Having looked at Marine connection and several boat dealers we decided on Marine Max in Stuart. Bryan ours sales representative was outstanding communication follow up to my questions and finding the perfect boat for our family. He is a true professional from working with us on a survey sea trial and getting me the number I wanted to pay for the boat. The experience was 110% honestly you need to give Ryan a chance if you’re looking to get a new or used boat, could not be happier with the overall experience. Our home port is Vero Beach Fl.

Called to get boat in for service and they told me they would call me back when he looked at his computer for a service date. Been over a week, must be one slow computer 🤨 not the first time

Stay away from Brokerage and Service Dept. Change 4 batteries quoted $680. Get bill for over $1000. $300 labor, $50 freight, $5 environmental surcharge, $15 shop supplies. Didn't bother fixing one broken battery hold down bracket. Boat was there to be sold. On 3 separate occasions they brought unqualified buyers, then expect me to spend all sorts of cash to fix issues, then buyers can't get financing. I brought them a perfectly good boat, but always telling me my boat is a basket case and needs $15k in work. They damaged my hull and tried to blame me, until I provided photographic proof that damage occurred after delivery. Then they tried to tell me I needed a new water pump impeller. Both were replaced right before I brought boat to them, literally the week before. They ran engine dry when performing an oil change. I confirmed with another shop. They busted fuel gauge lead off of tank, but claimed ignorance. Their strategy is to work on behalf of buyer to beat you up on survey, get the boat sold below market, and make their service dept. some money on inflated service issues. At least that was my experience. Stay away, they are the sleazy used car equivalent of the boat industry.

I think Marine Max is stepping out of the box. While keeping traditional old fashioned services at the same time offering state of the art technology and the latest in boatlift systems. I am new to boating and had a wonderful experience with Marine Max. From beginning to end I felt comfortable and supported. Buying a Yacht was intimidating being new to it all, and Bill my sales rep helped my Wife and I narrow down our options. Then, when the boat was delivered he helped us add on features and trained me how to use all the systems and safety protocols. I felt like family by the end of the transcaction. I will be back for the next boat!

I purchased a Saxdor 320 from marine max Stuart FL My sales person was Bryan Mcglynn Nobody likes to wait for a new boat to be delivered, however Bryan and the Marine Max tree ram did a great job in keeping me informed on my boats status during the production stage I was also able to track my boat once it was shipped to her United States The boat was clearly worth waiting for a great well built high performance boat The after sales service and attention I have received has also been outstanding, a few small items have quickly and professionally been addressed with very well qualified techs like Pablo I also get regular emails from Dan who heads up service to make sure I’m happy Overall and really great buying experience from a well organized, efficient, professional, experienced and friendly team I will be buying more boats from Marine Max

Just Had warranty work on my Mercury outboard done., as well as reprogramming for some new Mercury equipment I installed. I did not buy my boat from Marine Max...... I thought they did a great job....turn around as discussed.....walked me through what they did and oriented me to the new programming. Boat was clean and neat when they finished. Very pleased.

I work for TMC delivering boats. Had a stop here on June 15th, 2022. Staff inside was very friendly and showed great hospitality to a humble truck driver. The guys who unloaded me (Brandon and Alex) got me unloaded quickly and were very helpful and knowledgeable in their jobs. Love when I get to deliver to places like this where they are firing on all cylinders!

If your drivers continue to speed through our neighborhood, we're going to have to get the authorities involved...

I purchased a 21foot used Sea Ray from Marine Max in Stuart and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I am an experienced boater and realize that I was not making a "big" purchase as for as boat sales go. All of the people I dealt with at Marine Max treated me as if I was buying a yacht. My salesman Patrick and Jay in the office created a seamless buying experience. They were thorough and had excellent communication through the entire deal. They were on time for the sea trial and all appointments made. Brandon gave me detailed explanations on all the features of the boat before taking delivery. He also gave me some great boating tips. What a pleasant place to buy a boat!

My neighbor warned me....was like are you sure....bringing to MM?...yea they were available for service....don't do it!!.....seriously...how else do they fund the mini-mall....rip off artists....worst in the Treasure Coast

George Smith truly made me feel welcome. He respected my purchasing conditions while going out of his way to assist me with all of my questions. George’s “no pressure” stance made a difference, which eliminated the need for me to seek the services of so many other boat dealers in the immediate area. Michael Demask assisted me on the finance side. He truly made me feel comfortable and confident that I was making the right decision to complete my purchase with MarineMax. I also have to give a shout out to several of the other Sales Professionals, including the Service Manager, that I have met during this time. Great chilli cheese hot dog and not skimpy oh the toppings. The weenie is cooked well and who doesn't like a well cooked weenie. Right ladies? Not exactly healthy but if you are looking for good nutrition in a hot dog, you probably voted for Trump. Love the seasoned fries too.

I don’t know Marinemax as a company very well but Bryan at Stuart Location, their sales rep, has been phenomenal. Very helpful and accommodating. If everyone is like that in that company they are golden.

Such horrible and negligent service! We brought our 36 foot Cruisers Yacht in to see if Marine Max could repair an engine seal leak. Our boat sat in their yard for an entire week, only for us to learn that not one of their service techs were thin enough to fit into our engine room! Even worse, one of their techs hit our anchor switch and killed the batteries, put the boat back in the water, and over 40 gallons of water filled the bilge! Our boat almost sunk because of their negligence, and luckily we arrived on time to pump the water out. Zero stars for horrible service and a team that WOULD NOT listen to what needed to be repaired!
