This place is awesome! I had no idea this was hidden here. The petting zoo is wonderful! My three year old son had a great time feeding the goats and bunnies. If you have kids, you have to check this place out! This was an awesome place to go! In all my reviews this will be the first time I call something a hidden gem, which it absolutely is! The store frontage does not let on to the massive amount of area this place encompasses. Behind the decorated exterior lies an extensive petting zoo, gem mining, multiple sitting areas, two places to get food, a berry picking! The petty zoo was amazing! My three year old son had a blast! We never knew this was here. There is a pizza place attached that serves pizza by the slice as well as other things.

Walk straight through the store/ ice cream parlor for the petting zoo! Awesome time for the money you spend! I recommend spending the money for the goat horse and donkey food options if you want to feed them. My 9 year old had a blast and we spent the whole afternoon. There's a little gem mining and train at the end of the petting zoo/animals. Highly recommend the Italian ice but they had some good ice cream too! There's a pizza place connected and it smelled and looked amazing. You can sit inside or outside. Totally worth it!!!

This place has expanded into an Incredible Petting Zoo Park. We had lots of fun and enjoyed ourselves so much that we look forward to the next time we go back. They have a great Pizzeria as well as Bakery on the premises. There's even a cute train ride for the kids. I highly recommend this place as it is a fun, affordable, entertaining place to visit. And when strawberry picking becomes available again, you will see me there as well. Thank you for a wonderful family fun day.

An honestly amazing and unexpected experience! Beautiful ice cream parlor and pizza shop in the front with ASTONISHING vibes. Then you go to the back and it's this beautiful show of animals and nature? It's so wonderful it's just something you have to go and experience it's such a lovely surprise. the petting zoo and animals are an extra fee, as well as food to feed them (on top of if you eat there of course) so just be aware of that ahead of time. It's a perfect spot to bring your kids for a fun day out or to go on a cute date

What a cute little spot! You would have no idea this hidden gem is here, but it’s so great! So many adorable goats and animals and the staff was so friendly. Pizza in the front shop was great and all prices were very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and wish I had found this sooner!

Neat place. You wouldn't know it from looking at the outside of the building nestled in an ordinary strip mall off the side of the road, but there is so much great stuff once you go inside. There is old timey candy and toys, cool stuff to look at on the walls while you sit down and eat your delicious and price friendly pizza or ice cream/Italian Ice in the dining room, and an animal enclosure outside where the animals look happy and well taken care of while you feed and pet them. Definitely will come back. The food was phenomenal and the animals were so much fun. Will have to try the kiddie train ride and mining for minerals next time when I bring my son.

This is an adorable find off Military trail in beautiful Delray Beach. If you weren’t looking for it you’d miss it. Once inside the place brings you back in time to the charming retro era of penny candy 🍭 shops and old fashioned ice cream 🍦 parlors. The decor is packed with whimsical designs and toys 🧸 of yester years…it’s a treat for the eyes. Kids love it and it’s a great place for a birthday 🎉 party. Outside there are parrots and other exotic birds and goldfish ponds. You can have a drink or lunch outside and also visit the petting zoo! A fun and unique experience for all!

Stopped in because we had seen photos of it and thought it was a small place. It’s huge. Took us a good minute to realize it’s in a nondescript shopping center & when you walk in it keeps going back for acres. Most of it is outside. Very entertaining for young kids. Saw a lot of grandparents with toddlers and some young families. Lots of birds in big & not so big cages. I really don’t like seeing any time of animal/fish/bird is inadequate size enclosures. We even saw 2 swans. They had a bigger enclosure but truly not large enough for such large birds. I’m conflicted by this place. There are pony’s (don’t think they are for riding) and goats of all sizes. There is also a pizza counter at the front of the store and there is plenty of seating out back. You can meander around for a good while. You do pay an entrance fee if you’re going into the back “petting zoo” area. But I think if you are just going for a bite to eat &/or ice cream you can access the tables in the back since they are separated from the petting zoo area.

