Really enjoyed a couple of pints in here while listening to some great live music. Fast and friendly service and very reasonable prices for a location that is right in the middle of the action of Mathew Street. Nice that the musicians play in front of a large screen showing Liverpool and the Beatles Another great visit and pleased that its still awesome.

Great place, gorgeous musicians, place to dance all night long...

Bouncers are bullies. Band finished, they gave us one minute to finish drinks and get out. Got manhandled out, tripped over on purpose on the step. Great venue, great bar staff, desperately in need of new security staff though.

IGNORANT is the only word for the security here absolute disgraceful they need severe training and a personality course absolutely pathetic think there something special but just typical low life’s I saw one woman push a grown man out of her way when dancing one member of staff taking drugs happy out and to top it all off a grown man decided to put his hands on a 18 year old girl for going to the toilet “when the lights came on” and. Proceeded to follow her into the bathroom where other females were in side who also said it was disgraceful just unacceptable behaviour and not the first time it had happened here avoid avoid avoid

A great night on a visit to Liverpool with a group of girls. Live music was fab and we were able to have a dance. Choice of cocktails was great and we sampled plenty between us! You have to be quick to get a table as fills up fast at night.

Came across this place Friday 23rd July thought we would pop in for a couple stayed all evening. Bands where excellent music was great. Bar staff where fast and friendly. Myself and my wife had a fantastic night. Great place for live music and a sing along.

Great venue in the heart of Matthew Street, which is full of some of Liverpool's cheapest pubs. Often with live music on, a great selection of drinks, it is often a place I will meet friends for drinks if in the area.

Popped in for one pint with the mrs stayed for nearly three hours. Live music excellent bar staff and really friendly pub. Ended up on cocktails. Loved it man

Live music bar, great setup with huge pixel display at the back with Beatles animations. Great bands. Very very busy! Takes card. Think I got scammed though by the barman - £6.70 for a pint of Heineken - surely not right?!

I came with my parent after a day exploring Liverpool, it is a great place to listen to live music and has fun. This places is just next to the legendary The Cavern and is a great alternative to it. Our waitress/waiters were very nice and friendly even considering our visit was during a very busy bank holiday weekend.

Came in for a few drinks Sunday evening and was drawn in by the live music that flooded the streets outside. The inside of the bar is big and spacious, quite a few tables and a big stage for the performer. The drinks are a very reasonable price and cocktails were well made and super tasty! The music was fun and lively - only reason for not giving 5* is because the performer wasn’t to our taste, but still a great night out! Would come back.

It was good with live music starting at 2pm. Beer prices were very reasonable indeed. Nice atmosphere. Recommended

I absolutely love this pub come often with my husband always a great atmosphere, today I come just me and my sister we had been in all afternoon when 3 guys joined us, they were OK but made us feel a little uncomfortable. We both went the toilet and 1 of the bar staff that had been on all day noticed come down to the toilet and asked is we were OK, she said if we feel uncomfortable to just go to the bar and let her know. For her to notice this was amazing and we felt so safe, so thankful to her honestly she is an absolute credit to your team thank you Tabatha (tabs) what an amazing bar woman you are 💗💗

Apparently it is accepable to spit in this place. I asked a guy not to spit on the floor A. Because its disgusting and B. We are just out of a panademic and other people are still warey being around others. When I asked the guy not to do that i was the one marched out of there and the bouncers agreed to have me out. Therefore management and the door staff seem to think spitting is acceptable. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!!!

Got asked for ID twice for a non alcoholic drink, absolutely ridiculous and pathetic, seriously folks cop on to yourselves and get a grip instead of being on a power trip asking very clearly over 21 year olds for ID, will not be back 👎

Great atmosphere and great music. Everyone was enjoying themselves but watch out for the condensation drips off the ducting

As a part of my Sperm Donation World Tour of the UK, I come to the rock'n'roll heartland of Liverpool, where there is so much Beatlemania living on and was another Beatles themed bar some great Muriels and photos all over the bar. Great atmosphere and quite artistic.

Had an amazing time there just sometime back today the 27th September. Although I would love to know the name of the band who played tonight. I tried looking up but I can't seem to find them. Great atmosphere!!! Will definitely come back

Have been to Sgt Pepper’s a couple of times. There is always brilliant live music on and a great atmosphere. Had a little bit of bother with another customer and the security (I’m sure his name was Precious) was on it immediately and dealt with him swifty, it was greatly appreciated! Will be back here when next in Liverpool.

Dishonest to the core. Please take care when being charged via contactless, as they ‘accidentally’ add extra drinks hoping you won’t notice. When questioned, they simply pour the extra drink without prior agreement whether you wanted it or not… This occurred twice within our party and by the manager too!

A very good bar with very good music, never seen a bar oustide Scotland very welcoming to us Rangers Fans , Played Rangers songs all night , Will visit the bar again when im back in Liverpool

Such a great atmosphere, but we asked for 3 shots and the guy charged us 3 pints, when we ask how much is the price for the shots he said I don’t know, so we asked to the supervisor a young blonde lady and she said: I can not do a refund because is on card. When I told her that is possible to do a refund on card she said: OMG I told you I can’t! With a horrible attitude to us. Seems like a young lady with no experience and a bad attitude to the customer.

Great vibe at this buzzy place. Drinks are reasonable. The Beatoons animations on the screen behind the live band were just amazing. My only gripe was that the band played every single song out of key (and didn't play any Beatles!)

Brill pub been twice when visiting Liverpool. Great for all ages. People very friendly the music brill. Defo worth a visit.

Well appointed Aparthotel in a great location for the trip to the Beatles International Festival. Only issue the rooms were not completely finished to match the luxury aspect.

Found this place on a whim by the Cavern Club not letting us in the day because i was part of a large stag group. The vibe on Saturday was absolutely amazing, the live singers had the crowd going at 11am. We ended up staying in there from 11am till 4pm (was meant to be exploring Liverpool but the music and vibe was that good that we didn't want to leave) Ended up coming back at 7pm and having our night out in there, the place was absolutely heaving and couldn't have asked for a greater night out. Never been to a place with a happier crowd, was even having a laugh with the bouncers everytime we popped outside for a ciggy. Would 100% recommend to anyone coming to Liverpool for a night out, plus the crowd is mainly 25 plus 👌🏽.
