I'm so glad Claire's still does piercings! Wendy did an awesome job on my third lobe piercing. She's the best! And you can't beat the price...for $36 I got the titanium earrings. Plus they were having a sale on jewelry. Great experience!!

Staff was super friendly and very helpful with my 4 yr old girly girl. All things pink and sparkles and they had lots for her to choose from. Very cute items all over the store and a glam corner for teens going to prom or homecoming.

The lady was very friendly. They just have some of the newest little things. I can get my grandchildren once in awhile and myself. Oh my daughters to have and demon fun

My baby girl got her ears pierced today and the service was speedy. I didn't get the young lady's name but she was very polite, personable, and efficient.

Immediately greeted at the door. Was informed of sales & promotions. Clean store. Very helpful staff. The ladies were patient, understanding & did not show any frustration even on a busy Sunday afternoon.

Went last Saturday to get my youngest child’s ears pierced and had a wonderful experience! Anjel made sure my child felt completely at ease and the process was quick and tear free! She also made sure we knew how to clean the piercings and was exceptionally thorough explaining the entire process! Very thankful, highly recommend her! I’ve also already received my first coupon for the free earrings for a year, can’t wait to take my kids back to pick some earrings!

My son got his ear pierced 6 months ago he took them out to play a baseball game and one of his hole closed and they telling me I have to repay instead of fixing the incorrectly pierced ear. I’m so disappointed in the service don’t get your ears pierced here the lady obviously pierced my son ear incorrect because the hole wasn’t lined up. Just closed the whole store down 🙄

Two stars just because the piercer was so incredibly nice. But the free earrings for a year is a scam. We got three people pierced months ago and the code hasn’t arrived. Call customer service and they just put you off another month. It’s happened 3 times now and I’m being told to try again in October. Total scam. I wouldn’t trust them again if I had to.

Claire's is a cute little store with earrings, necklaces, purses and more they have a very friendly and knowledgeable attended I will gladly visit again.

My friend and I met up in Orlando for a girls trip and wanted to get our ears pierced. Yari was absolutely phenomenal! If you are thinking of going to get your ears pierced and want a pain free, clean technique, & want a nice and patient person, ask for Yari. It’s been two days and my friend and I BOTH had zero pain during or after. Our ears aren’t even sensitive to the touch. We slept on our sides just fine. We woke up and thought how is this possible? Yari was very knowledgeable, understanding, and patient. She didn’t make us feel rushed even though I changed my mind about the location over five times. She clearly cares about her costumers satisfaction and wants the best for them. It’s hard to find people like her these days. Highly recommend!

Ashley, Angel and Natasha were amazing!!! Claire’s birthday was a complete success. The attention to detail and kindness the staff showed was incredible. My favorite Claire’s store.

This is a store with a lot of worthless junk to me LOL but not to some people like my granddaughter she loves this place I bought her some cat ears which cost $15 and price doesn't really matter when you're talking about a gift for your granddaughter that she wants anyways they have a wide variety and a large selection of good interesting and fun chachkies I highly recommend this place for children and young girls

Filthy. My kids played on the playground in the food court and have now thrown up for two days straight. Can't keep anything down. It's not viral bc no one else in the house is sick. I just know it's from that disgusting playground. It clearly has never been wiped down once.

Took my daughters to get their ears pierced today. I was first informed that they only sold the "complete kit" with the cleanser, even though it showed options online with out the cleaning solution. So I was required to buy $20 worth of cleaning solution instead of letting the girls share a large bottle of solution between the two. The first daughter would only get one of her ears done, which was fine, but I wasn't allowed to leave the other earring in the piercing kit to get done at a later date. They "pireced" it through a paper meaning I will have to spend another $65 to get her second hole pierced at a later date. Finally my second daughter get hers done. One of the earring was clearing at an angle with the stud facing down. The lady said she could redo it immediately. My daughter was upset but agreed. The second placement was COMPLETELY off center...not aligned with the other earring or in her lobe, too high and very close to her head. The peircer was very upset and sorry, and didn't charge us for her earrings but that doesn't help my daughter who now needs to let that ear heal completely and try again, a third time in that lobe. Not the experience we were hoping for. Although the employee was very sweet, I would recommend taking your children to a professional piercing location.