Such a cute place! You would never know there was a petting zoo or old time ice cream parlor in this shopping plaza. I have passed it numerous times. Everyone was friendly. Can't wait to go back. Kids of all ages will love it

We (my 6yo and I) walked right through and went straight for the petting zoo. All of the small exhibits were great. We were able to get the birds down to feed them from our hands. My son got to feed many animals, hold a rabbit and snake. We also went mining for gems which was fun. The staff was very informative and friendly. On the way out we got some ice cream and pizza which were delicious. The ice cream parlor is full of nostalgic snacks and candies from the 90s and even before then. Loved it here!

We have been going here for years, and it's never a bore. They have so many birds, goats, baby ducks and bunnies, and reptiles. The shakes and food are amazing and I would recommend for large family's if your looking to do something fun.

Awesome place for a first date idea or to bring the kiddos for couple hours (hot weather allows for only shorter visits). Every employee was so friendly and warm. We ‘mined for gems,’ held baby bunnies in the petting zoo (worker here was hilarious- loved her stories), ate pizza (honestly best pizza in tri-county area- hands down), rode the train, and had a fun day with my 1 y/o niece. Ice cream and baklava on the way out and can’t wait to visit again.

Such a fun place with an Old Florida Vibe!! There is a Petting Zoo, Old Fashion Icecream Parlor and even a Bakery too! The Zoo and Icecream place are connected. There is a fee for the Zoo and we'll worth it!!! Great to take the kiddos yet fun for adults too with or without kids, especially if you love Farm animals and Tropical birds. Then cool down with an Icecream after! *Note in an ordinary shopping center, would not realize it's there!

What a unique place in the middle of a shopping center! They have a dining area for the pizza shop that is adjoined (Bambini's) and their pizza and garlic rolls are delicious! We loved it!! We didn't get a chance to visit the bakery next door but I am sure it's just as good! Just out the back door in the back of The Girl's Strawberry shop is the outdoor dining area, they have lots of different animals and it's amazing back there. Totally wild and unexpected! We will 100% be visiting again!

Excellent experience for children and adults. As soon as you walk in their door l become on sensory overload. Decorative pieces hang every where including the ceiling. They have a seated area for full meals and dessert. Or if you just want to get candy or an ice cream they keep that right upfront. I love how many choices they offer and no one will be left out.

Great experience for the kids or to take someone on a date. My son & his cousin absolutely loved everything about this place. This was an inexpensive way to get out of the house. Would definitely love to come back soon.

Great spot for a date night or family night. Seems very kid friendly. There is a petting zoo i believe it’s $7 or $8 to enter. There’s an ice cream shop here as well & you can eat outside. Tons of vintage decor throughout. There’s so much to look at inside. Tons of old school candies as well

LOVE this place. We wanted to check out the pizza slices for the first time and we're shocked! Amazing flavor, we had a veggie slice and an eggplant/ricotta slice and now we're more hooked! Can't wait for the next visit!!

Hands down, best petting zoo we've been to. Very cool, the bird cage is awesome. Lots of parrots around! Goats and mini horses. Pizza and ice cream inside!

Loved this zoo. The staff is super helpful and nice with the visitors. Every animal looks super healthy and well taken care of. Will definitely reccomend for families with small children

Soooooooo cute!!! I loved everything about it and so did my toddler!! They have food, ice cream, all these cool retro candy and paraphernalia and lots of adorable animals! There is a petting zoo and you can feed the birds and the goat kids! Seriously a good time, can’t wait to go back!!

We LOVE this place! The old time candy/ice cream/pizza store w all it's old school toys & the hidden gem behind the store!!! I can't say enough about the hidden petting FARM!!! in the back. The bird room & baby goat enclose were soooo fun & the littles loved feeding the animals & getting to hold baby tortoises & bunnies!! Such a great place!

ONE HECK OF A GREAT TIME! My coworker told me about this hidden gem. My kids are 6 and 3 and the smiles on their faces there were heartfelt! They were able to feed goats, donkeys, bunnies and swans. They got to pet many other animals, carry a ball python, and ride a train. It's affordable and super fun. Great way to connect with nature and not have to wait in long lines or do a ton of walking! Can't wait to go back!

I've been here many times over the years and it never disappoints! The petting zoo is my go-to place on a nice day bc the little ones love it! You can buy food to feed the animals and they can pet and hold some animals. On the way out, we always get some pizza and candy for dessert! I am taking off a star bc the price for the train ride should be included...

