Ricky Garcia was the BEST! Agent. He guided me through finding a location in Sebastian Highlands for the Wilmington model. As I was remote during the construction, he kindly sent photos and updates. The finished product is stunning, and it was so easy to accomplish at the Design Center. I am throughly enjoying my MARONDA HOME.

We just started building a home with this company Rick is our agent. We flew from CT to buy a house for the November specials. We were told if we bought this month we would get free upgrades(these are also advertised at their show home). They were advertising free upgrades. They also told us in CT we would get 5000 off but since we picked a different house when we got to Florida we then would only get 1,000 off manager discount(the 1000 off was itemized and honored in the contract the "free" upgrades turned into itemized items... we actually are paying for the upgrades (no where on the contract is there a credit returning the fee like the manager discount) Long story short the list price included the cost of the upgrades although they were advertised as free. To be clear the list price would go down without those upgrades, I made sure and Rick confirmed that was the case. The upgrades actually aren't free if you are being charged for them... listing the house price (adding the cost of upgrades) but bumping up the price and saying those upgrades are free was a lie we fell for. Anyway at the end of the discussion we are still excited and going forward with buying even though we are upset with how this company uses the word "free" to advertise. I will update this review once we receive our 🏡

My husband and I went under contract with Maronda homes in April 2020. We were so lucky to find Ricky Garcia as our agent. He has walked us through every step of the way. Always answers all my questions. We are not in the area so he goes out of his way to take pictures of the progress and sends them to us. We are so pleased with the service we have received from Ricky and Maronda. Our closing should be in a couple of months and so far the house looks great. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great service and a quality team. Addendum: we just closed last week on our new home. I could not be happier. Ricky Garcia stayed with us throughout the entire process. He went out of his way to help. Ricky Sorrentino took such pride in his work, and it shows. This home is just what I was hoping it would be and more. They both went above and beyond to help us. I highly recommend Maronda homes.

Ross Shipley made buying our home from out of state extremely easy. Always prompt with answering questions and even offered to send pictures while being built!.

Paid for upgraded tile in the bathrooms and got fiberglass overlay in the guest bath, tile in the master bath was stained, chipped and crooked…. Excess stucco on patio wall.. large chunks… only one electric outlet in master bath suppose to be two.., and the list goes on Nothing is being done to correct these issues and it has been almost a year All I have gotten us empty promises to fix things and nothing has been done

we purchased the lot and the house model all on line (we currently live in Texas). Ricky with Maronda Homes walked me thru the entire process and has been there for any and all questions we had and have. He sent me progress pictures every Tuesday to keep me informed of the building progress. They did move our closing back a couple of times but that was due to difficulty in getting some of the needed building supplies. Thanks a lot Covid!! We should be closing next month and we are super excited and would highly recommend Maronda Homes to anyone looking to purchase.

We have been working with Realtors since 2016 more seriously 2019. In the resale environment we have had a tremendous time finding the right house at the right price. We had been under contract 2x in 2020 and after having dished out $550 a pop each contract fell through at our discretion. We had a realtor tell us this would never be possible for us -new build at our budget-until we found a Realtor who encouraged us to inquire! Gale Billings from Robert Slack LLC! Ricky took GREAT care of us and we are officially building our first home within our budget and with our personalization. Our lot is on the canal & more than we could have hoped for!
