Been taking my two sons here since moving to the area a year ago. In that 1 year, twice now we have set an appointment, arrived on time for appointment, to find out it was never scheduled. I don't understand why this is a problem, and for the ladies at the front to act like this is my fault for not verifying that they sent me a confirmation is ridiculous. It is not my responsibility to do their job. Will be seeking another family practice that values our time. Worth mentioning, he doctor(s) are great and have never had a bad experience other than the receptionists failure to schedule.

I was recommended to this practice by my sister who takes both her daughter's to this practice. I wanted to get a second opinion on a matter regarding my son who just turned 1 years old. The representative I spoke to Kerry was very rude and spoke over me while I was trying to get information to possible transfer care to this practice. Her tone was very condescending and she treated me like I was a telemarketer trying to sell something. To make matters worst she hung up in my face! My tone didn't change, I wasn't rude so I can not for the life of me understand why she was so rude. I will definitely not recommend this practice to anyone and will be letting my sister no about my experience. Hopefully she takes my nieces to another practice.

We've been going here for over 10 years now. Everyone in my family sees him including our young children. He is very knowledgeable in all areas and very thorough. The appointments do take long but sometimes they don't. It's true that he gives his all to the patient when he is with them so I think that makes a difference with timing. He is great with kids and very responsive when you have pediatric questions after hours. As a parent, I like his flexibility to leave the decision to us. As a person living in the real world, I don't expect every visit to be perfect or catered to my utmost pleasure. Hard days in the office happen, people have bad days. In my experience that's just been a one off and this office overall does a good job of caring for us as patients.

Dr. Shah is simply amazing. His broad and in depth knowledge impressed me when I first met him. He takes his time, listens to his patients and provides excellent treatment plans. He is confident and caring. For the first time in a long time, I feel I am in good hands. I highly recommend Dr. Shah with anyone with complicated health concerns and has been frustrated with other health care providers. You won't be disappointed.

This is our family doctor, and he is amazing! The few times our infant had some minor concerns, we contacted his office, it was after hours, but he answered the phone personally, and guided us through to a speedy recovery for our little guy!

Front desk staff very polite and friendly.Always welcome you with smile 😃. Waiting time is ok too. Back office staff very caring and polite .No complaints. Dr Manesh shah takes his time to go through all the medication you are taking .He explains things in depth and makes sure you understand each treatment . Regular on shots .Never lets you miss any vaccines.He listens to your issues and never rush you.Makes sure your records are upto date. He alway replies to me if I leave a message on his phone. Dr. Manish Shah was quick to respond to my husband's scary chest pains. He saw him within fifteen minutes of hearing of the problem and was able to get him to see a cardiologist within the hour. Both doctors were professional and caring.

I am a returning patient to Dr Shah and his Friendly staff. After several years away, I am glad I returned. I found a few familiar faces and a few new ones. I was welcomed back and received the same care I was used to previously. Dr Shah spent much time with me explaining a few things that I have to get resolved, which is a welcomed change from the 2 previous Doctors I had been seeing before returning. I love Dr. Shah his staff is fantastic. There are a lot of smart doctors out there, but what separates this practice is they are not only really smart, they have a hell of a lot of sense, and they listen to their patients. This is just a fantastic outfit from top to bottom.

Dr Shah is hands down one of the best doctors in the world ! When my son was two weeks old he started having a bad “ croup like “ cough . Everyone kept dismissing me saying he will out grow it . I finally had enough and wanted someone else to take a look . I kid you not , the minute Dr Shah walked in he immediately told me he could hear it too ! Dr Shah did not wait and quickly got me to see all the right specialist and on the right treatments for my son ! He ALWAYS takes his time with us as I’m sure he does for all his patients . He never minimizes your concerns and not only is he reassuring but he takes his time in explaining everything to you . He’s super attentive to your needs / concerns. Dr Shah and his team are the best. They treat you with the highest level of patient care one could ask for. They always provide clear communication on any question you present to them. Another plus is that they all have a great sense of humor which makes you feel more relax and welcomed during your visit.

What makes Dr. Shah a great doctor is not just his knowledge, but his compassion for his patients, his humanity and genuine concern for the welfare of his patients. His soft-spoken approach is key to relaxing his patients if they feel anxious when they come in Great doctor and more importantly, a great human being. If you are looking for a great internal medicine doctor, his is the man, and he is double-board certified in pediatrics as well. Wish there was more than a 5 star rating available because I would rate him higher than a five.

Dr. Shah provides excellent care to his patients. Today is the 4th of July, I live in Tampa but have been in Orlando for the past week because my mom is in the hospital with Covid-19. This morning, I woke up with 5 symptoms of Covid. At 11:00am, I placed a call to Dr. Shah’s answering service and he called me within 15 minutes. Within the next 5 minutes I was on a virtual call with him. He reviewed my symptoms and educated me on how I can self-monitor to identify indications that my condition is worsening. Covid medication was E-scripted to my pharmacy within 30 minutes. By 2pm, my meds were ready for pickup. With his prompt and efficient response, I am able put all my focus on resting and getting better without spreading this illness to anyone else. Good care is hard to find, Excellent care is always easy to access at Dr. Shah’s practice. He is a doctor who puts his patients first.

Front desk was promp and courteous. I didn’t have to wait long for the doctor. Dr. Shah took time to answer my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this practice. Everyone knows their job well and doctor is exceptionally knowledgeable.
