I have been having back pain for weeks, I called to get an appointment with a PC but was given an appointment with an APRN. She did not even look at my back, just said from her experience I may have walking pneumonia, she sent me for a chest X-ray ordered STAT. And called in a RX for antibiotics. I am going on week 3 and have not heard back from the APRN. I called the center where the X-ray was taken and go my report. I never picked up the RX nor was I concerned about having pneumonia as I had just had a lung CT Scan months prior, which I shared with her. I would not go back to this facility if you paid me. I still do not know why I have pain in my back, it still is there. So now I will look for a competent physician or facility to help me. This facility is also I need of an overhaul, torn furniture, old dark smelly place.

I recently had an appointment here with Vivian Stone but it was cancelled because i hadn’t done new patient paper work. So i filled out the new patient paperwork and was scheduled an appointment. The next day a Medical Assistant called me and said that the appointment had to be cancelled again because last year i missed two appointments. Like i told her i had scheduled those appointments months ahead and no one called to remind me. I wasn’t given an email text message anything. They called the day of the appointment five minutes before asking was i ready. Like i told the MA it’s not my fault they don’t send out reminders and i forgot. The appointment was scheduled at least 3 or 4 months ahead of time. I was told Vivian didn’t want to see me because i was considered a “bad patient”. I find that inconsiderate and unprofessional because they have no idea what i was going through at the time to miss those appointments and they didn’t even care to ask. I would never schedule an appointment to see anyone here. Shay was nice though and i appreciate her being so honest about everything! If i could give zero stars i would!!

I wish I could make it zero stars. The only kind person was my nurse but even he tried to diagnose me by saying I was experiencing allergy symptoms and wasn’t actually sick. Waited ONE HOUR for my actual doctor. But the best part of it all? THEY MAKE YOU GET COVID TESTED BEHIND THE BUILDING NEXT TO A DUMPSTER. The photo is of a nurse/doctor administering a test and a patient. This is proof that the American healthcare system doesn’t care about our health any longer, only that they want you to be another cog in the machine. There is not a single, well-educated doctor that I know of that would approve getting ANY kind of test administered this way. I have only ever had POSITIVE experiences at the Vero Beach location. This review is not regarding Vero Beach, only Fort Pierce.

I had a bad experience today as I had an appointment, got there 10 minutes prior my appointment and they took vitals and all that in a decent time and then was waiting in the exam room but no provider came all to the room, I was waiting for almost 2 hours and no one came, I actually when out 2 times to ask and was told both times that they were coming soon, no one said anything if there was a delay or not even an excuse, I left the exam room, and told the front lady the reason I was leaving she said she will call me back, while I was complaining right there the provider/resident came running to me (he was in the brake room laughing & chatting because you could hear everything coming out from that room) so I decided to leave because I do respect the providers time but they didn’t respected mine, I felt so bad as I was waiting for so long for this annual appointment. Poor service. Lack of communication, lack of empathy. I don’t recommend then at all.

I can’t believe that I have come across the best doctor I have ever known. Dr Hernandez is so attentive and explains everything thoroughly. Everyone at Whole Family Health have been great, very pleasant staff.

FORT PIERCE. Betty Jones is apathetic and not competent to understand nor listen to patients with mental and emotional conditions. Office has improved customer service. Delivery gentlemen are super cordial and courteous.

I recently had a fast Covid PCR test for a pre- cruise at this location. The experience started off bumpy because of faulty equipment but through the help of Knesha and others I didn’t see I ended up being very happy with my total experience. Thank you all especially the wonderful lab tech Knesha. Sincerely. Donna Anderson

Dr Fowler is fine but... Recently out of state and needed a prescription refill because the transfer from one pharmacy to another was LOST. Although I had many refills left, they insisted I make a phone appt.. Not a control med!

The turnover is huge in all whole family offices. The personnel are efficient in moving everyone through in a speedy manner. They offer televisits, pharmacy on premise for pick up and delivery to your home if needed I can always get a quick appointment for those times you just cant wait. Easier and cheaper than walk in clinic

I don't understand the low reviews at all. The phone staff is always helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Juliana Stradley-Elliott. The pharmacy staff is helpful and efficient. The office staff even calls me to help get appointments for referrals or specialists.

This was one of the worst doctor experiences I have had. I scheduled with Dr. Peggy Schneider for a telemedicine appointment and was left waiting for 2 hours with no explanation, no follow through to rebook and was completely ignored. The office was cramped and overcrowded. Would not recommend.

Very comfortable place. Clean, orderly. Their pharmacy fills a prescription for me that normally costs over 300.00 per month for just 12 dollars. They are a non-profit so I guess they're able to get a reduced price on medications. They have nice receptionists and good medical care. They no longer take Humana, but if your insurance carrier allows you to go out of network, a visit doesn't cost that much. And if you pay your copay in full, they cut that in half too. They have a great patient portal that you can communicate on with your doctor or nurse. UPDATE: This update is not to discourage or take away from what I previously stated. With that said, my most recent experience has led me to decide to change to another provider as I do not feel valued as a patient there any longer. I do not disparage anyone from trying this medical entity, but as for me, I shall move on.

This place has made a full turn around, services became more meaningful, quick and precise. They have completely remodeled, painted and are expanding their parking area. Thumbs up guys!

Full disclosure, I work here. It is compassionate health care for everyone and we support the entire community including/especially the underserved. Our patients love our excellent providers, check us out.

Everyone is always so nice, and I get in and out pretty quickly most of the time. Love the pharmacy employees. They are always so helpful and remember me every time I come in. Even though I'm not in there very much.

I normally have great interactions with everyone at Whole Family Health but this morning by phone, Edna, was not listening and uncooperative. When I was in the office last visit, the office worker scheduled the blood draw for 8 am. Then, when I called to correct the 4:30 pm error, Edna was rude.

I am always taken in a timely matter for my daughters care, staff are friendly and doctors are friendly and knowledgeable, I love the convenience of having the pharmacy there and a lab all in same office

If I could give less stars to the office staff I would. Trying to get routine blood work for my daughter they keep faxing the orders to the lab company. Lab company hasn't received fax order for over 2 years. You think they would know better. Then I asked him requested them to send me the lab orders. They did. They were not signed. Another trip wasted to the LabCorp.

So unprofessional here. Called in to get my asthma prescription refilled by Dr. Schneider. 4 days later still nothing. Receptionists transferred me to a voicemail every time. I guess I need a new doctor/office. Do not recommend this place.

I've been seeing Dr P and his highly qualified staff for over 30 years. In any long term chronic care have there been bumps along the way? Of Course there have been a few and not of the Good Dr's making, most are self inflicted by the patients themselves. Speaking from personal experience any review that did not honestly recognize this would be a falsehood. If you desire a streamline no-nonsense approach to treatment and You understand the committed responsibility of being compliant in a Physician/patient team, then this is the practice for your Whole families wellness and yourself. Strongly Consider Whole Family Health
