Most of the menu options here are good. I can’t give four star because of the customer service. I called in a large ordered in advance and was told to come the following day at 1:00pm. When I arrived I had to wait on a long line that did not adhere to CDC guidelines. When I finally got to the front the order wasn’t even prepared. The chef said he would make it now. I couldn’t even believe it. I called the day before and the day of to confirm. I ended up making a small order in the restaurant and leaving.

I visited Jolo’s dine-in restaurant really close to closing time and appreciate his efforts to accommodate. I had a hot, freshly prepared meal that made me feel as if I just received some good ole home cooking that eased the soul. Can’t wait to visit again soon!

I had an excellent experience in this restaurant. We liked the awesome vibes and the meals. The waiters were super affable. I’m happy we finally decided to try this restaurant.

I've eaten here twice, and the food is really good. They do not accept reservations, so expect to wait a long time. They have an online system that lets you see how many parties are in front of you and how long they have been waiting, so you can easily walk around and not worry that you'll be skipped. I will definitely come again.

Best food, super friendly employees, constantly awesome ambience. They charge affordable pricing and the food quality is great. Keep up the good work.

Let me just say, Please don’t waste your time…..not even an hour later and I came straight to this review. No flavor, the food is so plainnnnnn. It’s like everything is plain and boiled and let me not get started on that god forsaken “Mac and cheese” . The prices are absurd compared to the quality of food.

Wasnt opened sunday at 5pm. I guess I'll try it another day.

Love the atmosphere. It was really pleasant. I had the veggie fish patty and it was pretty good. The owner was very nice. I would go back to try other options on the menu

Great food, was just too bad to see they used plastic containers for everything, even for eating at the restaurant. Would be great to see them shift to compostable containers! * Philly cheesesteak sandwich - very good, the plant based meat was incredible *vanilla cake - good * Mac and cheese - pretty good, needed to add salt * artichoke hot food - good * falafel mix hot food - good * ackee and spinach - very good Fully vegan place!

My first time encountering Jolo’s in New Rochelle. I was blown away by the atmosphere and cultural vibe I felt when I walked in. The owner, and server were very kind, and welcoming in their space. The food was good, in my opinion it could be more seasoned, it seemed the menu lacked a bit of spark, But I’d for sure eat here again. They also offer tons of tonics, and ital health related beverages and such. This place is a gem for sure.
