As I’ve finally reached a point in my life where I can purchase my first Rolex, Kempf’s Jewelers and I patiently waited for the right watch and I couldn’t be more satisfied to call Kempf’s Jewelers my local dealer and Rolex family. I brought in a 10kt gold bracelet in with 5 blue topaz stones. The bracelet was missing a stone and no longer worn. Mrs. Kempf was friendly and did not dismiss my request to have two of the stones reset into a stud earring setting. As a matter of fact, she was encouraging, liked my idea, and showed me some earring jacket options as an alternate way to wear them. Another local shop told me the stones and bracelet were not high quality and said it would be more cost effective to buy new earrings. Not their call. I opted to have the studs made by Kempf's and was offered a fair amount for the 10kt gold bracelet, which offset the cost. I am very pleased with the simple stud setting. They are what I wanted. Kempf's has a nice selection of custom made and classic jewelry. The family has been in business for many years, and it shows.

A true family-run business, Kempf's is a jewel in the crown of the Treasure Coast. My wife and I love to stop in to chat and browse Gale's latest creations. Brought my vintage (1977) "President" to Kempf's for repair and refurbishment. The watch was returned on time and for the estimated price quoted. I was very happy with the quality of work done by Rolex. I wore my watch for three days and ended up rubbing against a metal table and scratching the case. I called Kempf's, and they were very understanding and said to bring it by to see what could be done. Took it in, and they were able to buff the scratches out about 80% and at no charge! I definitely recommend Kempf's for their great service, Rolex/jewelry selection, exceptional service, and knowledgeable staff! Thank you again, and see you soon. Regan

Kempf's is a wonderful store. They treat you with utmost courtesy no matter what price range you are looking for. When I asked them for help fixing a bracelet I bought in Greece they were very accommodating. My husband bought me a beautiful necklace designed by a Kempf's artisan and I have loved it for years. I hope I get one of there gorgeous designs for Christmas!

Received the most welcoming and non-pressuring experience to date. Rhett provided excellent customer service with class, knowledge, and professionalism above reproach. The transaction was easy, simple, and again non-pressuring. While deciding on a big purchase, having the time to think before committing is as important than saving for the purchase, and Rhett definitely excelled at this. I was able to briskly converse without the added pressure to commit. I did buy the item, and I’m looking forward to future purchases at Kempf’s Jewelers, and hopefully really soon.

Just visited Kempf's Jewelers in Melbourne, and I have to say, Rhett's service was top-notch. He's got a genuine passion for watches that really shines through. He gave me an in-depth run-through of the GMT, Sky-Dweller, and Submariner, making sure I understood the ins and outs of each model. As great as Kempf's selection is with Rolex, I think they'd benefit from adding a few more luxury watch brands, especially given Rhett's extensive knowledge and enthusiasm for watches! This is a beautiful jewelry store, with a good selection, I found what I was looking for quickly. While I’ve lived here a long time, I just started going to Kempf’s for my interest in expanding my watch collection. I visited their website and learned that they are also very well recognized jewelers makers, so I stopped in to look at jewelry and of course discuss watches. I was hoping to find a tanzanite piece for my girlfriend and stumbled into the last day of their annual sale!!! The entire staff was there and friendly, but it was Rhett that ultimately assisted me. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. I’ve spoken with Rhett before and It is always a pleasant experience. I purchased a one of a kind set of earrings that caught my girlfriend’s attention via text message and I’m very happy with them and the customer service. I LOVE my petite rings designed by Gale Kempf. The first one she designed was a “promise” ring from my high school boyfriend in 1975 - the most unique and exquisite petite diamond ring, ALWAYS getting compliments - it was BEAUTIFUL (unfortunately lost over the years). Recently, Gale worked closely with my husband to re-design a unique setting for a new “promise” ring with a blue diamond, surprising me as we celebrated our 40th anniversary as we retired and moved back to the Indialantic area. My new promise ring’s brilliant blue stone inspired me ask for Gale to enhance this overall look with earrings and a pendant necklace. She showed her brilliance once again. I am continually complimented on Gale’s talents here as well. This new ring inspired me to work with Gale to create and design a petite birthstone ring for myself ….. she listened, she drew some inspired ideas and gathered new ideas….. and AGAIN, I dearly love the precious design she created for me here.
