I’ve been coming to Provident for many years and they’ve honestly never let me down!! I am beyond happy with my ring! The craftsmanship on the setting is flawless. Jacob was a pleasure working with. The communication was excellent. I felt very comfortable in knowing Jacob knew exactly what it was that I wanted and he kept me informed every step of the way from the CAD rendering to the arrival time on the day of. I couldn’t be happier :) FYI, I wrote this review at the wrong location so I just posted it to the right location. Lol

Stopped by & met Holly & staff. (Holly was even nice over the phone)I had a ring appraised. I stopped by a few other places previously & did not feel comfortable-at all. So in search of a place where I would feel comfortable, I read Provident Jewelry reviews & decided to take that leap. After working with Holly, I told her it looks like the Google reviews are true. 🤗 I was pleased to get my ring appraised there & would do it again. It feels good when you make the right choice & today, I did. Happy 4th everyone.

I was interested in purchasing a watch but had many questions. Jacob was incredibly attentive to my requirements and extremely knowledgeable on the different watch options. He was able to put in me in the most beautiful watch based on my style, requirements, and budget. I don't think I would have received such great customer support for another Jeweler. Needless to say, he is an intricate part of the journey as I build out my watch collection.

I interacted with different people on different days and every one of them was super helpful. I knew nothing about rings (clarity, color, etc) and they were willing to help me and educate me while shopping, without making me feel like I was wasting their time. I was able to show photos of what I wanted, they created computer generated renderings to confirm, and created the ring exactly as imagined, all for a great deal/price. My Fiancée has received countless compliments on the ring. Any fear I had of ring shopping disappeared once I started going here.

I had beautiful silver and sapphire David Yurman necklace that was severely tarnished and pitted. Linda helped me clean it up so it looks like brand new!!! She was so helpful and gracious. A true pleasure to deal with!

Got engagement ring from Tammy and owners. Place is credible, honest, forthright. I have had so-called "friends" try and make a mark up on GIA certified diamonds publicly avaiiable --- and these guys did NO SUCH THING. HONEST AS THEY COME. Spectacular engagement ring and great quality service. I find it hard to trust people in jewelry --- but these guys I would trust with anything.