I love coming here. It is one of my favorite places in Delray to visit. My boyfriend and I will always come here when we have free time on the weekends. The best part is feeding the parakeets and holding the baby ducks.

Food, drinks etc... if you find yourself around Delray.. This place is a MUST VISIT!! You WILL ENJOY IT!!! Do not forget to get some pizza on your way out!!!

We love this place! A hidden gem. We've visited twice already and will come back many more! Is the perfect place to spend a day with kids, family and friends. There's so many animals, and you can even feed many of them. There's also a train, which the litte ones would love. The pizza and ice-cream are delicious! And the bakery next door is also amazing! We spend a good 4-5 hours here last time we visited. The place is big enough that it never feels to crowded. 10/10!

We visited the Girls today and had a wonderful time. The prices are very affordable, we paid around $17 for two children and one adult. They sell food for the animals between $3-4 each (they have different kinds: turtles, goats and birds). The milkshakes are delicious and they have a great deal on their cheese pizzas - 2 slices and a drink for around $9. Can't beat that!!!

Wonderful location for all ages. Petting zoo. Well cared for animals. Really yummy ice cream. A little diamond in the rough. You would never know it was there unless someone told you. Love this place. Also, I was on a knee scooter do to a broken ankle. They are very handicap accessible. Something I would never of thought about before now.

Literally a hidden gem in South Florida! This place was extremely clean and the animals looked so healthy and happy as well. For a place with animals and people walking around, it was cleaner than the zoo. The entire place is shaded and it's so beautiful walking around. We had a super cute goat Mary following us around when we were there and she was so sweet to everyone. If you love animals or if you want to do something with your kids, this place is a hit! They have goats, birds, bunnies, mini ponies, donkeys, llamas and so much more! They have a cute train ride our 1 year old daughter loved with the nicest people that work there being so helpful and telling us all about the history of the establishment. If you get hungry, they have a delicious pizza place attached to the establishment and if you have a sweet tooth they have a bakery and ice cream shop!

Wonderful little spot off of military trail in Delray Beach! It is located in a shopping plaza with no view of the treasure that lies within. The Girls has an adjacent pizza shop, an ice cream store with many novelties and the prime reason for visiting… the petting zoo and animal enclosures. The girls has a variety of birds (including toucans), goats, alpacas, bunnies, cows, donkeys, ponies, swans, etc.. it is a lovely spot to bring the kids! Highly recommend visiting!

Amazing family experience and such enjoyable time we had there! The kids love and also the parents. After enjoy the park we inclusive had an amazing pizza and ice-cream.

This place is amazing ,you find all candies from your childhood, a lot of memorabilia,great ambiance, food is delicious, Bambinis pizza is delicious,and mos of all the petting zoo,you have a lot of fun. If you sre looking for a place to have fun with your kids(and you being like a kid again), this is the place.Everyone is very friendly.

Great place to take the family! You can buy vegetables and seed sticks to feed the animals interact with the birds inside the bird cage also a place to eat pizza,ice cream and milk shakes. A lot of props throughout the place to take pictures and it's a cool museum antique theme inside where you eat ... like every where you look there is something cool on the walls , ceilings EVERYWHERE!!:)

We went for a kids get together and it was spectacular! Every single thing was outstanding! Joanne at the animal park was so helpful and friendly and helped set us up with food for the animals and someone to help our group with the mining! The pizza was fantastic and the kids loved the ice cream. Best day ever!

The ice cream is delicious. The farm is small but fun, especially for younger kids! The petting zoo is cute you can hold ducks, bunnies and snakes and go into the pen with the goats and a chicken!

Great place if you have children. Lots to do like a petting zoo, duck race, exotic birds etc. You enter the gardens through the ice cream shop which has a lot of old time candies. This is a family day for people with children. There is also an old time bakery at the end of the strip mall which has great bread and confections. This is also worth a look.

The name of this place is slightly misleading because there is much more to do than just strawberry picking. It is a favorite of locals. Kids under 10 absolutely love this place. Don’t miss the bird section where you can feed hundreds of sweet parakeets while standing in the birds enclosure. Also turtles, trains rides and other animals to see. Cost to feed animals is just a few bucks. Ice cream and pizza are kid favs too.
