Couldn't ask for a better service, the staff are very helpful and take their time to explain what they offer within the store. You can sell items or even put them on a thing called buyback to buy them back within 28 days. I bought a graphics card and was able to put a deposit on it and it was all explained very well by the staff who were very helpful. I will be using this shop for more of my purchases and trade ins.

I saw some turtle beach wireless headphones in the window for £20, thinking it was a good price I spent the next 10 minutes waiting for the the grotty things to be cleaned up a bit (still sweat and dust on them!) As the clerk scanned she found another price label on the back for £49.99. Clearly a mistake on their part they offered a measly £5 off after wasting my time. I'm sorry but for the sake of £30 and a satisfied customer you've made yourselves look like amateurs and recieved this review. 🤔

Placed an order online with this store, What arrived was in far worse condition than what they advertised as in very good condition. So i requested a return for refund, I got an email from a manager in the name of GARY who was not very helpful and told me to return this at my own cost (as long as it was returned in the same condition as sent) When i asked how i could possibly do this? when what i received was very different from what was actually advertised? From this point i was completely ignored my the store after several follow up attempts when asking for the return address? So i had no choice but to threaten the store with a complaint to their head offices if they were just going to ignore me? i got a quick response, and of course they had an excuse saying GARY had informed them this had been resolved already? How is that? Ignores emails when asking for the return address. I think GARY will require more in job training? I will update my review pending the outcome from the later regarding the follow up from TOM.

Bought an Iphone X and the new Oppo and a worker there called Adam was very helpful and knew excactly what i needed also a very nice and joyful man (all the people who worked there were very kind) the electronics were quite cheap and in perfect condition.

Staff here are approachable and friendly. They go out of their way to assist with queries and are always willing to help no matter what you’re looking for. Phil and his team are lovely people and are the main reason I shop here.

Over few months i had some items with them , all left on my wifes name as i did not want to leave my details with them , until today every time when the contract ended i was there to pick up my items as my wife was at work , every time there was absolutely no problem in picking them until today we even if i jad all the documentation necessary plus my wifes ID and driving licence they told me that i could not pick them up because they suddenly needed her approval even if this is the last day when i can take it back and also my wife finish her work way to late , even so at one point i was threatened with the police because i asked them how it was possible in the past to pick them up but not now , so basically they seen a gap and thought they can keep my item so they can resale it , AVOID THIS SHOP

Extremely helpful staff and the top price received for a gold chain having been quoted by 4 other place prior. H & T Pawnbrokers round the corner quoted me £319 (an insult), Cash Converters paid £470. They will always attempt to beat any genuine quote from another establishment so it's a no brainer to go there. Very friendly knowledgeable staff.
