I really wanted to give this place 5 stars but they didn't live up to it. The waiter was very nice but the rest didn't live up to my expectations. The lamb rage and the bologna were not as flavorful. The portions were good but lacked flavor. We asked for Bufala mozzarella by itself but we ended up being charged for a salad and mozzarella - $19. When we asked about it, the waiter just kept saying that's what the manager said. If that was the situation, manager should've came out. A nice place that resulted in disappointment.

I broke my tooth because there was a piece of another plate in the pasta plate. So when I asked for manager our server just disappeared, after 15 min I asked again. Finally we met the manager after 40 minutes of waiting and she just deduct from the bill and no one did not apologize.

Italian vibes. Great food. The outdoor is really nice. Food is really amazing. Make sure to try salamis and ham selections. The pana cotta is to die for . If you like pasta this is the place. Overall a great experience. I would definitely come back to this place .

Not a good experience. I have a service dog that I have to bring everywhere I go, and the manager Roberta denied me access to go into the restaurant even though I provided all of her documentation. I am a regular customer that goes there on a weekly basis and was very upset to be treated in such a manner. Not only that, however to my surprise, every time I have returned to the restaurant after that incident without my dog, I see another customer, who is also a regular that visits every day, with her dog inside the restaurant. I can see that their rules only apply to some people. My dog is a 10-year-old 25-pound schnauzer that stays inside her stroller and has never once barked or misbehaved inside the restaurant. I cannot stand this type of unfair treatment

Very nice. We came in, very authentic to the Italian culture, and will definitely come again. The appetizer was good, the food was awesome, and the dessert was good too.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Salumeria, an Italian restaurant, and I have to say that it was an amazing experience. The pastas were particularly noteworthy, as they were incredibly flavorful and fresh. It was clear that a lot of care went into their preparation, and each bite was a delight. But the highlight of the meal was definitely the dessert. Salumeria has a board with a variety of desserts to choose from, and it was a whole experience deciding which one to try. Each dessert looked more delicious than the last, and I eventually settled on one that did not disappoint. The presentation was beautiful, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. It was the perfect ending to an amazing meal. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Salumeria, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious Italian food. From the amazing pastas to the unforgettable desserts, everything was top-notch. The service was also excellent, and the ambiance was cozy and inviting. I can't wait to go back and try more of their amazing dishes!

Just finished a fantastic meal at Salumeria 104. It was so good I want to come back tomorrow for lunch.!!! I had gnocchi and my husband had the lamb. So good. We especially loved the service we had with Davide he was very attentive and so sweet I was cold and he immediately turned down the a/c. I will definitely return with friends and family for more phenomenal Italian food!!!!❤️

Salumeria 104 in Miami offers a mixed experience. Praised for its delicious Italian pastas and charming ambiance, the restaurant caters to various dietary needs with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. However, some diners report issues with service and management, alongside inconsistent food quality. Notable for its lamb chops, lasagna, and authentic Italian dishes, the restaurant's high prices and variable experiences suggest it may be more suitable for those seeking specific Italian specialties rather than a universally outstanding dining experience.

This will be a new local hangout spot! Their ravioli salumeria with brown butter & sage was heavenly! We also enjoyed their green salad and fried calamari. The almond cake did not impress us. Look forward to trying out new items on their menu!

We stopped into Salumeria before our flight back home to New Jersey. We are both Italian and big critics of Italian restaurants. Salumeria was a 10/10! Our waiter was kind, quick, and knowledgeable. We shared the Waygu Carpaccio, I had the ravioli with prosciutto, and my partner had the Cacio e Pepe! We shared the tiramisu for dessert too (:

Most delicious Tagliatelle Bolognese, a very popular dish for a good reason...the bolognese sauce is finger licking good. So good I didn't even touch the bread till the end just to dip and scrub what was left of the sauce. Antipasto was a delicious burrata sitting on some greens and something crunchy that I'd like to know what it is exactly but perfect crunchiness for the burrata with a side of prosciutto that I used as a topping to spice things up, if you will. All this deliciousness accompanied with a few glasses of Cabernet and to end a perfect evening solo dinner, the tiramisu. I'm a big critic of tiramisu and I must admit, this one is one of the best in town, no doubt. Luna, the waitress was most attentive and friendly and the ambiance it's very chilled and casual. So I will be coming back to try a few other things. Last, prices are reasonable…..nothing to break the bank. Needless to say, this joint has become one of my top Italian joints in town. Sorry about not posting more photos but I realized it after I had already destroyed the presentation lol...next time, maybe:)

SALUMERIA 104 is one of our favorite restaurants for authentic Italian food. This is their first location, which has also expanded in recent years, and we have been coming here ever since they opened. By now we have tried almost everything they have in the menus, including the specials: I can’t think of anything that ever disappointed me. Last weekend they were offering (among other dishes) beef tartare with quail egg, a dish that is difficult to find, and that I can highly recommend: it was really good! We noticed that their prices have remained pretty much the same, except for the charcuterie, which has increased a lot – but still is of high quality. They have a good selection of wines, but their House Wine has the best quality/value ratio. And if you want, you can buy “salumi” and cheeses by the pound to bring home. The staff is very friendly and will always remember you even if you haven’t visited them in a while. The restaurant is simply but nicely decorated, and they also have outdoor seating on the sidewalk. The only negative part is the street parking, which may be difficult to find and is not free (there is, however, also a parking garage just across the street).

The food was delicious even though it's a little pricey, but it's worth taking a look at the place while you're eating. I always enjoyed the environment here. It's been quiet, safe, and refreshing. Besides, I liked the workers a lot. It was always good to be in your restaurant. Honestly, it was very rewarding and worth it. Nice spot, great food!

Delicious traditional cuisine. Big thanks to the Chef, he made it amazing. Definitely going to come back!!! Very friendly and attentive staff. And they have dishes with water for animals on the side, so any pass by animal could drink the water, this is telling about how they care about not only their customers♥️

Highly recommend !!!!!!!! Great food flavors and quality presentation. Restaurant is really clean and organized. We start with a fresh Caesar salad….for dinner my wife order a Milanese and she enjoy every single bite , I had Porchetta …. One the best pork I ever try in my life. Also we order a side of tagliatelle home made pasta. For dessert our server recommended the passion fruit pannacotta …. OMG hands up for the texture and flavor !!!! Thank you David for your recommendations and hospitality, you make us feel like home. Thank you team SALUMERIA 104 👍🏻

Was here for a Baby Shower... staff was very attentive, courteous, and friendly. The waiter, David always prompt and always refilled the wine or champagne 🍾. The antipasti and Italian bread were plentiful. The bread 🍞 refilled promptly when emptied. I had the Lasagna Del Salumiere and it was light, very flavorful and not drowned in sauce. The dessert was Tiramesu... very light and tasty. If you're in Wynwood... check it out. A little piece of Italy in the heart ❤ of Wynwood.

The place was packed on a Wednesday night and we had to wait like 10 minutes for the table but the food was amazing, raviolis were great and dessert incredible. Recommended

Regrettably, I've walked by many times but had never eaten here. That won't be the case from now on. The food was fresh, tasty, served hot and good size portions. Service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Pictured below are the Caprese salad, prosciutto and melon (a special) and the breaded pork chop, which I ordered with potatoes instead of arugula.
