Sizeable store with plenty for stock. Good sale area for bargain hunters. Friendly, helpful staff. Bit dark but clearly trying to create an atmosphere.

Having worked in retail and had experienced poor customer service in many shops, I know when a shop is being run well. We went in for gift ideas, every member of staff was attentive and friendly, we spoke to a tall lady, I think she was the manager, her positive attitude must have rubbed off on the staff. Just a fantastic experience from start to finish, we ended up buying a coat and jumper. 👍👍👍👍👍

I popped into the Liverpool One store and was immediately assisted in a very positive manner, Jess discussed what I was looking for and assisted me in selecting the appropriate t shirts, well done to her and the team for their excellent customer service.

The staff were so so lovely. I think each one interacted with us a minimum of twice. Felt so cared for and loved.

Had a great shopping experience here today. All staff were welcoming and greeted us but Emily was fantastic! Helped us become members of the reward scheme and showed great knowledge. Great experience:)

I have 3 items from hollister cargos bought from liverpool (they are so so comfy ) a dress from new york (it has pockets!!!) and yesterday i bought a new dress (it also has pockets and is a wonderful texture) the staff were lovely and understanding even though the queues were long which were expected i went home and went to order more clothes online the vibes are amazing and all of the clothes are wonderful textures (i don’t like a lot of clothes companies because of the textures but hollister are all soft) the shop was easy to navigate and everyone was there to help

Nice layout, good choice of clothes, especially the ones in the sale, will return.

Went into the new store today and had the best experience. I was helped by a lovely girl with very cool hair. She helped me find the clothes I was looking for and even complimented me. Another member of staff came over as soon as I started walking towards the till so I had no wait. She was also so friendly. Overall friendly and helpful staff and good prices.

Much brighter than years ago, can now see the clothes. Girl was very helpful to order the size I needed that wasn't in stock. Even got £10 off with free delivery

I am very disappointed, I feel robbed I was in the store, they had a 60% discount where there was a clothes rack, at the checkout I was told that the jacket was not at a discount two hours later I looked at the online store and they have it 60% cheaper. I will return back tomorrow and I'll never shop there again. They rob people.discousting!!!!!!!

The sales assistant who served me today called over a manager, named Grace, to help her to do something on the till. Grace was very rude to the girl which made me uncomfortable and she had the most miserable face I’ve ever seen. A real stoney boned and cold type of woman, she will struggle to find a man in life.

The shop was smaller than I expected now that it’s moved, but it’s light and airy. I got some absolute bargains. Staff friendly and helpful.

Just love the clothing and their prices. Very special atention from the cashiers and staff made all the difference. To come back again.

Must confess my adult son and I are new to this store. So many mens clothing stores have closed in Liverpool that we decided to go to Hollister almost as a last resort. How wrong were we. Amazing choice of clothing, very helpful assistants and we got everything we had gone shopping for. I thoroughly recommend a visit to this store.

most annoying shopping experience ever. never been more harassed in my life. the clothes are cute but the staff ask you every 2 minutes if you're okay and need help when you're trying to browse, they won't leave you alone at all. at the start it was nice that they asked but it became infuriating. the staff wear normal clothes with no standard uniform too so it's hard to tell if randomers are smiling at you or if they're staff. don't reccomend, just shop online

Lovely clothes, 2 changing rooms either side of till area which is always a plus when queing to try on

Pros: Walked in I instantly knew where to go, I liked the quality of the clothing, the friendly staff and someone helped me could see I was struggling to find my size and did so without asking for help which was a nice touch. All good until I hit a 15 minute wait to try them on, and an an even bigger hit to my wallet when I got to the till. Ahh the designer shopping life.

My Daughter loves this shop and spends ages in this particular shop 😉🤣🤣the shop is well organised and always tidy and the staff are always brilliant !! It is also very covid safe with only a certain amount of people allowed in at the same time ..Always shop here when we come to Liverpool 1 1
