Sunday night Me & my wife came with the KIDS me and my kids go every morning for breakfast Mondays Wednesday & Fridays and last night we decided to try it for dinner because of how delicious their breakfast is the young gentleman that was the manager last night did not do ANYTHING to accommodate us for the Foul smell in that section nor did they even want to investigate I'm pretty sure it was because there was a lot of clients and on top they charged me for something my wife didn't even touch because she was disgusted by the foul smell on her side which I was in the opposite it was like some little rodent died underneath I asked for the owners number to speak to him directly the manager insisted to speak with him I offered him to go smell the odor with me still didn't want to go near it, Our waitress was amazing very nice lady it's crazy how they see a young couple with kids I always tip more then 20% when I come here but my wife is upset because it was her favorite breakfast spot. Very disappointed with management here and anyone who works under him

Thanks to all the staff and entertainment ladies for a fun Cinco de Mayo celebration last night. The food needs some improvement.

My wife and I have been eating at Sabor Latino for several years now. We always enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere very much. Well satisfied. We decided to host our daughter’s 30th Birthday party there. I cannot sing their praises enough. The managers were so attentive and accommodating! The food was, as usual, fantastic. The STAR OF THE SHOW was their service! So attentive, so respectful, so kind. Everyone mentioned how the servers seemed to pitch in together to handle our party of around 30 patrons. Great job, indeed!!!!!

I just went to this restaurant for the first time today for lunch. I was so glad I did. I just wanted a light lunch and their lunch menu fit the bill. I ordered the steak tacos with lentil soup. Both were quite delicious. My waitress was very prompt and friendly. The restaurant itself is a nicely decorated clean facility. They have a large bar that I am sure is quite popular in the evening. The dinner menu has some enticing items we will try when we return. With a nice facility, great service and tasty food, we will be returning here soon.

I had a nice time here, the live music was great, it's a great place for dancing and having drinks. However, they calculate the gratuity into the price of food and drinks. We came here for a work party, so yes there was a large group of us, but the servers seemed annoyed with us the entire time, I asked for water on two separate occasions and I never received it, plus I had to wait close to two hours for my check. I understand that they were busy, which is why I'm still giving them 3 stars. However, if you are looking for a dining experience I would suggest going somewhere else.

BE VERY CAREFUL WITH YOUR BILL!!!! I m very disappointed, I hosted a dinner for 40 people here last Saturday, they all paid individually, and our waitresses over charged almost all of my guest, including my self. Terrible service,!!!! also I must mention, music and entertainment was great, however, people standing on the dance floor, not letting other customer dance, you should have some rules in place, this people on the dance floor are extremely rude, low class individuals and looked as if they wanted to pick fights. I don't recommend this place if you like classy and honest treatment, I believe the restaurant in Boyton Beach, has much better management.

Delicious food, fast service and reasonable price.. Carmelo, my grandson enjoyed a lot.. Definitely we will be back.

The food here is good every time I order from doordash so I decided to go tonight to eat at the restaurant but left after 20 minutes because they sat us at a table and completely forgot about us. Keep in mind they were not even busy. They sat a group of people behind us and within 5 minutes somebody came to them for their drink orders and we've been there already about 10 minutes and we already have drinks and entrees in mind. Two waitresses were literally just standing and even stared at us but wouldn't come over to help or at least tell somebody to. We decided to just walked out and they just watched! Will never come back.

Me and my mom went today for lunch we went with my mom’s friends one of them it was her birthday The food was fantastic it was delicious it came out perfectly fine it was amazing The waiter that we had was not very polite not professional when my mom and ask her questions she quickly was annoyed and she also called the day before to ask what type of restaurant it was and what type of food and whoever answered the phone was having a disgusting attitude with my mom answering that it’s just a Latin restaurant and the girl who serve does I don’t know her name but she’s from Venezuela first she was a little bit nice at first but then she was giving us attitude I am most definitely going to come back again but seriously you need to teach your staff members how to treat customers with a lot of love and patience because I did not like how she responded a couple of times it’s not professional it doesn’t look good it makes your business look much terrible I used to work in retail so I know what to expect the service and also how to treat other little respect and love I’m just very shock of course I’ll come back again but if the same girl or if another waiter is gonna be doing the same attitude then I’m not coming back so if you guys please talk to all of your Waiters to talk to customers with a Lotta love and be happy put a smile on your face even if you’re not having a good day at least put just a big happy smile that’s all I have to say

It's always a great experience here! Delicious food and excellent service! Last night I forgot my wallet on top of the table and did not realize it until this morning. I panicked and called the Restaurant and explained the situation. The staff and Manager on duty (Ivan) called me right away and told me that they had found the wallet and it was safe in their office. I was so grateful to him and his staff for their honesty! Thank you so much! Will definitely continue to come back to this great Restaurant!

1st time here what a clean place excellent service delicious food reasonably priced !

