Love this place!! I was nervous to try extensions for the first time but the girls here put me at ease, gave me so many tips on how to keep my hair in good condition and I’ve now had the same hair refitted 3 times. I have really curly hair and they were able to match my curl pattern perfectly! I love getting my hair done here with Zoe!!

Lauren is a hair extension wizard! I’m amazed at how natural and beautiful my hair looks after each visit. The results are stunning, and I leave feeling confident every time. The salon has a lovely atmosphere, and the staff is friendly. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair! Highly recommended

Can't stress enough how much I felt comfortable and at ease whilst doing the 2 methods hair extension course with Lauren! Nothing was a problem, no question I asked was daft and fortunately for me nobody else booked the same day so I had a 1-1 day! I will recommend to anyone!

Absolutely appalled of how I was treated by the owner that give me a bad hair cut . A hairdresser myself , I could tell the difference between a good hair cut and a bad hair cut . The owner was so unprofessional of my complaint with no care or empathy, she was horrendous. I would definitely not be returning back. Customer services appalling by her .

I had a fantastic day learning about hair extensions. Lauren was amazing, explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. It was a full on day and she doesn’t leave your side, can’t wait to put everything into practice 😃

First time using unique hair extensions, I ordered the wrong colour and the staff were extremely helpful by changing my order before it was dispatched, along with answering any questions + sending videos of the hair so I could make a decision. Will definitely be using unique again! Fab service! Xx
