I
went
in
to
pick
up
an
online
order
and
wanted
to
exchange
the
free
item
I
got
for
the
purchase
with
the
other
free
option
that
was
offered,
the
Rose
Gold
Bangle,
however
Evelyn
told
me
that
wasn’t
allowed
and
I
would
need
to
return
my
entire
purchase
for
that
to
be
done.
She
also
told
me
that’s
the
store
policy
being
that
they
are
a
franchise??
She
pretty
much
did
not
want
me
to
have
the
better
free
option.
Also
having
asked
me
“
How
much
did
you
spend?”
She
stated
she
doesn’t
have
any
that
information.
Honestly
my
entire
interaction
with
Evelyn
was
horrible.
This
woman
went
into
the
back
of
the
store
and
called
someone
named
Kitty
who
supposedly
told
her
all
of
this
information.
But
couldn’t
tell
me
when
Kitty
would
be
in
so
I
can
speak
to
her
about
a
simple
exchange.
Everything
she
said
made
absolutely
no
sense.
I
will
never
shop
at
this
location
again.
And
will
be
escalating
this
matter.
I’ve
never
heard
of
returning
everything
I
purchased
just
to
exchange
ONE
ITEM.
Nowhere
in
Pandoras
policy
does
it
say
that.

better
Evelyn.