If I could honestly leave 0 stars it would be amazing I ordered an horchata didn’t request for any milk was charged for the milk. Waitress never came to check on us was too busy worried about talking to coworkers. First time at the restaurant and honestly they could’ve done better with staffing she had others bring the food out. Didn’t like that the tip was included, I understand if you did your job by all means add it but for someone who didn’t even check to see how things were they DO NOT DESERVE THE TIP. And the manager wanted to come and apologize for the employees and ask how the service was but only because the waitress went to him and told him what was happening. And it wasn’t even that busy. Crazy enough there was another table who had the same waitress and had a better service then us. Everything felt rush we couldn’t even take our time to order. First and the last time we’ll be there. No patience at all. Needs to do better with staffing and it’s unfortunate that the employees ruin it for you.

Greenacres location: Food is always delicious. The service is consistently sub-par. I have visited several times for breakfast. Staff needs adequate training and supervision to ensure proper execution. Service is everything.

The customer service from the waiter was terrible, we got the wrong plate not what we asked for and then at the end they 20% tip automatically. We also order the regular margaritas with our knowledge of the price printed on the menu card but then they ask you what type of tequila you want and failed to mention there is an additional cost for a different tequila. Overall the waitress don't have to make an effort to give you great service because they know they will get their tip either way. We don't care to tip as long as you get the treatment and service you expect from a place like this one.

We loved the Carne Asada tacos, and grande nachos. Very filling. Great service. everybody speaks Spanish there, so have some fun with Google Translate. They speak English as well. The bathrooms were spotless, and so is everything else.

Stopped in for margarita's, which were refreshing and tasty. Had the chicken tacos and chicken soup which were made with fresh ingredients and also very tasty. Device was friendly and efficient. Ambiance was inviting and relaxing.

I went there for the Thursday salsa classes with Luis Fernando and loved the class. Excellent class and recommend it to everyone as Luis is very professional and fun. The place is nice and has great customer service.

Would have been all fives but thre lights kept flickering. If you have epilepsy, maybe don't eat here till it's fixed. Absolutely great in every other way.

Me and my family decided to go to this restaurant because of the ratings and all. Definitely not what I was expecting. When we entered and sat down our waiter came and look annoyed when we ordered our drinks and food. While we were waiting the waiter took forever to bring our drinks and appetizer. By the time she brought them she didn’t have a pleased attitude. When the food came me and my sister both realized that they mixed up our food and everything. During the whole thing not once did the lady come by to ask us how was our food or anything. Would just walk around and not look at our way (mind you it wasn’t even busy). When we asked for the bill she was having this disgusting attitude it was terrible. While we looked at the bill we noticed that she charged us for something in our drinks that we didn’t ask for. When we talked to her about it her again with her attitude and said she will fix it. The tip was included and mandatory. we didn’t mind giving one if she actually did her job. As I mentioned before not once did she come by to ask us how we doing or anything. And her Attitude just showed how disgusted and annoyed she was. What would be the point tipping someone who couldn’t do their job. The place isn’t bad the food was good just sad that they have a worker who clearly is rude and doesn’t know how to do their job. Do better

The food was over priced, they cut the portions. The bandeja paisa was missing 2 of the meats it's supposed to have. I've eaten here before but I guess they have new owners who are greedy. I asked for a water with my dinner and they brought me a bottle that I was charged almost $4 for. It was literally a walmart water bottle that they slapped their own sticker on. The only good thing was the lady that was singing.

I used to eat here a few years ago and stopped going because of bad service. Today, we decided to give it another try and the food was not cooked right. My husband’s rice was like mashed potatoes and my frozen plantains were still hard in the middle. The meals were taken off the bill but we would’ve appreciated a visit from the manager. Never going back.

Food is amazing, very tasty and everything was cooked perfect, with the exception of the maduros they were a little bit burned. This is a great restaurant for the family, a good variety on the menu. The only reason I’m giving a 3 starts is because of the waitress. She was not patient with us, this was our first time here so we wanted to take time to ck the menu. She was rushing us and we felt like we were being paid to be there, that’s not professional and it shows no customer service at all. Asked her for water several times, and had to ask another waitress for the water.

Live music! They have a small band with a real stage and a nice space for a dance floor which people start to use starting at about 830 or 9 PM. The action really gets going here and seems like a very friendly crowd. The food is very tasty and it looks like they put a lot of effort into the presentation. The one drawback was the bar; I would order beer or wine but the bartenders don’t appear to know much about cocktails or mixed drinks.

The food obviously is good, what I cannot stand is when you get the bill and realize the total is off and you question it, and the waitress looks at you like your crazy and doesn't tell you the truth. So happens that they already charged me a 20% tip that I didn't see on the initial bill, and of course, there is still a line for additional tip. This tip stuff has gone out of hand. I will not go there again.

Bad service, dinner was served cold, very expensive and we were charged as a group party because there was 5 of us . Was also forced to pay a very high tip for the small dinner we ordered. The waitress kept trying to make us order more expensive things. Only visited once but will never ever go there again to get hustled by the waitress with their 32 dollar drinks.

Sometimes when you visited a place and you were moved by the atmosphere at first sight, the decoration, the lighting and the excellent staff, they are all doing an excellent job; the live music and the DJ just amazing; the food deserves a special mention: extraordinarily delicious. My expectations were absolutely exceeded. Great place.

Delicious food friendly service we try this on a whim that their breakfast would be as good as I'm assuming their dinners are and it did not disappoint very good service and an ample quantity of food.
