I have been terrified of the dentist for years and years but Dr. Hoover and her lovely team are definitely starting to change that. After years of avoiding the dentist, I needed a deep cleaning. They split it up into two appointments and did a fantastic job. My dental hygienist, Stephanie, was seriously so amazing. She knew how nervous and scared I was and she was so patient with me. Dr. Hoover and all the staff are so friendly and make you feel safe. A nice/gentle dental hygienist is so hard to come by, I will definitely stick with Dr. Hoover's office. I also loved how Stephanie showed me before and after photos on the screen. All in all, it was a 10/10 experience despite being so incredibly scared at the beginning. Thank you Stephanie and Dr. Hoover!

I waited till the completion of my treatment before posting a review for this practice. My initial experience seemed too good to be true. The fact is that NuLife is an exceptional dental practice. I have never waited more than two minutes to be seen. I have not needed to wait months for an appointment. The staff and the Dr. are all phenomenal, courteous, kind, professional people. The office is clean and organized. I cannot say enough about them.

Excellent customer service. The technicians are very attentive and skilled. Same with Dr. Hoover who's great! Everytime my family goes for cleaning etc, we have a very good experience. Recommended 100%.

Great service, great people. I know you will love the place. It was amazing from the beginning to the end. The only trouble I had was that I filled out the electronic patient form the day before but ended up having to fill up a paper form at the office because their servers were down. Aside from this everything else was perfect. The facility inside is very clean, modern looking and the staff is very pleasant and professional. I really recommend this place for your dental needs.

I would not have provide 1 star rating if Dr. Hoover did not behave arrogant. I went there for my third visit for filling my teeth after root canal. I was not notified over phone that I need to fill my stomach before appointment as they may need to give me anesthesia. They sent this sentence “ please eat prior appointment” in message which most of the people will not read because that sentence comes after appointment date and time. Who will open message and read fully. If eating is that much of important, they should have mention to patient in appointment phone call. We are customer and we require polite good behavior, not arrogant. Besides of this, I want to mention future patients to take care of your treatment plan. They will not tell you which is important and which is not. They do not care about if my insurance covers some option or not. Look at your treatment plan and estimation carefully that what costs for what. They want to sell those electric toothbrush with high price. Finally they do not do regular cleaning at the first appointment. Truly I would disregard all of these if she did not behave arrogant.

Nulife dental helped me overcome my fear of the dentist. The staff is super professional, nice and understanding. Dr. Hoover is excellent and today I met Dr. Aristi and I loved her bedside manner and caring for me during the procedure. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had my first visit on November 28th, and it was great. Everyone was so nice. They will definitely be my new dentist office.

I’m going to be really honest in this review I left 1 star but trust me if I could leave no stars I would. The place is clean. I just didn’t like the wait and lack of communication.. I stood in here for 4 hours for a basic dental cleaning I take good care of my teeth so I knew I wasn’t going to need anything major.. However they tried to tell me for the first visit they only examine your teeth to determine which cleaning you’ll need, so I was already lost there and then they tried to have me come back a different day for the actual cleaning because they said they didn’t have any time. While going over my treatment and payment options I decided to apply for a care credit card although I handed the manager who was filling out my application my ID she still spelled my name wrong and so now I have to call customer service on my own time to correct that mistake she made. On my way out the manager said she was able to squeeze me in with a dental hygienist for my basic cleaning that I originally thought I was here for in the first place. I wasn’t driving so I had to cancel my lyft ride halfway through my exit and be charged a no show fee. I honestly wouldn’t go back here you can tell the staff is not organized.
