    I was at the store today with my mom and we were treated so poorly by their customer service representative Amanda and manager Jeanie. I was looking at backpacks (which I wound up purchasing) and when I asked for the price the manager handed me a calculator and walked away. When we were checking out Amanda was so rude to my mom at the cash register she said "I need the card" and rolled her eyes, as if my mom was taking to slow to provide the means of payment. I informed both representatives I would be writing a bad review and that's when the manager started giving excuses for her bad attitude stating she's understaffed. They took no accountability and just gave an excuse for their lack of customer service. Lastly, when I asked for the customer service representatives name she told me it was Amanda, when I asked the manager/other representative for her name she refused to give it to me therefore, I had to call the corporate office to find out Jeannie's name . Very unprofessional and horrible customer service.

    Horrible customer service. Being there twice and was not able to make a purchase. The first trip the sales person rudely stated " you can't come in because the store was already full" It wasn't what she said, it was her tone and demeanor. I went back there again today. Stood at the entrance for about 5 minutes and on one acknowledged me, so I went over to the rack to browse. Tried to get the sales rep attention twice and she acted as if she didn't see, so I left. Horrible behavior and customer service.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. This store, in particular, makes the company’s unnecessarily strict return policy even more unbearable....bought my mum a bunch of scrubs et al for Christmas and since she lives in another part of the state, she was forced to come to this store to return socks that didn’t fit right and a pricey nursing jacket that was also too small. Because the package was shipped to me, I couldn’t give her the return slip and just emailed her a copy of the invoice. The store clerk was rude and refused to give her an exchange for a bigger jacket, resulting in unnecessary frustration. She was told to mail it back to the company for $8, which is absurd. Tell me, what is a customer supposed to do when something from online doesn’t fit and the store makes it so difficult to return? Waste of my time and money!

    As a prep cook for the last 19yrs I absolutely love the fact that I can order my chef coats from them and get quality product within 4 days and NOT have to pay for S/H ❤️❤️I have purchased 4 chef coats from the Pines store in the mall I love the staff & how pleasant they ALL are

    Visited this store on 2/1/2022 Ms. Beverley took care of me have to say she has outstanding customer skills. She was very patient and make sure i found the right size. Very pleased, would definitely recommend to my family and friends. A+++ ;)

    The staff was nice. I called to see if they did returns on my online order and Bev helped me out. Return process was easy. Helped purchase another scrub set. Thanks ladies!

    I am only giving this a one star because I bought the lab coat there as well. I asked for an embroidery and the font I selected does not look like what I expected whatsoever. Horrible. Be careful when putting your order because the lady that took my order wrote a whole different font from what I asked her.

    Great Store, got some things for my Brother who is starting his nursing career, and they were able to ship it for free to him in Ohio since it wasn't ready on the correct date. The manager was awesome and the staff were as well. Thanks guys

    Went to the store on 12/03/22, the customer service is non existent. There are multiple reviewers stating the same problem at the store and is not been address by corporate. The manager Janie has a big attitude problem. I ask for her name and she told me that I don’t need her name, only the reference number for the order. She has a employee tag with her name and at the end I was able to see it. People, don’t support this store. The company needs to take action with the staff and management at this store.

    I drive to Pembroke Pines for quality items and customer service. I was disappointed to see there is no more good customer service. I came in today to do a return. Was greeted by a cashier who started helping me, she was nice. I believe she was new cause she went over to another cashier to show her she was doing it the return correctly. The senior cashier, I was told her name is Delia, she spoke out loud about reducing the price of my return because I had gotten it on a BOGO sale. I asked her to see my receipt and told her the pants I was returning were purchased at full price to which she responded very rudely and lifted her voice. I was embarrassed and will not argue with a rude employee. She could have spoken in a different manner. Delia finished my return and walked straight to the back. No apologies no attempt to “im sorry but it’s the store policy not me”. I will no longer come here for my uniforms. The treatment has gone down hill. Extremely disappointed.
