Really cool place in a great central location in Swansea. We had a 40min wait for our food but we were told that straight away and the staff were very good at keeping us updated and checking on us for drinks etc so it was absolutely fine. I had the Jerk Chicken Breast with spiced fries but one of my friends had the Curry Goat Hash which looked incredible! I'll definitely be trying that next time 🙂

We had the bottomless brunch here for my birthday, just me and my partner, we managed 10 cocktails, I had the fish fry for food, stunning. Service was excellent, we were looked after by ray, top bloke, although he did encourage us to drink up a bit ha ha ha ha . Top restaurant with top staff

Initial wait time for first drink was long and looks like a drink was sent to a different table too but this was another server. Maddy B was very apologetic about the wait times and noticed our tavle was hampered by this. Couldnt fault her service. Cocktails and food were great

I'd never been to Turtle Bay before let alone for Bottomless Brunch so I was intrigued. I had the Honey Bunny YardBird and it was honestly so good. The bread tasted like a Yorkshire pudding and the chicken was stunning. The drinks were lush and my favourite was easily the Pineapple Daiquiri. Our waitress Maddy was so nice and friendly and took a photo of me and my friends. I had a great time and I definitely want to return again.

Can't really fault it. My daughter and I went for dinner on a thurs eve. It was very quiet so plenty of tables .staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. I ordered the hot chick burger with a sunshine salad and sweet potatoe fries.it had a big kick to it and was very tasty . The fries were beautiful too, nice n crispy .

What an amazing waitress we had! Jaime couldn't do enough for us. It was the 1st time we had been out in 2yrs for a Mum & daughters day! We had the bottomless brunch and she was constantly at our table filling our drinks order! Would definitely come back to Jamie 💗

Mystique was a great host, let us know the wait for food and it was quicker than expected! Food was great and the cocktails were amazing! Sauce brought to us so promptly when asked had a great experience and had great vegan options

Caitlin has been serving us for over 2 years now and we are so so happy to have her everytime she’s on shift! She is a wray of sunshine ;) Always so attentive, quick and supportive and is always clued up on the most recent changes on the menu. Thank you Caitlin for making our experience the best always! Called in on the off-chance on a Tuesday evening. Staff were welcoming and attentive when seating and taking our order. We had the drinks deal, which was 2 black cherry Rum with Coke, which was very good. However, I was a bit disappointed with my food. I ordered Mac 'n' Cheese bites as a starter, but they were very overcooked, to the point that I couldn't cut them without bits flying off everywhere. For main, I had the half chicken with gravy. Unfortunately, it was very dry, to the point I struggled eating it. I made good use of the sauces on the table so I could finish the meal. My partners squid starter and chicken burger main was very good, so it was a bit of a mixed experience. I would go back but would choose something different to eat next time.

Sam was our servicer. He was a STAR. He was on the ball. He was nice and even though his drink choice was questionable he was amazing. If you go to Turtle bay i’d recommend you ask for Sam if he’s on shift. The food was lovely. For half a table if picky eaters it was lovely. the range was small but it was still lovely. it was really lively so we expected delays. but they weren’t as long as we thought they’d be. 5 stars across the board for the bottomless brunch drunk or stone cold sober. (i’m a picky eater so my food does look like a Frankenstein experiment)

We were recommended here by friends and were a little scared to start as we don't like things too spicy but our server Kiera went through the menu with us and helped us choose suitable options, nothing was any trouble the service was excellent couldn't have asked for better and the food made by the Chef's Emma & Connor was out of this world. We would highly recommend. And the icing on the cake they have amazing cocktail we will be back to try them all.

Had an a lovely time at the restaurant being my first time in Swansea. The staff were truly amazing and helped us made choice of our food. The ambiance was spectacular and the songs played were Nigeria Afro beat songs so that’s a plus 🤣🤣. The food was everything and more, especially the prawn, it was hot and so good. The drinks were so good but we missed 2 for 1 drink that ends at 7pm and starts again at 9pm. It’s better you make a reservation before going so you can secure a space for yourself.

Great service from start to finish, despite there being many larger groups we were still served and had drinks within 5 minutes! I had the shack stack burger and cheesy jerk fries and there are both hands down the best burger and fries I’ve ever had! Friendly staff especially Maddy who served us and a good price! Defo recommend!

Really lovely find in Swansea, we actually ate here twice when we came for a week away! First night food was really enjoyable, tasty and served quickly. 2nd night food wasn’t as good, mc cheese was not cheesy and very bland sadly. Special shout out to Hadley and Jack whom were both exemplary server’s. Would go back for sure if we ever visit Swansea again.

Fantastic food, drinks and friendly service from our waiter, Ray, at Turtle Bay in Swansea. We had the bottomless brunch which was great value and allowed us to sample loads of amazing cocktails. Great atmosphere in restaurant. Highly recommended.

Came to eat here on a very wet Monday evening - but definitely felt warmed up by the food and service! I had the jerk chicken with rice and a rum and lemonade. The jerk chicken is really good - well grilled and with loads of flavour, and the rice was also really tasty. The selection of rum is quite extensive and I ended up getting a lighter white rum which went quite well with the lemonade mixer. I thought the service was great, and I got a lot of recommendations on what to order for food and drinks. Overall - a really good experience and recommended for anyone looking for Caribbean food and drinks in Swansea!

Fusion of flavours! Great service! Defo recommend trying some of the rums - red leg was quite smooth and tasty.

Amazing place! I was there with some friends last month for the bottomless brunch and we had a blast :) The food was good, there was an amazing range of cocktails to choose from and they all tasted amazing (and strong)! Our server was Mystique and she was great as well! Always super quick to take our order and serve us and super nice, so thank you! I recommend this place 100%!

Mandy B was always on hand to order our next drink. Food was tasty and well presented. Issue came at the end when it was time to pay. The itemised receipt was confusing and was explained poorly. Plus there was an additional service charge of £15 that was never mentioned or advertised. We queried it and got it removed but would be nice to know in advance about it.

Perhaps not the best time to try the Kingston breakfast, looks like we were the fist customers and breakfast should have been brilliant, a spicy take on a cooked breakfast. Nice sausage and bacon, but the eggs were overdone and mushrooms and tomatoes cold. Also the rotis were a bit doughy so I could only eat one. Service was great and coffees good. Shame. I will try again though 🙄

we enjoyed bottomless brunch here served by the lovely Caitlin. She was very informative and looked after us very well. After working in the industry for years I found her hosting fantastic and would be proud to have her on my own team . Thanks for a lovely day Caitlin!

Caitlin was great. She helped us make the most of our bottomless brunch for my friends birthday. We were checked on frequently throughout the 2 hours and even managed to squeeze us in an extra cocktail each at the end!! 5 starts for her well done will come again only if she’s working xx

Very nice place!! Lovely staff and lovely food, I did feel they were a bit harsh with the size of the scoops of ice cream though especially compared to the prawns. Also, I'd recommend moving the hand sanitizer from where it's currently positioned on the table to avoid what I almost did which was almost putting it on my food

We went to Turtle Bay for bottomless brunch and it did not disappoint! Drinks could be ordered one at a time but the staff would often pop over and ask if we were ok for drinks, I think we only had to ask once in the 2 hours we were there. I expected to have quite weak drinks but they were most definitely the opposite haha. The food was also stunning! Top class service, food and drink. Highly recommended.
