Drove over an hour and a half just to go to this jewelry shop walked in due to my appearance, was automatically stereotyped was very uncomfortable experience. I felt labeled and belittled by their attitude towards me as a Potential paying Customer, their attitude and customer service was horrible !!!! Really ruined my day to no place of business or treat customers the way they do. I do not recommend this store to nobody. Please do your homework and find a better jeweler to go to before this please thank you for everyone’s time.

Michael helped me design men's ring. He then built it out of my recently deceased wife's engagement ring and both our wedding bands combined. It is spectacular. Now I know why he was the jeweler she always used. Thank you Michael!

My husband and I moved here from Miami almost 4 years ago. He sent me one day to get a new battery for his watch and a necklace to be cleaned. (They clean jewelry too better than any high-end jewelry store btw). When me and my sis in law walked in; OMG we were in love and hooked with the rare jewelry options they have and they OFFER layaway too!!! I have been coming here ever since. But the main reason I'm finally leaving a review is because one day I went in for jewelry cleaning and asked them "by any chance do you guys make custom jewelry?" Long story short my husband is a hard working man. When we met I was at the lowest point in my life. Divorced 3 boys and my ex was/still is just as resentful as when I left him 8yrs ago. He not only accepted my situation, put my ex in check and as a man he took care of us and we are a happy blended family. For them to literally make a design that I envision in my mind and make it real is something shocking; it's emotional. I love this place!!! THANK YOU MICHAEL'S JEWELRY FOR MAKING MY HUSBAND SO HAPPY!!! HE SAID IT FEELS LIKE HE WEARING A CHAMPIONSHIP RING!!!

Brought 14k white gold cluster ring in for up sizing. Quoted $65. Picked ring up today...work was done quite well. Personnel at store were courteous and professional.

So I usually go here for my simple jewelry repairs and usually I'm satisfied. This particular time I brought a necklace in that I popped when I forgot to pull it over my turtle neck before taking it off. So they called me back immediately after drop off to tell me one of the clasp were missing and it would be a charge to replace the clasp. I told her I'm not sure how that's missing but okay go ahead and replace it. So when I return to pick it up I notice that one side of the necklace is significantly shorter than the other. I bring it back in and they basically say that a piece of the necklace must have been missing. So I'm telling them that there was no point of putting a clasp on if it was missing a piece of necklace. I would not have paid for that. They basically just apologized and provide no resolution other than looking confused. I won't be back.

I have gone there for years as well as my family. I have had some issues, but they normally are good at resolving a problem.They do have some beautiful jewelry and good selection

New ownership THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WORD. Had a product on layaway that was to turn into a credit. Could not find that receipt until recently. I was told that if I found my receipt I would be able to get my credit back from product that was on layaway they lied. Will not purchase anything else from this company. Loss $623.00

My husband suggested this place so I went in to find a chain/necklace for him & to get a battery for my watch. Never again will I go here. First, they had NOTHING to show me for a chain! So I gave the sales lady my watch for her to put a battery in & she took it into the back; she came back about 10 mins later to say my watch was stem was broken! I told her it wasn’t when I brought it in, but of course I have no proof, but I believe she installed the battery & pulled the stem out too far trying to set the correct time & that’s when she found out it was broken. She explained they do not do repairs I’d have to send it out. As I said I have no proof—I only post this as a cautionary to others!!

I had a horrible experience with this business due to poor customer service. In particular, a female Staff member was extremely rude, very condescending, and acerbic . All, I wanted was to have several charms soldered onto a charm bracelet. The entire experience from drop-off to pickup was a total fiasco. I suggest that if you don’t want to deal with the “Karen’s and Kyles” in this world-spend your money with another jeweler.

New to the area, needed an old ring cleaned buffed and resized. Took it to Michaels, very pleased, So when I ran across an old chain and bracelet, white/yellow gold (30 years old) It was in such bad shape I didn't think I good salvage it. Took it to Michaels, when I picked it up, to my surprise it looked like it did when I bought it. Thanks Michaels,
