I came here yesterday to get a loan on a 5oz silver bar and a 2oz silver coin. The way they treated me could not have been any better than it was. A couple days before I had been to another pawn shop in town that tried to hustle me so I really appreciated being treated properly by the staff that was in yesterday. Today, however, I realized that the money that I've borrowed is not enough to help me get by until more money arrives. I had to sell something elsewhere, and ended up with more money than what is immediately needed. I looked up the law in loans, which says you have 24 hours to change your mind on a loan. Well, it was 24 hours and 5 minutes at the point that I saw that law. I immediately headed back to this pawn shop to see if they would still waive the interest on the loan. They DID. To be treated with such compassion is priceless. It really showed that they care more about customer satisfaction than they care about a mere $20 bill. My faith in humanity feels lost until the rare occasions when I come across people such as these. Whoever staffed this store did an AMAZING job. I will either be a customer for life or I will be a customer until I live more than 50 miles from this store. Thank you, it wasn't about the money for me, it was about being treated properly, which is something I rarely see these days. God bless y'all. I'll be back.

It was my first time going in and the experience breath taking. The prices was reasonable and inexpensive. The employees are very friendly and courteous.

Colorado Pawn has been so helpful to me in finding the perfect bass guitar. I had been searching for a while, and the employees at this business were so helpful to show each guitar in stock. They were kind, professional, helpful and patient with answering my questions. I feel like their inventory and instruments were priced really well, and they had a good selection. I am so happy with my purchase; this is definitely my favorite guitar yet, and I will definitely return again soon.

Colorado Pawn is my go to shop for unique gold jewelry. They always have a great selection of quality gem stones and diamond rings, bracelets, and earrings. The customer service is awesome too…..I tend to look at a lot of items before I pick one, and Brooklyn has no problem pulling each one out! Steve is a wonderful person. Everyone there is so honest. I was able to take my mother's 70 year old ring and have it sized for my daughter. When I saw it, I was shocked at how beautiful they made the ring. They even wrapped it up for me. That piece meant the world to me. They knew it, and gave such care and compassion to me. They are good honest people.

I had gone to another store months ago they offered me less than half of what I got at Colorado Pawn and Jewelers and after they took my information I was told that they realize the size of the diamond was smaller than they thought and lowered the amount I declined their offer. I heard Colorado Jewelers advertisement on Christian FM and decided to check them out. The staff was friendly, efficient and honest. I spent less time there and got a good deal. I highly recommend this business.
