I
bought
our
wedding
rings
from
here
and
purchased
the
lifetime
warranty
for
both
the
engagement
and
wedding
ring
for
my
wife.
I
also
purchased
my
tungsten
ring
from
here
with
a
lifetime
warranty
as
well.
They
explained
to
me
that
whatever
happens
to
these
rings
that
they
would
be
covered.
The
sales
person
told
me
specifically
that
if
my
tungsten
ring
had
to
be
resized,
or
damaged,
that
they
would
replace
the
ring
because
it
is
tungsten
and
could
not
be
resized
but
is
covered.
Low
and
behold
my
ring
broke
and
my
wife
brought
here
for
warranty.
At
first
the
guy
said
that
the
warranty
covers
it,
but
they
do
not
have
this
particular
ring
anymore,
bit
have
a
similar
ring
that
was
300
dollars
less.
He
said
that
we
would
have
to
buy
a
new
warranty
even
though
it
was
supposed
to
be
lifetime.
No
problem
because
he
explained
it
was
because
it
was
a
new
ring
new
policy,
and
that
we
would
be
reimbursed
for
the
difference
of
the
original
ring.
Manger
comes
up
and
says
they
have
to
figure
this
out
and
low
and
behold
they
did
not
reimburse
me
the
worth
of
the
original
ring.
They
tried
to
sell
me
on
a
new
lifetime
warranty
and
wanted
me
to
pay
175
dollars
for
it.
I
asked
if
I
had
to
pay
for
a
new
"lifetime
warranty"
anytime
I
needed
something
done
to
this
ring
and
they
said
yes.
This
place
is
a
total
scam.
I
will
never
do
business
with
Kau
ever
again.
If
your
ring
ever
breaks
here
don't
get
it
fixed.
Just
return
it
and
get
your
full
amount
of
your
hard
earned
dollar
back.
