The doctors and staff are ALWAYS kind and professional. They really listen and treat you like a person, not like some number they need to cross off their list so they can rush on to the next number. Moreover, they run that place very efficiently. Whenever I make appointments, change appointments, check-in, check-out, pay, etc, it is ALWAYS smooth and hassle free. Whenever I get sick, I actually drive 45 minutes out of my way just to go there because the experience is effortless and I know I will be properly cared for. 10 out of 5 stars.

Also the young lady that took my vitals, I don’t know her name, but she was excellent and very kind to me. The visit was very prompt and efficient. This is the best urgent care in the area by far. They have fair prices even if you don’t have health insurance, their doctors are knowledgeable and kind. I’ve never had an issue with long waits here either like other urgent cares in the area. Last time I visited for a minor issue I was in and out of here within an hour which to me, is ideal. I would recommend anyone go here, health insurance or not!

Stopped by here to get something for a cold and the team was exceptional. Great people. Friendly, fast and efficient. I waited in the car and completed the paperwork. I waited until they were ready and then went right in to the room. I highly recommend this location. Kudos to Cameron, the PA who did a great job and Nezia.

We are new to Tampa. I needed urgent care. I contacted several clinics, but the customer service and care I received from A+ Family Urgent Care were by far superior to all of those clinics. I am grateful to the staff and the doctor for their help. We have found our family clinic.

I had no insurance and needed to be seen quick as I had bad ear pain. The receptionist was nice and quickly got my info in and i only waited for 5 minutes before seeing the doctor. The nurse quickly came to take my vitals and let me know what was next. Then Dr Komal was able to see the issue and prescribed me some meds to assist the infection. She was detailed in her diagnosis and made us feel like we were being seen by a friend. This office rocks, thank you!

Very kind and patient with my Autistic child, we go here before his primary just because of how well they are with him. One time he wouldn’t go inside to the back room because he was scared, the doctor performed a wellness check on him right in the waiting room, so patient and willing to help. Love how comfortable they make him. Most people would turn him away. They are also quick and have the best urgent care prices around.

Absolutely the best urgent care around. I frequent this urgent care for any and all of my needs. The doctors, nurses, and other staff are quick to address my needs and offer assistance. They are professional and caring and genuinely good at their jobs. I had an incident in which I needed an ambulance and the nurses and doctors stood by me and calmed me down until the ambulance arrived. I could not be more grateful for all that they have done (and continue to do) for me.

They made my husband an appointment that very day. The wait time was probably 15 min. The doctor took his time and had wonderful bedside manner. He prescribed what my husband needed and he's so much better now. Thanks you

I highly recommend Dr. Komal Patel & this urgent care practice. I opted to call ahead and they had an appointment available within an hour and a half (alternately, you can walk in ). They were open on a holiday. 👍🏼 The front desk and medical assistant are very friendly (thank you Gabby!). They explain rates beforehand. The in-office process is extra quick if you do the paperwork before hand. I was brought to a room almost immediately and saw the Dr. in minutes. Dr. Patel is fantastic, you may wish she could be your PCP. She’s knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. She made sure I understood how to take the antibiotic (with food but not with vitamins…) which I had honestly forgotten. Anyhoo, she made me feel comfortable and took her time even with my minor issue. I would absolutely recommend this clinic if you need an urgent care in South Tampa. I was in & out in 20 minutes!

A+ Urgent is my go-to urgent care. Making an appointment is easy through the website, I never have to wait for a long time, I love how I can hang out in my car till a room is ready and the staff is amazing. I feel comfortable with the staff and I feel like they really listen to the problems I come in with.

It was my first time that I had visit A+ Family Urgent Care. The waiting area was very nice and clean. Mr. Alberto ( the x-ray tech) was very helpful and friendly. The BEST urgent care in Tampa hands down. I went there for the first time on Monday and all of the staff is super friendly. The office is super clean and the doctor is amazing. She listened to to me and genuinely cared about me getting better. Would recommend to absolutely everyone and will be going back!

Komal Patel, PA-C is wonderful and her staff goes above and beyond to get you in and out effortlessly. I have reoccurring tonsillitis, and she knew exactly what I needed. My prescription was sent to the pharmacy before I even left, and was ready in an hour. Within 24 hours, my tonsils are not touching and can swallow again. Will be going back to her for any walk in type appointment, the price was also the best. I found out once I was there my insurance wasn't accepted, and STILL was the best price in town. Thank you Ms. Patel and your team!

