Beautiful neighborhood with an abundance of trees. Quiet and peaceful. On the shore of Lake Thonotosassa. Good fun place for a day on the water, or fishing. This place literally has everything you need for a good day of relaxation. There are very few places to eat around here, but that's a deal I'll take to live in a peaceful community that is gated.

Only place in Tampa Bay where you can live on a 2+ acre lot by the largest lake (Lake Thonotosassa) in Hillsborough county in a beautiful, gated subdivision and yet be only 25 min to Tampa downtown & Tampa airport and just 50 min to Disney, 70 min to Orlando airport.

I have lived in SLR for 4+ years. It is a beautiful and peaceful community; a quiet refuge 20 minutes from downtown Tampa yet seemingly miles away from the city hubbub. Love it.

Popped in drop off some things it was super inviting, relaxing, serene and zen residential luxury homes in gated community. Everything was lush manicured and just lovely. I would enjoy a residence and the lifestyle of this upscale living.

Best high end neighborhood it he area. I go in all of them and the people that live here are by far the friendliest for the biggest part and the homes are beautiful.
