must
say
I
give
5+
stars
to
the
Dr.
I
see,
Dr.
Duarte.
She
listens
and
has
an
excellent
bedside
manner
and
is
incredibly
thorough.
I
have
nothing
but
good
things
to
say
about
the
care
that
I
have
received
from
both
the
front
desk
(all
the
women
at
front
desk
are
amazing)
and
the
doctor.
My
issues
with
the
facility
stem
from
the
scheduling
department
and
the
referral
department.
The
first
appointment
I
made
by
calling
and
being
directed
to
scheduling
where
they
took
all
of
my
information
and
scheduled
me
for
an
appointment.
When
I
showed
up
for
the
appointment
they
did
not
have
me
in
the
system
at
all
and
they
had
to
schedule
me
for
an
appointment
the
following
week.
When
I
showed
up
for
my
appointment
the
following
week
a
man
came
in
and
the
same
thing
happened
to
him
and
he
said
that
the
scheduling
department
had
taken
all
of
his
information
and
giving
him
an
appointment
but
they
had
no
record
of
him
in
their
system
.
I
just
had
an
appointment
today
and
the
same
exact
thing
happened
to
another
woman
so
the
scheduling
department
is
not
putting
people
in
for
their
appointments
on
the
actual
schedules.
I’ve
also
had
issues
with
my
HMO
getting
referrals
to
see
a
specialist
twice.
After
calling
the
insurance
company
they
told
me
that
they
had
approved
my
specialists
and
that
it
was
the
referral
department
for
Sanitas
that
was
holding
up
the
specialist
getting
the
referral.
I
called
the
referral
department
at
Sonita‘s
and
was
told
that
I
had
to
call
the
specialist
and
get
an
appointment
scheduled
before
they
would
send
the
referral
over
but
the
specialist
would
not
give
me
an
appointment
until
the
referral
had
been
sent
by
that
department.
After
speaking
to
three
different
referral
specialists
(calling
the
same
day
three
times)
someone
finally
faxed
over
the
referral
to
the
doctor
that
had
been
approved
and
referred
by
Dr.
Duarte.
I’m
having
significant
neurological
issues
and
the
doctor
has
been
incredibly
generous
to
send
me
to
different
specialists
to
help
with
my
care
but
I
haven’t
been
able
to
get
into
any
of
them
because
the
referral
department
has
been
jerking
me
around
making
it
very
difficult
for
me
and
the
insurance
company
says
that
they
have
approved
the
procedures
so
Sanita‘s
needs
to
work
on
both
their
referrals
and
their
scheduling
departments.
