I called the store to pick up a curbside order and no answer call about 5 times and it would ask me to type number in to leave a voicemail and then I finally someone answered and all she was you need to come inside, we have no one to take it out to you. Why say you have curbside if you don’t!? I have 3 kids with me and opted for curbside because it was going to be very difficult for me to get off at the mall with three kids. I went out of my way to come to the mall because they offered curbside and they couldn’t even bring me what I ordered.

Awful customer service, rushing me for my purchase. When NO ONE is in the store...I suspect racism!!!

I went in to pick up an online order and wanted to exchange the free item I got for the purchase with the other free option that was offered, the Rose Gold Bangle, however Evelyn told me that wasn’t allowed and I would need to return my entire purchase for that to be done. She also told me that’s the store policy being that they are a franchise?? She pretty much did not want me to have the better free option. Also having asked me “ How much did you spend?” She stated she doesn’t have any that information. Honestly my entire interaction with Evelyn was horrible. This woman went into the back of the store and called someone named Kitty who supposedly told her all of this information. But couldn’t tell me when Kitty would be in so I can speak to her about a simple exchange. Everything she said made absolutely no sense. I will never shop at this location again. And will be escalating this matter. I’ve never heard of returning everything I purchased just to exchange ONE ITEM. Nowhere in Pandoras policy does it say that. Do better Evelyn. Macey was great.

Worst customer service from Alex & Anaih, made me wait over 25 minutes for a return, on a mistake she made on my GC. I would NEVER go back again. Couldn't even speak to a manager, since there was NOT one on duty. This is not the 1st time ibhad problems walking into this store.

Pandora at Christmas time was a bit crazy with all the people but the way that the employees handled the crowd was excellent. They took the time to walk to everyone in line and take orders if the customers already knew what they wanted and checked people out as fast as they could. My overall opinion, I was Very impressed !!

Came in to get my bracelet cleaned. The worker was super helpful but when she put my bracelet back on I realized it was tangled. After I said that it was not tangled when I took it off, she decided to deny like I haven’t been wearing the bracelet for months nonstop.

I don’t shop at Pandora anymore because I have not had a good experience with their jewelry holding up. I went into this store the other day with my daughter and was so disappointed to see that there was a lot of display jewelry that looked tarnished. The store was basically empt, so there is time to clean the display pieces. Even less impressed than I already was. It just seemed like there wasn’t a lot of jewelry to choose from anymore and what was there needed cleaning.

I went in to use the self serve machine to clean the jewelry and the staff was super friendly. I didn't even plan on buying anything and ended up getting some gifts for mom!!!!

Every experience with Pandora has been positive. The last visit, the sales associate noticed my husband's military ID and made us aware of the discount. I love all of my pandora jewelry.

Made my first purchase and the ring was too big, I went back to exchange it a week later and they told me I couldn't exchange or return because I wore it a couple of days. Funny they said try it a couple of days and if it's not right come exchange it. Ugggh, I will be careful next time before I waste $100 on something I can't wear. It is a beautiful ring though.
