    Always a wonderful experience. Buy all your "needs" & wants in Bulk. Stock up or make sure your business is set with its needs, when you shop at Sams.

    I called the Sam's number listed and in accordance with the menu clicked for the customer service. No one answered. I went back and followed the menu for pharmacy. No one answered. I tried again for customer service. No answer. I finally got Tires to transfer me to Pick up. They did not have my order. Very frustrating and certainly not good customer service. Most of the time I enjoy shopping there and find most employees very helpful. Not this time. This is my 16th year shopping there.

    Always stocked, clean and friendly employees! I would highly recommend getting the VIP membership. My negative experience is how a "supervisor" named Tracy treats her co-workers. The position of supervisor should be given to a leader NOT a dictator. I've witnessed this young lady belittling and down right making the people she works with know that "She's the boss" The success of a business rests on the shoulders of the soldiers not the individual general.

    I am providing a rating for two outstanding employees. Lyle in the bakery (I did not catch his last name) and Kevin Reed. This store and Sam's should be thankful for them both as they were the only ones that were willing to help me with a large custom order for an Air Show event at Piper. No one answers your main phone line, no one else was willing to help me, I just got transferred into a void. We order large orders all the time as we are one of the largest employers in Vero Beach, but we always have had problems in the past with the pickup department not coming through with an order. Lyle took such good care of us - even called me on his day off. He had to hand us off to Kevin Reed since he was not in the day of our pickup, but both of them provided superior customer service. We had no issues with our order. The correct product, amount and timing were all perfect!! I spent a significant amount of time trying to submit this acknowledgement to their corporate office. The chat line was no help, there is no where to acknowledge good service, so I am posting here. I hope that Lyle and Kevin and anyone else that helped us out today sees this. Thank you so much.

    Again, gas savings pay for membership and it's nationwide. Roast chicken, bulk ground beef, unusual cheeses, sushi...WHAT...SUSHI? Yes fresh made in front of you. Pretty good too. Oh and frozen fish are our favorites. All items are high if not supreme quality and prices are good to very good. Many more good things to say and don't remember any clunkers. Another trip and still great. Their roast chicken is great and the best value that we've found.

    Went in with my friend to get a few bottles of wine. The gentleman, Eric, who had to scan his id was really sweet and funny. I had a nice experience there.

    I purchased a LG washer and dryer online from Sam's. The dryer was delivered damaged. It appears that dryers get damaged by fork lifts squeezing the box and the dryer frame is bent. After 90 min on the phone a replacement was ordered. Three weeks later the replcement dryer arrived with the same issue. The delivery driver from XPO knew right away and told me to call Sam's Club. Another 45 minutes on the phone and another replacement is in the works. I've now wasted several hours waiting for deliveries and processing replacements. I'll go to an appliance store next time. Sam's offered me $74 for my inconvienence. Slap in the face.

    terrible customer service sent wife home with nail in tire vs putting spare on at the very least while waiting on tire warranty replacement wife almost got in accident driving home when tire blew out entirely on highway. call to try to check up on status of the order and cannot reach any one except pharmacy on any extension between both me and my wife both trying to call for over an hour. if they picked up they would hangup real fast to disconnect and make us start all over. I was trying to reach a manager even no luck. guessing there is no manager on duty.... this is ridiculous

    Went in to get new tires a little too busy today so I made an appointment to come back. Paid for him ahead of time so I don't have to do that when I come back. And that was it very easy. And the service person that was working was very good he helped me out on picking out the tires that I was looking for. Thank you Dennis

    Always packed, always busy. But employees are friendly and doing the best they can to keep up with the crowds. Don't even think of getting gas --- loooooong lines. Update: Long lines for gas, but store not too crowded this week, mid-August after school started last week.

    I don’t understand! The reason we visit Sam’s Club about once a week is for a great affordable lunch (hot dog, pizza, etc) and rotisserie chickens. Of course, we end up spending several hundred dollars every time we go. Knowing this, why does the store management do such a poor job running the café and frequently run out of rotisserie chickens? The café is understaffed and seems to always have long lines. I feel sorry for the staff that appears to be overworked and discouraged. The condiments area is always in a state of disarray and is constantly running out of mustard or plastic utensils. Also, I have no idea why half of the fountain drinks have not worked properly for the past several years. Please wake up and focus on the basics.

    Shopping for me is complicated because of my disability. I let her know at checkout that I'm in pain, please let me pay now for everything she rung up while I wait to buy the other items that they had to go get, later. After shopping two hours with needed resting periods I had to abandon my cart because she didn't ring me up while it was my turn and I couldn't get back in line because my condition can become dibilitating.

    I returned an alarm that I purchased offline and was still in the box and everything the way it should be. It was really frustrating how Anne acted at return. She should act more like a customer service representative that is there to help the people and not a police officer and this is why I will go to Costco as soon as they open one up here in Vero Beach.

    Fueling up using the Sam's Club app QR makes it quick & easy to be in and out, I wish more customers would make the transition and speed up the lines. There is no delay, unlike the card reader.

    Have no idea what you have done to your chicken salad but it is so salty now that you cannot even eat it. Have bought it in the past and it's fine. Will be returning it since it is inedible!

    Sams club here I.n vero beach florida is great for bulk or not singles family's military greatness such wonderful choices variety of goodies fun very nice employes so clean great location & acess to gas with very nice attendees yes love it thank you I'm a floridian & it's great

    Wonderful as usual. Qualitu products at wholesale prices, and of course can't visit without taking advantage of their great cafe meals for $1.00-$3.00, they can't be beat.

    There are some missing stock items, just like other groceries. We found everything we needed. Our cashier, Seth, was GREAT!! He told us the advantages of the premier membership and we signed up! I think he could sell icecubes to the Eskimos!!

    The store it is not too crowded. Prices are the same or just a little more than you would find in a Walmart for example but you get like one and half more quantity. Tires prices are very competitive.

    Joe in the Liquor store deserves recognition and a raise! I had placed an online order that I couldn’t make to pick up but needed to change to the next day-(not liquor related purchase) Joe is the only associate that would answer the phone and tried multiple times to get me to the right department. Once I was hung up on by the service desk and called back, Joe answered again and decided instead of making me sit on hold he took my information and order number and personally took it to the pick up department to make sure my order was saved for the next day! He never once complained or had any type of attitude outside of happy to help! Everyone needs a “Joe” as an employee! He really went above and beyond the call of duty and that is an amazing quality to find in an employee in this time! Thank you, Joe, for being so helpful and willing to help beyond your responsibilities. I hope you get employee of the month, a raise and promotion! You deserve it!

    I wanted to say something about the young ladies who bring your orders to your car. They are great and so pleasant. Always big smiles and so gracious. I am sure the men are good also but have been more in contact with the girls. They are a blessing to your store!