The practitioners who did my vitals and mild physical were kind. The one that gave me my medical papers was acting as if she didn’t want to be in my vicinity. Idk what her issue was and then they had me as a male in the system. Claiming that the system does it to everyone and but I took offense especially seeing me in person knowing good and well. Experience was a ok. That’s it. It’ll get the job done.

Everyone was extremely nice and with an appointment I was able to be seen right away. I got an injury that I was embarrassed about (it's been hurting to walk for 2 months just because I stepped on something too hard) but I never felt ridiculed for coming in which I really appreciate. I recommend coming here!

I went in late to get antibiotics for my teeth that were infected and they were great! They helped me out with paperwork so I could be seen right when I got there, they took me even though they were closing soon, and made sure I had what I needed to get me through until I could see my dentist. I highly recommend going here, the staff was very helpful and attentive.

The place is THE BEST!!! Had persistent cough that just wouldn’t go away. Got an appointment the same day, staff was very friendly and professional. Diagnosed as bacterial bronchitis. RX called in to our pharmacy. Started feeling better in just a few days. If you are apprehensive about seeing a doctor…. Go here!!!

I just visited A+ Family Urgent Care for the first time. The facility is so clean and organized. I was very impressed by the professionalism of all the associates I encountered. From the MAs at the front desk, to the PA who took care of my daughter, everyone was welcoming and thorough. I will definitely be back here!

The Lead PA Komal Patel was kind, patient, and understanding when removing a piece of glass from my foot. The procedure was painless and she talked me through the entire thing. Everyone, including the nurse who administered my tetanus shot, was always smiling and making sure I felt comfortable. 10/10 recommend A+ Family Urgent Care for a team that prioritizes your well being!

This is now my go-to urgent care. I've never been to an urgent care with such reasonable prices and a transparent pay scale. On top of that, I did not spend 60% of my time sitting around waiting in an emtpy room. The care I received was excellent, and I really couldn't ask for more. I will recommend this urgent care to anyone I know in need. I will say that I was a little confused by the in-car waiting room, but some of that confusion could be attributed to how sick I was! You want to go on their website and make an appointment (they had lots of time slots available when I went) and then be there on time. There are signs posted, follow the instructions. Just make sure they know you're there waiting and they'll get you in quick! You wait in your car and they call you when you can go in.

Went in with an abscess and was seen by James Hooper, PA. He was absolutely wonderful, Not only did he explain what he was going to do, but went step by step as he was performing the procedure and ensured I was comfortable the entire time. All the staff there are extremely kind and helpful. Will recommend to everyone. Thank you

They require online paperwork but it didn't save my profile even though I got a confirmation text and the front desk staff was rude. They treated my daughter with a liquid steroid and it worsened her condition. We had to go to the dermatologist the following day and put her on a topical solution which this facility refused to do. I won't be going back.

Super friendly staff! I came to them at almost closing due to me just getting into town and they were the only urgent care open. They still saw me and spent plenty of time figuring out what was going on. The staff was super nice and helpful. Cameron you are an absolute legend, TY my friend!

I will give 5 stars because the Assistant/Radiology Tech, Alberto and the PA Komal are wonderful. Professional and communicative, they made me feel at ease and they were patient and knowledgeable. However in retrospect, I did have a bit of an issue with check in because I've never been to a doctor for a work injury before and that is what my visit was for but the front desk just asked for my insurance card, ID and a payment method for my copay. Had I known I shouldn't have paid up front because my injury happemed at work I wouldn't have paid or submitted my visit to my insurance, I do wish the front desk clerk would have informed me on what to do, I did tell her I just got hurt at work; other than that error at the front desk I would absolutely go back to A+, everyone was friendly and helpful.

How is this my first visit here? So close to home and SO quick. Made an appointment in the morning for the afternoon on the same day which you could never manage to do at any other clinic right now. Was seen for my sore throat by the PA Komal Patel and she was amazing! So sweet and very informative. Also very reasonably priced if paying out of pocket! My whole visit took less than an hour. Thank you guys so much!

