My wife ordered a phone here and when it arrived we went to the store. The associate had no idea how to transfer the data and left us to doing that on our own in the store while he was in the back playing around. I had to go get him and tell him the phone finished. He then didn't check to make sure the new phone worked and when I told him it wasn't getting phone calls which were still going to the old phone he told us to try restarting it and seemd like he had absolutely no idea what he was doing. We basically did everything without his help other than to pay him. Not to happy about the lack of any customer service.

Traded in a phone 6 months ago under the next up program. Att claimed they never received it. 5 months of back and fourth and att says I still owe $606.60 for phone they never received. Well, after spending 10 hrs of my own time , it turns out phone was not returned through the proper channels but they will credit my account. This location is NOT corporate owned and basically did nothing to help me . They are really good at not returning calls and manager screens all calls before answering. Save yourself the aggravation and deal with a corporate store.

I had a wonderful experience at the store with Francois, however, I returned to the store and needed more assistance, and a young lady that greeted me was not very helpful. The manager, Josh, came to my rescue. So my experience at the store was good and bad. Thank you Francois and Josh for your professionalism and help when I really needed you.

The manager was nice and also the other sales associate in the store. They were taking care of the customers the best they can. The reason why you’re getting the four-star review is because you don’t take cash at this location. Why is that not an option?

It’s been a long time since I have received such specialized and amazing customer service anywhere! Manager Julia, assistant manager Mathew and sales person Katelyn at the AT&T store in Palm City went above and beyond to meet our needs, even driving to another store to get the phone we wanted! Great job guys and keep it up!

My grandmother was treated extremely poorly by the store manager Julia. Julia flat out refused to offer any customer service for a iphone that was purchased, and went so far as to tell her she didn't have time to assist her because "she had calls to make and a dentist appointment at 4pm". Sad that this store takes advantage of seniors.

Julia, the manager,was terrible. Refused to help me when I wanted to return a phone. Said she had no time and I watched her go out of the store to talk with a friend while I waited then argued with me for 10 minutes...plenty of time to help me. Then she refused to give me a receipt when she finally took my phone. Went back three days later and Jorge managed to get me a receipt. Glad I don't own this franchise.

Julia was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help us with everything we asked for. Jorge and Samantha were great too.

I love this AT&T store! They have the best customer service! Everyone there is so friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell. They are part of the reason I keep my service with AT&T. Julia, Matt, Sam, Jorge keep up the great work and thank you!

Matthew went above and beyond with assisting me with getting a replacement phone. It looked like my account was going to prevent it from happening that day but Matthew got it done for me. Highly recommend this location, clean, organized and well staffed. Highly recommend Matthew for the experience.

Jorge was very professional and caring human being. He took the time with me to show me everything about the phone. He gave me an outstanding customer service.

Samantha at the Palm City AT&T store was very professional and very helpful I was pleasantly surprised on how easy she made the purchase of our new phones I highly recommend her .

Great store. Zack was amazing!! He was professional, patient, and helpful walking us through the purchase of a new iPhone. The other employees seemed also quite good. I will definitely try to go in there when Zack is there.......He is that good!
