I
used
to
be
a
regular
customer,
but
they’ve
lost
me
now.
One
of
the
sales
clerks
recommended
a
K9
tooth
brush
and
k9
toothpaste
they
sell
for
my
dog.
He
assured
me
they
work
well.
I
bought
it
and
tried
it
on
my
dog,
but
the
toothpaste
smelled
rancid
and
the
toothbrush
wouldn’t
even
fit
on
my
dog’s
teeth.
(Medium
size
female
yellow
lab.).
When
I
tried
to
return
it
(a
lousy
10
bucks
plus
tax)
the
manager
informed
me
they
don’t
take
anything
back
except
for
open
dog
food,
(because
they
can
get
a
credit
for
that.)
I
was
shocked
that
a
seemingly
reputable
small
business
wouldn’t
cater
better
to
their
customers.
That’s
not
even
the
worst
part.
My
complaint
is
that
I
asked
for
the
owner
to
call
me
to
discuss
the
situation
but
I
never
received
a
callback.
I
stopped
back
five
days
later,
and
the
manager
just
reiterated
that
she
spoke
with
the
owner
and
they
weren’t
going
to
take
back
the
inferior
products.
This
store
has
always
been
a
little
overpriced,
but
for
the
most
part
it
has
had
some
friendly
clerks.
I
even
let
them
use
my
dog’s
pictures
in
some
of
their
ads
a
couple
of
years
ago
when
they
sold
a
Gasparilla
Bandanna.
But
now
that
I
now
know
they
won’t
stand
behind
any
of
their
products
and
they
won’t
give
any
refunds
under
any
circumstances,
I
can’t
support
them
anymore.
I
will
shop
at
places
like
Amazon,
Pet
Smart
or
the
like
who
takes
returns.
