The place is really good. Moreover, they have a nice collection of crafts and arts, which I like, and the staff members are humble and supportive. The atmosphere of the store is really amazing. Prices are decent according to the collection of things. Must visit you will love the place.

Absolutely love working with Cori in the Framing department at the Pooler location. She has brought me years of happiness with her artistic eye. I cannot say enough good things about her and the framers.

Went for the UPS drop-off service, was a struggle as the associate didn't really know how to do it. We laughed about the struggle and it was still faster than dealing with the actual UPS store.

The staff is very helpful, the store is organized, and the restrooms are clean. As a crocheter, I will always want the yarn sections to be larger in a craft store, so given the size of this store, the yarn section is good.

I love this craft store! They have almost everything I need to do my crafts. I wish Michael's had a bigger selection of macrame stuff.

Great stuff for crafts. Pooler store is smaller than other stores though, like the Savannah store. They really should move to a larger location.

I go to Michael's for yarn. I was shopping for yarn for a shawl. It sends the only weight yarn they had 4 out 5. I was looking for a 1 or 2 but would have been happy with a 3. I left with nothing. So sad to go to a Michael's and not get anything.
