compassionate. You can tell she truly loves her job and wants to help. The same day only hours after taking the prescribed antibiotics my dog was eating again, and barely limping. Thanks again to all of the staff at VMC. Hopefully I will not have to return but if I do, it will be at this location!

We are very new to the area and our 13 year old dog had a tooth infection. We brought her to the E.R at Veterinary Medical Center where we were greeted with very compassionate folks.They got us into a room in 15 minutes.Mind you this was Christmas week 2021, The vet said she would need surgery and scheduled us in for December 29,2021.Now that's was above and beyond caring for our first ime visit I would recommend the Veterinary Medical Center to everyone. Happy New Year 2022 .

Dr. Kolleda is a great caring Veterinarian. I was so sad when it came to saying goodbye to my little Shih Tzu Mintzy on Mother's Day 5/08/2022. I received wonderful excellent service from the veterinarian and also from a fantastic caring staff. I received my dog's remains from Haisley's funeral home. They also provided excellent service and honored my wish for a private cremation. I will always remember the great and compassionate service that I have received from all at the VMC Thank you so much VMC and thank you for the sympathy card.

Would recommend this Veterinary center. The staff were very kind when we had to put our doggy Junior down. My family and I were devastated and loved our Rottweiler so much. The staff understood our pain and made Junior comfortable. They even sent us a touching card.

They took care of Luna 1st when she had an allergic reaction. 24 hr services if needed is great. Dr and staff were amazing. Staff very friendly. Decor in office like a home beautiful not like a hospital. Dr Patricia Diskant is very well trained and able to answer any Questions you may have. We picked Luna up today from getting spayed. She stayed over night for observation. We received thorough instructions verbal and written from tech with discharge. I found this vet after my dog hurt her foot. I liked them so much I wanted to follow up with them. My second visit to the practice for the follow up was great too. The staff was all friendly and the vet seemed like he really understood my pet and her needs. It’s important to have good medical care when you need it. It’s important for your pets too. I’m really happy I found this vet. Thank you to them.

…We had to make the hardest decision last February 1st, 2023 and say bye to our 16 year old companion, friend and service Dog Brando…the whole team was very compassionate, careful and help us on that difficult day and moments were pain and sadness invaded our hearts. The Dr. Was very sweet with my Brando and she was very sincere on her medical recommendations. I appreciate that she helped us removed my doggies pain away. It has been 8 days that we had to say bye to him and we just received the most warming card we with each staff member handwriting sharing our grief…a paw ink surprise gift was also included that filled our heart. Thank you so much! You truly love what you do and are a great practice. Thank you again for taking care of my dog son until his last breath.

We had an English bulldog that had gotten bladder stones, had to pay 4,800 up front. Instead of doing what needed to be done. They took that money & came back with an additional 5,000.00. We are just working people we didn’t have that kind of money. Well our beloved bulldog passed away for their lack of compassion & their love for the mighty dollar. We would have gave everything we owned to save him. I know if we have another animal this is not the place we will take him.

This clinic has been very good to us being there a short period of time the day I had to put my dog to sleep there compassion and empathy was beyond measures. I truly appreciate the way they explain the procedure, and was very pleased with their understanding of our feelings, I just received their sympathy card, not expecting anything from them. I appreciate it very much and I want to say thank you to the staff and to the doctor. That took Care of my menace. You guys are great. Keep doing what you’re doing.

We have had our furry child for 10 years. The first 2 years we used another Vet but we were not happy with them. We watched as the Veterinary Medical Center was built. We decided to try out our next appointment with VMC. We use the boarding vacility on a regular basis were Marco is well taken care of. We have never been disappointed with any of the Drs and technicians.

