I shop at this store all the time. Never had any issues, until today. I ordered shoes online. They came, 1 pair was perfect the other pair was 2 different sizes. And no packing slip. I called and a very rude young man answered. I explained what the problem was. He barked back I can't help you here. You have to contact online services. Then he stated I don't have that number nor can he look it up. I found the number and spoke to a very nice gal. She apologized for any inconvenience and emailed me the packing slip so I can exchange the shoes . The young man that could not be bothered to wait for me to tell him what I wanted should not be a customer service representative. Maybe a class or two on mannerisms!!!!!

Terrible customer service, Debra was very hostile towards me. I came in to return clothes for my husband. I told her I’m returning these and she rang them up as if I was buying them. Then I told her again these are for RETURN and she said “ So now your returning them?” I reiterated that I said that from the start. I told her I walked in with these clothes. Debra had the audacity to say to me “ NO YOU DID NOT.” I will never be coming here again to BEALLs to be treated like trash. I’m not a confrontational person, but this is very unprofessional and unacceptable for any customer to be treated in this way!

I really like shopping in this store and I am always satisfied. My recent experience at checkout was very bad. The cashier with ID A 41010 was very slow, rude to customers and not listening them. The same time another associate (tall women) was giving a lecture to clients on the situation in Ukraine instead of working. At the back of the store male associate talked loudly about personal matters. So, bad experience about costumer service in such a beautiful store.

The lady that worked in the bealls vero beach shoe department, last night Friday June 16was the greatest She gave service, that I haven’t seen in any store of this type, the best in the past 50 years!!! She should receive special recognition by the Corporation

Not busy and easy parking. Variety of items so u should find something. Clothes kitchen stuff home stuff woman stuff and men stuff also shoes and clearance.

One of the best Bealls in Florida! Huge store with a big selection of women’s and men’s clothes with a strong focus on Florida-relevant fashions.

Good selection of products at great prices. Found what I was looking for that I couldn't find at other stores

You can compare with Kohls and TJ Max but on a smaller scale and was not impressed with any great bargains.

A nice, clean store with helpful staff and good sales

Great items and prices, BUT I left without purchasing anything because there wasn't anyone at any register....in fact there wasn't one worker in sight.

Walked in with my 2 pre teen sons and was stared down by a guy with glasses and a lady behind him no one said a word then a white pair came in behind us and the store workers greeted them with joy. I continued to walk because we were there for 1 thing that I couldn’t find so I walked back to the desk where the workers were and upon me walking up to ask for assistance they stopped talking and stared us down as I asked for an item and all the guy with the glasses did was shake his head no and preceded to have a conversation with his co worker. This was a very uncomfortable situation and I will not return to this location for that reason but racism is taught and I actually said a prayer for this guy and I hope he seeks help this is also a warning for future shoppers that racism is still alive in this store

Very nice clothing store. Very colorful displays which makes it easy to think about what you are looking for. Friendly, helpful staff. At times I wonder if we customers are just messy, or store need more staff. Anyway, I will be back...and back.

Great bargains, nice clothing and go on Tuesday for Senior Discount day

Every time I go to Bealls Vero there is always a hugh line up at the cash. I get it customer interaction, refunds, loyalty phone numbers etc. but at some point enough is enough , let’s keep it simple I don’t need to know how much I saved. Take my money and goodbye. Or put in more cash registers and hire some one to operate them.

Analia Mora manager was outstanding, took time to help us design our wall art and working with our order. Excellent employee who cared about her customers. Great prices for Black Friday.

The customer service is fantastic. Always very nice and professional

The overall experience was good...they were busy, but not crowded...and we found things we needed to get, xmas presents and birthday presents...the wait in line wasn't overly long to check out. There were a couple of things we were looking for they didn't have, but they weren't a major priority and we didn't look for them elsewhere.

Lots of clothes🙄 not much for home decor😒.. BUT the BEALLS,in the Ryanwood Shopping center by publix has way more 4 the home 👍

I like this place very much. There's an amazing variety of shoes, particularly casual and sports shoes. There are many attractive clothing options for women, men and children. All different styles are available for bodies of all sizes and shapes. Prices are decent (but not great). However, all kinds of discounts are available if you have a Bealls card, and it only takes seconds to sign up for one.
