    Andrew Z came to service our bluestream and I have to say he was awesome. Knew what he was doing was efficient. He fixed everything and explained it all while doing the work. I was beyond impressed. Hard worker and knowledgeable so nice to see .

    Andrew Z. Came to my house, called first to say he was on the way. He was awesome! He made the changes necessary and made sure everything was set up correctly. He was very nice, pleasant, and informative. He took the time to explain all the features. I was extremely happy with this visit. He was by far the best I’ve ever had come to my home. Thanks Andrew!

    The service technician, Andrew Z. was a very pleasant surprise to the both of us. He did call us in advance to verify he was on his way. He met us with a smile and was very pleasant throughout his service call. He was extremely professional in his knowledge and attitude. No questions were left unanswered (and we had a lot of them). He made sure by the time he left our home, we were completely set up as to installation and we fully understood how the new system worked.

    Andrew went over & beyond to set up my tv and all my apps. He was patient and very helpful in insuring everything was set up & running properly. He explained how to use all the new equipment to my satisfaction. He deserves 10 stars! What a great employee you have! He deserves a raise!     Your tech Andrew Z did an awesome job fixing the issue I had. He explained everything as he went along. Also Andrew Z was very polite. He's knowledgeable in his professieon. He certainly deserves a 5 star rating. You have a great employee representing your company.

    Andrew was by far the most knowledgeable and patient technician I have ever dealt with from Blue Stream. He was punctual and very friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend him to move up the management ladder. An absolute asset to the company!

    Andrew just fixed our internet after a sudden outage. Was very professional, kind, and answered all our questions. Highly recommend using Andrew if you're looking to get wifi or cable installed, he is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us. Thank you again.

    Andrew was prompt, courteous and very professional. He quickly addressed my issue of intermittent internet connectivity. While he was in my residence I took the opportunity to ask him a few questions about my Blue Stream TV service. He made some adjustments to my two boxes that resulted in quicker response time on the TIVO app. I could not have asked for better service.

    Just had the best service by tech Andrew Z. He started our service yesterday but couldn’t finish because they weren’t getting a signal from all the new construction in our neighborhood. He came by the next day to finish the job since the street’s signal was restored. I was truly impressed. He not only connected the internet and tv but he walked me through on how to use the remote device. So informative, and professional. He is definitely an asset!

    Andrew Z. Came out and upgraded the cable and internet in my home. Honestly the most professional and thorough tech I’ve ever had come to the house. He found issues the builders left and was able to fix things on the spot. My experience with blue stream has been neutral until this and now I couldn’t imagine going with another company. Andrew Z was the best part about the entire company.

    Andrew was wonderful he went above and beyond his duties he made sure that everything was working perfectly before he left my home…also he was a perfect gentleman. I also have to mention Xavier who was extremely helpful in giving Andrew everything He needed to install the cable equipment. They both deserve a 5 star rating

    Outstanding service by Andrew. I have had an issue with my internet speeds for about 5 months now. I have had many techs prior to himself at my house and not be able to figure out the issue. Andrew was at my home for 3 minutes and addressed the issue immediately. He explained the issue in great detail so that I was able to understand the problem. Outstanding service, Polite, & Very intelligent young man. This kids going places! Thanks again.

    I called to request information in regards to the upgrade being provided by Blue Stream to it’s customers in The Lakes area of the Tradition community. I was provided with a wonderful customer service rep named Nelson Cintron. He was polite and very professional with his responses to my many questions. He quickly set up a time for the technicians to come to my residence to do the upgrade. It really was a pleasure to speak with someone that was knowledgeable and explained many things in a friendly manner. Happy I called!!

    I know a lot of people have been dissatisfied with Blue Stream during this whole upgrade thing. So I’d like to share my experience today and hopefully at least some folks have had similar experiences. My appt was scheduled between 12-5. He arrived precisely at 12, got all of our TVs hooked up, gave us a very informative tutorial and was on his way out by 1:30. He was polite, knowledgeable and left us feeling very confident in our new upgrades. The new remotes are easy to use and our picture is perfectly fine. So for us it was definitely an A+ experience.

    We had a great experience working with Austin Perez. He was very knowledgeable and patient and walked us through all the options. He respectful and an all around really nice guy to work with.     Blue Stream provides our community with bulk services. Our experience with them recently has been exceptional! Their ops team is knowledgeable, deliberate and professional in everything they do. We collaborate closely with Renee, our Strategic Account Manager, to address any issues that may arise and bring closure in a prompt efficient manner.     So far a horrible experience. Scheduled appointment for a new service days in advance. When technician shows up there was a problem with cables. They said they would be around to fix it on the same day. Construction co. came the next morning and fixed cable. We called Blue Stream to advise since we did not hear back from them. They couldn’t say when they would come to install service. All they said was that we would hear from them by the end of the week. It was only Tuesday. There was no manager available to talk to.

    Philip Francois #318 was my service tech today. I decided to change my package when he arrived and he called Bluestream for me and had it done.
