I’ve been to many spa’s in my time working as a model and it’s important to me to look my best. But I just had to shout Prism in a review so I can share the joy this place gives me! They are so on there A game there and know just what I need to make me glow and look my best, even without any makeup! Definitely a happy customer 🥰

It took me 3 weeks to post this review as it has been that nerve wrecking. I came here to get a facial, a standard deep clarifying facial. I have been getting facials for years now, because it makes my skin feel clean and fresh— I do not have acne or previous blemishes. This time- I am left traumatized. The skin specialist started the extractions, and completely damaged my skin. She kept going at the same spot on my forehead to the point where I was bruised, skin peeled, and completely damaged. I had zero marks on my forehead when I walked in. After day 1, look at my forehead and after 3 weeks- look at what I am left with. It is embarrassing for me to step out. I have been asked if i burned my forehead because that’s how damaged it looks. I have already reached out to them and they offered a free treatment- what would make me trust this place again? A womans face is so important to her, I came to leave feeling happier but now 3 weeks later I am still left with these permanent scars. Please consider re-training the staff, they should know when to stop and know when skin is being damaged. As I said, not my first facial and this has NEVER HAPPENED. I am extremely disappointed.

I had such a great experience with Zara. She is so knowledge and nice. I love her customer service. Came in for a brow tint and make up, loved what the end results looked it, she listened and gave me everything I asked for. Would def. recommend Zara for your next appt.

Zara was very gentle and thorough with the facial. She explained everything as she was working on my face. She was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. She also mentioned that she does eyebrow shaping and tinting--to say the least she's my go to for both brows and facials. I look forward to trying new services here and will be recommending her to all my friends and family!

I had a very negative experience with Prism Med Spa and will not be returning. I previously learned about the spa via a Groupon service that I completed late last year. The spa team contacted me a few months later offering a free facial service for my birthday, which I was told was extended to all past and current customers. I (re)scheduled my service for today, and arrived on time only to be greeted dismissively by a receptionist who asked my name and said she would "be with me in moment." Two other (assuming regular) customers arrived after me, walked directly to the rear of the building, and were promptly escorted to service rooms to await their treatments. Approximately 15 minutes later, the receptionist still hadn't returned to the front desk so I left the waiting area in search of her. I explained that I had been waiting for a some time and they didn't seem to respect my time. Instead of offering an apology, the receptionist rudely explained that her "shift starts at 11am" and she could "interrupt the owner who was with another client, and I could take it up with her". I declined to speak to anyone and promptly left, to which the receptionist's response was "okay." The vibe was very elitist and lacked any semblance of customer service. If free services are going to be deprioritized / double booked, perhaps Prism Med Spa should review this incentive program and stick to appeasing their recurring clientele. It's clear that this select group takes precedent, and are probably the only reason their doors are still open. Note to Management - Do Better.

I get my lashes lifted& tinted every few months with Zara, could not ask for better! So knowledgeable, personable& patient throughout the whole process. Love everything they offer as well at Prism, you’ll leave feeling beautiful every time

Loved Prism Med Spa! I saw amazing fast results from the Emsulpt that we did, Cryo chamber was excellent, and the gravity chairs in the waiting room I could have stayed in all day! Can't wait to go back!

I’ve been coming to Prism med spa for 5 years. They offer the most advanced facial treatments that leave me feeling beautiful. Every staff member is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this spa as I’m sure anyone that visits would also have a wonderful experience.

I got my Eyebrow done from Zara. She did amazing job. My brows were thin and out of shape she fixed them and now they look so much better. Five star for her.

I came in here to get my teeth whitened and I left very satisfied! The staff are all friendly and very accommodating. But the highlight of my visit was definitely the massage chair 😁. Overall everything was an amazing experience.

My Microdermabrasion service was nothing compared to other spas. I didn't see any changes on my skin and it was not cheap. I will not return to Prism Med Spa anytime soon.