Highly Recommend: As most ER visits do, I had one that really caught me by surprise. While my entire experience wasn’t perfect (there was a minor miscommunication between myself and the triage tech, but it was understandable and corrected immediately) the doctor we saw was amazing. I left the ER at about 2:00AM and was back before 7:00AM to transfer my babe to our rDVM. The doctor was fast, efficient, and very versed and secure in her ability, yet continuously apologized for a wait that was not her fault. The longer I waited, the more grateful I was that my girl wasn’t the patient receiving the doctors immediate attention. She made sure that we were on the same page before I left that evening and when I came back the next morning. Everyone was efficient, calm and exceeded my expectations in regards to bedside manner. My estimate was thoroughly explained but I didn’t care, I just wanted my girl to be okay (I was given the option to decline/accept anything on the estimate but wanted to leave everything up to the DVM, I also keep an emergency visit credit card for the fur children). I came in the next morning and to my surprise I was actually refunded part of my original deposit (please don’t take that as me saying that it ALWAYS happens, I paid for 24hr care and they were decent people and used what they had to and returned the rest). While I hope that I never see these people again, I’m so blessed to have left my baby in such skilled hands and would happily do it again without a second thought. After all, they gave my girl the supportive care that saved her life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My dog was sick with diarrhea that suddenly progressed in frequency. Things took a turn when she began vomiting at 3:00am and she started not acting herself. They took my dog in right away. They were very efficient and caring, recommended she stay for observation and treatment for 24hrs. When I left her she was very weak, drooly, just sick. 24 hrs later I picked her up and she was herself again. They answered my calls throughout the day and were quick to give me updates on her. I am so so happy they were there for me in the middle of the night and took such excellent care of my baby girl. Cannot thank the team at veterinary medical center of PSL enough! 🙏

I had 2 sick cats at the same time with separate issues. I drove an hour to get to this vet because I've had such good luck with them before. Julia was our vet tech and I couldn't say enough nice things about this human. Handled me and my babies with care. Helped work with us financially and was compassionate and awesome. She also went above and beyond caring for our two cats, one of which was not easy to deal with. I couldn't thank this entire staff enough. But Julie is special and this vet is lucky to have her. Thank you! Our babies are already feeling much better

This was our first visit to the vet and the experience was wonderful. Chris our tech was with us the whole time. He was so kind and very knowledgeable answering any questions. When the Vet came in he got right down on the floor with my dog and stayed there with her the entire time. He was amazing. I’m just so happy that Asia and I have found a place that makes us both happy. Recommend 100%

I ended up here with my cat a couple nights ago. Turns out my cat was just being a drama queen and was perfectly fine, but I’m glad I had a great experience here to give me and my family some peace of mind. I had a TERRIBLE experience with one of my past pets at ANOTHER VET ER in town so I was worried going here, but it ended up being so wonderful. Staff was kind, caring, took their time and listened to my concerns. I never felt rushed and they definitely had my cat’s best interest in mind! I’m glad there was actually nothing wrong with my cat, but I’m confident that if there was, I would have just as positive an experience! If you have an animal emergency, this is definitely the place to go!!!

Unlike the world of doctors and vets, these people keep their appointments. No more than a five minute wait, though a busy vet office practice. Expertise of staff and doctors is top notch. Reasonable prices and clearly itemized invoices. Do not feel rushed. Staff takes the time to explain and answer questions. Always friendly and inviting. Gentle with dogs. I also like very much that they give the rabies license tag right there. Some vets make you go to county and stand in line. Also, has a 24 hr hospital next door. I drive 45 minutes passed 11 other vets to get here because they are the best. A++

It was better this time around regarding useful information and prevention plan. Last time after the visit I had to call 3 times and ask what can I do for Prevention, and nobody got back with me and I gave up. To be honest because I was back this time for the same issue (because of no Prevention method was discussed), I should have been severely discounted. This appointment the vet took the time, discussed real alternatives, but to keep open to possibilities of treatment in near future. Overall the prices keep going up (quoted $100 more for services than the quote 8 months ago). I don't believe certain diagnostic testing on a small cat should amount to more than a human has to pay for the same thing.

This is the best vet practice I've been to with a pet in a very long time and I'm very thankful to have found them! They treated my dog so well and made an otherwise awful thing into a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!!

Every staff member that we encountered was extremely friendly and efficient. We arrived late at night with my 11 month old puppy after he was experiencing multiple episodes of vomiting and becoming weak. They took us in at immediately upon arrival. The veterinarian and staff were knowledgable and thorough in their explanations of treatment plan and care. My puppy felt safe and we knew he would be in good hands when we had to leave him overnight. I am grateful to have come across this facility and for the way they cared for my puppy, truly like a family member.

