    Wonder experience...Manager on duty, and all staff were exceptional. Food was freshly cooked and delivered with a smile.

    Unfriendly, untrained staff that do not like white people. Had simple order, could care less that we were customers. Management was rude and abrasive, entire staff was African American and totally put the brakes on when my white son and I tried to order and eat inside the establishment, and white people are looked at as racist. This place defines racist against white men. All we wanted was Popeyes chicken and got treated like we were the one who ruined their lives. Terrible prejudice for two white men on vacation . Food was terrible too. Teach your cashier where the Mac and cheese button is on your register.

    Staff were friendly!!!! Happy, smiling! The young lady that brought my food out to the car even asked, "do you need sauce or anything else"? And she was smiling the entire time. How refreshing. I had a big order, and it was nice to feel they were glad I dropped by. Oh, and the food was delish.

    Horrible Service. I ordered a classic fish sandwich. Cashier said they would have to cook a fresh sandwich and would need to park and wait 7mins. I wanted over 7 minutes and went back to window. The cashier gave me my food. The sandwich was a chicken sandwich. I took it back and the cashier said OH WE RAN OUT!! She could have told me that instead of taking my money. I asked for my money back. Manager came over gave me my money and didn't offer an apology or any type of resolution. This location is HORRIBLE. All Of the people at this location needs RETRAINING.

    Unprofessional. I was told there would be an 8 min wait on fresh chicken wings and was told to park after I paid. After 20 min of waiting and watching everyone else get their food, I decided to go inside and the assistant Manager asked did she forgot about me. I replied yes and I've been waiting for spicy wings. Then they stated that there was only one wing left but instead offered me extra pieces of chicken. I also asked for a refund to be placed back on my card. The assistant manager acted like my card declined and stated that she was not able to refund me today because of the machine. She stated that I can come in tomorrow to get a refund. Horrible customer service.

    Orders are given out wrong at most fast food places but for no one to answer the phone is just ridiculous. They pick it up and just don’t say anything I called like 8 times very annoying..

    They have become so unprofessional at this restaurant.. The lady taking my order was trying to talk to me and talk to the lady at the window at the same time and then messed up my order... Then tells me she is multi-tasking.. So rude at this Popeyes they do not seem to care about their job here..

    This is my 2nd time here since I moved here last month (yes, I love Popeye's!). Both times, everything was FRESH and the staff was super friendly. See you again in a week or so!

    $16 for two kids meals, they told me 7 minutes, it took 21 and then I didn't get the kids toys. Fries cost extra with the kid's meal. Chicken was fresh, and very tasty.

    The tall lady who prepped the food and the one who took the order seemed interested in doing a their job. The one who I think was managing seemed angry and not at all interested in customer service. Kept speaking loudly during my order and when I drove up to the window, almost unaware she had a customer and was giving people a bad impression. Never was greeted, acknowledged or thanked until the end when I paid and that was by the employee who took the order and rang it up and that appeared to be an afterthought due to the manager taking all the air out of the room. Food was okay but bad customer relations. You would hope a business was grateful and polite to their customers. Maybe that is too much to ask here.

    Just stopped here to try popeyes while visiting from Massachusetts. I've had Popeyes up in new Hampshire off the interstate and All I can say is WOW what a difference is taste, service and staff. The manager was very nice to us and was also very nice to her staff. The staff was very polite and easy to talk too when ordering. Bathrooms was very clean as well. Whenever I'm in this area visiting friends I will make sure to come here for great food and service 😊

    I wish I could give 0 stars. It’s very sad that just being polite is too much to ask for these days. We drove out on a rainy night to get food for our whole family. When we got to the drive thru speaker, we were told to just pull to the window. So when we pulled up I said “Hi” and the employees didn’t respond; they just kept laughing and talking with one another. I tried ordering 3 spicy chicken sandwiches and the only the reply was “we ain’t got that”…. So since we didn’t have a menu in front of us it took a second to decide what to order. While we were deciding, the employees were dancing and playing music on their phones (looked like they were making TikToks or something). We had to wait for them to come back to the window; meanwhile we have a line of cars behind us. When she finally came back, we tried ordering spicy tender meals and got the same reply, “we ain’t got that”…. So we just asked “okay, what do you have?” she didn’t respond, she was literally on her cell phone ignoring us not even trying to hide it. Since she didn’t feel the need to answer us, we became so frustrated that we just passed on this restaurant and went somewhere else. I can always understand running out of food and having those types of issues but if your customer service can’t be any better than that, you won’t be getting any business from me. Unacceptable!

    If I could give 0 stars I would, this place used to be nice to go to, but now it’s nasty, the employees are rude, I’ve gone 3 nights in a row, and didn’t have any chicken sandwiches, the lobby says it closes at 11:00 pm, all the doors were locked to the lobby..I’d rather go down the street to kfc !!!

    Had lunch here on a Saturday; by far one of the best experiences I've ever had at a Popeyes! The service was fast and friendly; the food was great! Could I say anything more! I was in the area on business; I actually hope my work takes me back there soon. Thank you folks!

    I have been coming to this particular Popeyes for over 30 years and they have always been the best. All Popeyes locations are great but this one…The staff are the NICEST people and totally on point. I enjoy even going out of my way to come to this location right off US1 next to Walgreens. Love you guys! Always fresh food and my orders are alway perfect!

    Every employee is on their phone which wouldn't be an such issue for a fast food place I mean what do you expect. Waited over 30 min after placing my order in the drive thru for the employee to bring me the wrong order... they gave my order and the cars next to me to the wrong people.

    The manager on duty was rude to everyone including employees. As we were sitting for 30 minutes waiting on 2 orders of ghost pepper wings we observed 4 guest come inside from drive thru with wrong orders and the cold shoulder the manager was giving everyone was very obvious. She should not be in the service industry.