He listened as I told him about the medical issues that brought me into the visit, my current medications and a brief history of my medical problems and diagnoses. I love this Urgent care! They are very quick and very efficient. The doctors and nurse practitioners are amazing they treat you very kind and are very well trained. One of the doctors prescribed my daughter a cough medication in which it stops the triggering of the cough. My daughter suffers from chronic asthma in which when she’s sick it’s very bad and I am very happy that the doctor gave her this medication because it finally worked. Dr. Patel, Dr. Robinson, Dr.Cameron and many more doctors at this location are amazing! I have been seen at this urgent care for many years now and I have never had a bad experience. This is a great urgent care! Pick a time slot on their website and just call them when you arrive. I've been at least 4 times now and they are professional, fast at getting you into a room at your appointment time and take the time necessary to get you the proper care. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I had to get a PCR COVID test for my 3-year-old, who was not cooperative AT ALL. Fortunately Dante was very understanding and went through the whole process with professionalism and good spirits even though he himself was at the end of a very long work day. Even though I was stressed out I felt like I was in good hands and I appreciated Dante. I felt like I was in good hands.

I contacted the facility as soon as I pulled in. Someone would be with me they said. The signs ask you to wait in your car. Within. The next 2 hours I texted twice more as we were nearing closing time. Same response. Waited 1/2 after closing, thinking they were working through patients. Then they closed! All they had to do was tell me they couldn't service me. 😒

Was referred to come here by Dr Alvarez and I received the same type of quality treatment as I'm used to. Dante and Cameron were wonderful. Leah who assisted me at the beginning was great. They were incredibly efficient kind helpful and diligent with every single part of the process. I would highly recommend.

Been here a few times & have never had to wait for my scheduled time. Its a wonder that they stay so prompt given that Kamal is so thorough in her visit. This is a great urgent care. As we all know going to urgent care can be a headache, here at A+ the staff makes the process quick and easy. I scheduled an appointment and was in & out in 40 minutes. Everyone was super friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. Courtney even called me after my visit to ensure that the remedies were working. Great service

I was floored by how wonderful the staff at A+ Urgent Care were! Mireya O. was a wonderful nurse, and a welcome start to a miserable situation first thing in the morning with a sick child. Komal Patel provided our care and she was outstanding! She talked and listened to my 7 year-old, and was just amazing. I cannot praise her enough for her wonderful care and compassion. I'm so glad I was able to easily book an appointment and get the paperwork filled online. I cannot recommend them enough.

She identified that I’ve had past issues with strep throat and remembered that even small details from my last visit which was over 6 months ago. These guys were absolutely fantastic. I came in a couple nights ago with a bad throat infection, and in the worst mood. They were fast, moved us all along efficiently, and they couldn’t have been more friendly. Google says they closed at 10pm, the sign outside says they closed at 10pm, but we got there at 9:20, and they tell me by policy they can see us and I asked why, and she said its just policy so I asked her to send me the policy, and she refuses several times until she told me she is busy right now, and she is not gonna send it to me. Then she has the nerve to tell me to go to Riverview 45 mins from here. I will suggest fixingyour hours online because you make people like me whom work until late to lose their time. Your customer service is a joke every single question i asked was either avoid, answered with an I don't know or its just policy.

Dr. Patel was great very good communication. They have you in and out and not just waiting in the room The place is very clean . I had X-rays done and he was the best they are all sooo friendly. I can't say enough about this urgent care. I've had my fair share of urgent care visits and I've never been to a kinder, more efficient place! I had just gotten off work and needed to be seen ASAP to get cleared before I went scuba diving. They miraculously had enough time to squeeze me in, everything was thoroughly explained to me, and you could tell the staff really cared! They were so personable and I was in and out of there in no time! THANK YOU A+! You truly were A+!!!

This urgent care is amazing! So convenient to be able to make an appointment online, especially since many urgent cares no longer offer this with Covid. The staff is so helpful and friendly and this last time we were in and out within an hour. Cannot say enough positive things about A+!

One of the most pleasant urgent care visits I have ever experienced. I felt seen and heard from start to finish. When one is already feeling sick or in enough pain to have to go to an urgent care, one expects to be treated with empathy and compassion. And this urgent care was great. The prices are amazing.