I never leave reviews, but today, we received phenomenal attention when our baby Coco became ill. The Vet doctor and Tony were extensive at explaining what treatment was needed. Tony went above and beyond to meet our needs, even when we were nervous and had many questions. This establishment is great because of staff members like Tony that treat our babies like their own.

I have never experienced a more compassionate Veterinary Hospital in my life, our Bulldog ”Brutus” passed today, and we were treated like we had lost a human family member. I can’t say enough good things about this place. And I’d like to truly thank everyone there. You are a great bunch of people. I highly recommend their services.

My baby lucky pass from Parvo last week and I was feeling so sad until today that I received this sympathy card from you guys staff showing some love, I really appreciate it Lucky was only 6weeks old and didn’t live his life I missed him every single day thank you for all you guys support ❤️

I waited 5 hours patiently and I had no one to really check up on the puppy or myself. Literally sat in a room waiting for a doctor once we finally got checked in and then they said we didn’t forget about you after an hour. I am usually a patient person and never write a review. But how do you run a business like that. No customer service. I understand there’s critical conditions on other animals and they are trying to help them out. I would not recommend going there.

Boarded our bunny rabbit here for 2 mos while we were waiting to move in to our new home. They gave her a lot of attention and treats. When she couldn't be home with us we were very happy to have people who held her and gave her lots of attention like we do. She adjusted quickly to her temporary home. Would definitely recommend this medical center for boarding your pet. They really seem to care about their animals

Friday around 12:30 midnight my border collie was having seizures as shes got epilepsy, and these were severe and constant for the past two hours. Rushed to the Emergency entrance and the staff immediately took her in. They were very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Nena my female border collie was admitted and had to stay there for 24 hour observation. They were able to stabilize her and I was able to bring her home the next day. She have not had a seizure since then. I was so pleased with their professionalism, love and support towards Nena and myself that I decided to treat her here from now on at VMC. Thank you so so much!

We took our dog here for the first time and we had an amazing experience. Doctor Rivera was very personable and answered all of our questions. The vet tech Chris was gentle with our pup and gave her a treat after her vaccinations. The front desk ladies were patient and kind. I recommend coming to this vet for all your vet needs!

I do not know where these reviews came from. The lady at the front desk is very rude and seems to hate her job. Second time I’ve tried this place and turned around after interacting with the front desk. Disgusting the way she spoke on the phone with me when I was in a highly stressful situation already. I went anyways because I wanted to know my puppy was going to be okay. It was a 2-3 hour wait, the front desk was extremely unhelpful she couldn’t even stay at the front desk she would just leave. Don’t go here if you love your pet. This woman made me very upset when I was already upset. No thank you, need a different line of work please maybe one where she doesn’t have to interact with any living things. Will not ever come here in a life threatening emergency. Drove 20 minutes to a different vet and for $7 more my puppy was seen immediately and the ladies taking care of her were so drastically different from this woman they were knowledgeable and showed compassion, that’s all we needed last night.

My experience here was wonderful. My dog was so sick and everyone here was compassionate and super helpful, they helped her (and I) feel much better. Dr Diskant was amazing and her and staff have followed up multiple times since she was there a week ago. She’s doing much better now!

Diana does a wonderful job of handling/grooming our German Shepherd rescue. It gives my wife and I great comfort knowing that everything is under control and our girl is being taken care of so well. Our GSD truly loves going for her “spa” mornings, a direct reflection of the care/attention she gets. We get great service from the Veterinaries and vet techs too. Everyone is thorough, thoughtful and caring. Really glad we found this location. I would give them five stars every time.

We’ve use this clinic for both emergency and primary. Couldn’t ask for a better facility! The entire staff is on point. Our appointments have always been timely. We’ve seen several doctors, all are very capable and kind to our dogs. In the unfortunate times we need emergency care we’ve always been seen within a reasonable time. They do a nice job of triaging critical cases so yes that does translate into a wait sometimes. Yes, they also require payment upfront. They run a business, and a good one at that.

They were awesome ! not only did they take care of Oliver, but us as well… They really do make sure you feel welcome, they offer you coffee and water, and have great hospitality. I definitely recommend coming here for your animal troubles. 🐈🦮🐈‍⬛🐾

Everyone here a friendly and welcoming. We have been coming here for several years and we love them! They have taken such great care with Little Bear and I can't recommend them enough!
